I don’t think Canada is a good place. \nTurkey is much better

Moved from Canada last August (2024). This country used to be on par with Switzerland in terms of quality of life, work-life balance, how nice everyone was, you name it. After 2020 I couldn't recognize this country anymore. Moved back to Israel, a country that was overrun with corruption, war and looming financial crisis. Now I'm planning my move to Cyprus. I heard the people are extremely nice, there's practically 0 crime and the Island is amazing overall.

Canada should learn from the US. Look at how Indians do really well in the US, and help build the US, but do really poorly in Canada. Canada is not selecting carefully who gets to come in.

Wonder why we don't hate towards Phillipinos, Taiwanese, Vietanamese, Japanese immigrants. How many of these other immigrants have been making fake licenses, paying money to get truck driving license, pooping on beaches, horrible civic sense, drug war, Khalistani nonsense, scam galore, changing Canada into a low trust society just like India. I do think it's worth pointing out that the cheap labour reduces incentives for companies to invest in increasing productivity. I think the high real estate costs might be a problem too - too much of Canada's available capital is going towards expanding housing supply and not enough on better technology - software, equipment, etc. I think part of the stagnant productivity has been due to lack of investment in technology, rather than laziness of workers. It's also worth pointing out that a lot of the workforce has been in government, which has been spending more and more money while not having much to show for it, so productivity in the government is another issue too. Bureaucracy and red tape can also be detrimental to productivity in both governments and the private sector. Maybe Canada needs more competitiveness (ex with telecommunications). Lack of training could be an other obstacle to productivity, or for example... not speaking English properly. Sometimes when I get customer service with an Indian, I have to make him repeat 5 times because of his extremely thick accent. He might not be lazy and trying his best, but still not very productive. \n\nWith slavery in the US, the South has been rather inefficient with their labour because slaves were relatively cheap (still had to feed and house them). The viewpoint that was ignored in this video is the that of the Canadians who have been building this country for generations. The only mention of us is of one rally of defeated and frustrated Canadians, who are being victimized and displaced. Companies will no longer hire us - at all - in favour of everyone else. It's called DEI. Inclusion actually means everyone. Institutions are removing all history and acceptance of the Canadians of European descent - and calling us names like racist, transphopic etc. in order to silence us. Meanwhile, when teenagers, seniors, and every other Canadian whose families have built the luxuries that you love, are being forced into homelessness (while being called racist, phobic etc). You both seem like the quality immigrants who are welcome here. yes I live in the lower mianland British Columbia the average prices for a super cheap place for a single person is around 1500 just for rent now if you want to live in a not to bad place that can range from 1800-2800 rent per month then the cost of food and fuel compaired to the uS I seen people complaining Down ther gas 1 gallon which is just about 4 leitres in Canada hight prices down ther 6.00 US per gallon uphere its like on low average right now 1.80 per litre =6.20 convert that to US dollars about 4.80\nyes our tap water I take for granted ikeep forgetting about that , people coming from other countrys talking about our water and I am like huh ?

The average cost of rent in Canada is over 2000 CAD. This rental payment is roughly equivalent to paying for a 300,000 CAD mortgage. The system is broken. Period.

Put a percentage cap on countries that immigration comes from. There is no way one area should have 50% immigration to Canada. Cap it at 10 or 20% per country

I don't want to offend anyone, but it is totally illogical that a country as popular as Canada has not put these measures in place before, which are not brutal, they are basic. \n\nThink that most countries in the world do not allow an international student to work 24 hours a day. Furthermore, the level of fraud for admission to colleges and universities is very high, many students do not even go to classes...and do not even pass the language filters. Everybody is blaming the brown and black immigrants but there are a lot of white immigrants who came to Canada as well who also have placed heavy financial burden the the social system.
