The colleges are a major part of the problem. Way too easy to get accepted into a college in Canada. Some of the students dont even know how to use a computer. The colleges only care about collecting those high tuition fees.

So, I think the general population is (including myself) a little ignorant about where the household items we use everyday come from. It's not just avocados, tomatoes, beer, and tequila and immigrants arriving from the southern border. As for Canada, we import most of our gas from there, as well as, precious metals. I suppose that if we are struggling financially now, what is coming our way might be a little worse for some people. I have friends that say that prices going up does not affect their budget at all.
