Can we talk about the lack of services for people coming to Canada from Quebec a very distinct province. I am an anglo who left Quebec because of the political climate and am having a culture shock here in Ontario. There are so many immigrants and services and support for immigrants which is fantastic, but it is somehow expected that all Candians are alike and can easily move from one province to the next. I have been having difficulty adapting and would like to see more services for people like me which is virtually non-existent.

I remember canada immigration has a certain standard and requirements. There were different immigration program such as family class business class. When it comes to student visa graduates studies were offered on funding and scholarships.recently we can see number of high school graduates to attend community College. Canadian takes grant student loan to start any program in college and universities imagine international students from developing countries where the tuition fee is almost double I don't understand the screening process of students. It has benefited to consultants and has ruin canada reputation. There are number of videos in tiktok and YouTube of people making v blog on leaving canada. I feel sad. Canada is a beautiful country but the greed of money has completely ruin the reputation.

Listened to your vlog and I want to suggest few things as an immigrant myself... I am not sure of your detials but seems like your husband came back after 2 months leaving you there with family.. I have rarely seen any family settling abroad unless they have seriously burnt all there bridges back home.. if you start with a mindset that let's go and see and if doesn't work out we will come back 90% odds are you will go back.. firstly come with absolutely clear mind that no matter what happens you are not going back.. and you will make it here no matter what. The journey will become much easier and one directional.. Secondly you do not have to rely on any family abroad to move.. this is an other mistake people make.. they think they will have support but this support is actually a limiting option ... it doesn't let you get on feet quicker. Nobody can support you for long abroad and sooner than later you have to get on your feet. once you over stay your welcome you can start getting some unwelcoming vibes and then you get depressed thinking there is no one genuinely yours in this country.. you waste your initial time relying on your family.. better start without them in the first place and get going from day one.. and lastly 2 3 months is nothing to settle any where let alone in Canada.. you have to be patient, persistent and focused and after 2 years and after seeing all the calendar and religious seasons twice, you finally start to think of new place as your home.. its hard but in the end it's truly worth it and then you can never go back to India or Pakistan

Their diplomas have no real value anymore. I went to Conestoga college, and I wish your mon read my words. Canadians, should consider that international students are paying around 20k yearly to Canada Colleges institutions that are not offering better education than the one provided in their own countries for way less than 30k. Other developed countries, like Germany or Belgium offer the same programs to international students for around 8k yearly, but, the international students rather come to Canada which also offer an easier path to become PR. But then, they crash with the reality and they realize that even many Indians can't speak proper English to be competitive in a Canadian College or in a Canadian company. Unfortunately, Canadians educational institutions know that the English spoken by international students is not enough but, they send them an acceptance letter from the institution so they can come and study in Canada. So, the real problem are the Canadian public colleges and Universities accepting people with a poor English level from overseas. Canada is a great place to be but, this kind of actions make their productivity poor which is in reality the problem behind the bad economy development when compare with similar developed countries. So, your mon should first blame its own country policies and educational institutions rather than international students for that kind of behaviors when they are students. Also, you should put your self in their shoes, learn German and go to Germany and see how easy is to manage to get a waitress job only in German in a city like Cologne. And then remember that this international students are bringing 20k from their countries economy to Canada each one yearly. Know, think how many Canadians bring 20k yearly to India or Nepal... Yes. If you want to see it to believe it, come to Surrey, BC. There are so many brown students on the buses that you’ll have to wait 1-2 hours for an 80-person bus that has a space. Plus all the jobs are being taken, and I’m seeing so many homeless people on the streets now. No shelter space, and there won’t be maybe ever. All the parks are completely filled with tent cities. This is a huge disaster, bad enough that Trudeau should be removed from office.

Real international students are not harming economic and housing, those look like students and coming here to work and make money and we see them everywhere are hurting the system. Publish the numbers of students from all countries to understand better.

I said Good Bye to Toronto in 2019. Never ever went to see it again. We knew something was coming. We were running. That something was the fake virus plus migrants. Canada is a country that is built on middle class where a large part of the population are within the same earning range. There are positives to this, less crime, there is not a huge disparity between rich and poor which makes for a more sane environment don’t get me wrong, we still have our crime rate. Now you can see that the professional programs are limited compared to other countries in the universities and highly competitive so that you don’t have so many professionals with high earning power thereby creating a huge disparity. On the other hand, these high earners don’t get a tax return, get any govt cheque, their kids don’t get huge amounts for OSAP instead, they get billed to pay back the govt and that’s how those of you complaining now where able to get govt cheques when you just relocated, support low income homes and newly landed immigrants. There’s free health, good Ammenities, snow is cleared, the roads are salted and de iced, free Education, govt loans and school loans that’s where your tax money goes to. Everyone has an accent that’s your identity why will you feel somehow or intimidated when you are told you have an accent that’s being timid say yes I have an accent it’s African or Caribbean etc. About racism it’s rare never experienced it that’s not saying it doesn’t happen but am gonna call you out if it’s obvious I have been profiled. Yes the weather is harsh did you not look at your map before relocating ?? In all most of these complaints are individual experiences so I won’t invalidate it but don’t trash what you gained from. Retraining and certification is a must especially when you are coming from a certain country and it’s not a bad idea. Am in healthcare and retraining is a must if you didn’t school here cos it’s entirely different talk about work ethics, equipments, software, differentiation in policies, health laws and malpractice laws.\nLook at the brighter side of life and stop complaining migration has its pros and cons position yourself in a place to have a good life, go back to school, get certified, keep retraining and adding value to your certificate.

As a Christian, I agree with a lot said here regarding the direction of society. But Jesus teaches His people to not hide but let our light shine. It is amazing seeing God awaken people out of the lies our culture promotes and see their lives transformed. You will find other problems in Muslim-majority countries. Hey these are my last 15 days in Canada I have everything here good job but we are moving back for my son. Here zero social life for immigrants unless u have your relatives here already. Mg son goes to school for 4 hours and rest of the day we try to keep him busy in activities at home but we are humans too , not everyday we can keep him busy all the time away from I pad TV. I am frustrated seeing him like this. We are here since 2022 he was 2 years old now he is 3+. He has not a single interaction with other child in our apartment… just school time is interacting time for him with other kids .. as a mother I am depressed and taken decision to go back to my home … now I can see him playing outside and interacting with people…. No restriction nothing… We have prioritised his physical health so coming back.. and yes u are right car is must..

Toronto people complain that really all they get is two, true warm months of summer. June is sort of warm, but it can be cold at night and suffer cold snaps. Finally warm August comes to an end. I can appreciate what you are saying. I live in Los Angeles and we have many of the same issues and worse in many cases. You mentioned a lot of things that are problems and you are right. What you did not mention was who is responsible for the policies being enacted. My guess is that like Los Angeles, it’s run by progressive liberals who are passing laws that don’t put your citizens first. That’s what has happened in Los Angeles. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to move to a major metropolitan area, check to see who the mayor is and who’s on the city council. Canada is already run by leftists so I assume the apple is not falling far from the tree when it comes to your city leadership. In the US, people continue to reelect these incompetents. People in Canada need to realize, it’s okay to vote for conservative policies.

Moved to Canada in 2017 and looking to leave in 2024. I was lucky to come here with a job and I’m making a six figure income even though I’m far from being successful. However, the problem with canada at the moment is even if you have a decent job and not too bad salary, you still can’t afford a home and the rent keeps going through the roof. Canada’s obsession with immigration is lazy and irresponsible. The politicians and elites see immigrants as cash cows and instead of creating companies that generate jobs and wealth, they speculate in the housing markets which are fuelled by immigrants. Immigration is not necessarily a bad thing but you do it with a plan, definitely not as radically as Canada did under the liberal government. The massive immigration only helps the rich, the already haves and the investors. Ask middle and lower classes how they feel about their life quality in Canada, do they really benefit from the immigration? They fight hard for jobs with minimum wages, pay for ridiculous rents, wait in the long line at the emergency rooms, get into bidding wars in the housing markets …. If you are not rich, simply don’t come to Canada. It’s not worth it unless you enjoy living from paycheck to paycheck and owning nothing.

You will live well anywhere in the world if you have money or a good source of income. All the Canadian ex-pats living abroad have either money (they made here), real estate that they can sell or rent to have income from here, a Canadian pension or a willingness to live in the forest/off-grid, as many videos show. No place is affordable for the people living there, and that's why many immigrants still leave their countries and come here. For example, many Canadians move to Mexico, while many Mexicans are moving here. Canadians still have it good, believe me!! I travel and see. Yes, we have many challenges with housing and the high cost of living like BIG cities worldwide do. So, people saying they will leave Canada are still privileged people.

This is pretty funny. I'm Canadian and my best friend is an economist working for the government on demographic issues full time. Just has an FYI canada has seen its highest immigration rate in the past 50 years last year. I can also see and feel all the immigrants moving in the job market. I'm not so sure why those videos keep being produced. This country is not perfect but it's better than many other places in the world. For example, canada is barely affected by climate change because we already have resilient infrastructure. When it comes to housing it's not so much that the governement does not allow for more building than the fact that it's hard to build affordable homes because the homes in canada require a lot of work due to the nature of the climate. (Has a trained carpenter and GC I know.) It's also very far from all of the world's chaos. All those emerging wars will affect Europe directly but all we get are some small economic backlashes. Anyhow, I've been living here for my whole 31 years of life and I've enjoyed the place and its peace. What I dislike is the cold and the lack of sun. I would hope you could find happiness in Canada. One of my concerns about living in a theocratic country would always be, is this choice really your own? Can you ever be certain, if faced with violations of your rights, that the choice is really yours? And, if not, can you consider yourselves as choosing Islam, rather than being forced into it, even if in absence of theocratic rule, you would have chosen it anyways? Maybe I’m overthinking it. I have the tendency to do that. I think if I were Muslim, I might choose Tunisia. I’ve known people from Tunisia and it sounds like they’re pretty open-minded, but still obviously predominantly Muslim. I’ve been to Dubai, and while I see many people recommending it, I honestly thought it was the worst combination of East and West. All the commercialization of the West, but none of the democracy. Plus, if you are not native Emiratis, you will always be second class. I’m from the US in what I think is the mini-Canada (ok, the Twin Cities) and we have a big Muslim community, but I’m very concerned Trump will win again in 2024, and I don’t know what will come of it. My daughter is part Afghani, but raised Catholic because her father’s side is irreligious. But I still worry for her, looking like she does and carrying that last name. People are so awful.

I see your point in coming to the decision to relocate, it makes sense to me. Everyone should be able to have a right to their beliefs. I’m being honest here, what about my rights? My right to have my window open so I can let fresh air come in once in a while. Don't come to Canada. Everything is doubled in price compared to US/UK and then inflation and taxes plus more taxes. Free health care is free health care. Not quality health care. If you can't find a Dr. Good luck. Most doctors leave to the US or other to make more $ to pay off huge university loans. See how that works. As far their are lots of jobs if you wanna work at a gas bar or fast food joint or Walmart or something. Nova Scotia- $1700 monthly rent. $900 paycheck every two weeks. This is slavery. This is my 13th year in Canada, I am so sad to see the change, I really hope it will become a better country again with Trudeau stepping down. But we also have to be fair that there are not many countries become better since COVID. Many of you leaving or planning to leave Canada are more like rich country retirees taking advantage of the wage and currency differences between rich and poor countries. So let’s put it this way, if many of you have not worked your whole life here in Canada, will you still have a quality of life in your home countries, such as Southeast Asia or South America? I doubt majority of the population there is make a good money and having great work life balance, and everyone there could afford a decent retirement life. what is more close to nowadays reality is people coming here and hoping they could have a better paid job and settle down here, but most of them found out they are struggling to even maintain their normal life in this country, so they left. For those who came years ago, they made a saving which may not be enough to support a good retirement life here, but is more than enough in other countries, they also choose to flee. Then those successful immigrants will stay here with the option to travel anywhere they want. My son's classmate's grandfather immigrated to Canada long time ago who later become a well known cardiologist and was rewarded as one of the top 25 immigrants Award, all three daughters are now specialists too. I really hope Canada could rise again!

You want to live in Toronto, the third largest city in North America on average salary? I think that’s an unrealistic expectation when you compare the rent to cities like New York and Miami. I think given its current size and growth trajectory, Toronto is still on the affordable size and it will get much more expensive in the future. I visited Toronto and the GTA area, all you can see is new construction, businesses packed with people. May be Canada bit more than it could chew and the economy has not grown since COVID making inflation pinch even more. My only problem was due to the rapid expansion, the city seemed to lack a soul which comes through organic growth. All I could see was broad highways, residential areas packed with housed and large shopping complexes.

We are living in the end of times. The word of God say's these things will happen and we are seeing them fulfilled before our eyes. We are to move our families to the countryside, where we can grow our food and live as self sufficient as possible. These things will happen around the world. There is an agenda out there. Let's return to Jesus, He came to redeem and rescue us from sin, evil, Satan and the wicked world. The whole world is in a mess. Wherever we travel to, there's no guarantee of a happy, beautiful life we are all looking for. \nTrue is a perfect or wonderful world doesn't exist. \nWhere it's good today, could become worse tomorrow.
