The government of BC is taking action by requiring TOD at its transit centres. Why not the rest of the provinces? In Calgary alone, we could house at least 250,000 more people if every station had TOD. It's more sustainable growth, and accrues new transit riders and vibrancy instead of the decay and antisocial behaviour we saw during the pandemic. It could break ground tomorrow in Calgary if it were pursued...with all of their vast parking lots that do little more than waste land.

Excellent work on his part for this matter is so clear and yet so strewn in the western media. These people are being killed for their land and although there was a terrible event, it pales to what has been happening to them for a century and Beyond. I have experienced this many time, mannerless kids keep kicking irrespective of how many times u request politely to not do it. But best is never to talk to minors as they are most likely travelling with an adult so always seek who they are travelling with and report to the staff onboard first. The more houses you build the more land you need that means farmland You can't grow food on a house or apt.The more people in this country the more food you need? Farmers have a hard time growing food as it is there will be a food shortage in 5 years ( think about it)

Straightforward, telling facts, I don't get why some people in western countries don't get the fact that it is their homeland and they don't want to be foreign, refugees in other countries. Why is the solution building a house per student? Why not invest more in student housing like dorms that can cater thousands of students with a fraction of the land space. Students resorting to living in actual houses or apartments, have to live with like 12 other people to afford rent which is much worse conditions than living in a simple dorm.
