You’ve been in an English speaking country for awhile. So why do you need to communicate via Spanish? You should’ve learned the language by now. I wanted to write IELTS again but not able to get test dates here in the USA; earliest is May 2021. \nNow, I also know of two other ways of improving CRS; PNP from Alberta and BC Tech Program.\nHere are a few questions popping in my head:\nWould it be a good idea to create an Express Entry profile with 402 score and wait for Alberta to pick us for PNP? \nWhat happens if I submit my Express Entry profile and later I get a better IELTS score and want to submit that profile?\nI’m obviously using the Alberta PNP only for PR, so what are restrictions on us to stay/work in Alberta? Our plan is settle down in Vancouver, BC. \nI just found out about the BC Tech program from one of your videos and planning to prepare and apply for jobs there. This is almost exactly like Sweden, but with a few key differences.\n- Healthcare (including dental care) is free for everyone below the age of 18, after that it's really cheap compared to the U.S.\n- You're not expected to tip anyone, at any occasion.\n- Taxes are way higher, (30% mentioned in the video is roughly the amount the lowest income takers pay, rather than the highest, I know someone who pays a little above 60% in tax each month)\n- Although you come a long way with just English, the language is necessary for living long term.\n\nAnyhow, very informative video! I don't care how it started but if you did just your job a server you get just the hourly. This idea that tipping is standard is basically rewarding bad behavior.. something I refuse to.\n\nIv had the odd waitress get snarky and if the food was high quality, while the service was garbage. Iv gone directly to kitchen staff and given them a tip cutting the server out completely normally they only give 10% of there total tips to the kitchen and I don't know any one server that claim more that 35% of there tips come tax season.\n. ohh I should mention prior to covid lockdowns a decent sever at an average bar takes home an average of $200 a night on top of their hourly wage so with the standard of 15 per h that's 120 + 200 that is 320 in a 8 hour shit that $40.00 and rough hour after 37 since I don't know a single one paying the proper taxes. A Friday/Saturday night should bring in well over 400.\n\nNow contrary to popular belief a restaurant must let view the kitchen if requested that's why you can see the kitchen in fast food places. \nAnd vice versa don't you kids yourself.\n\nThe most iv seen a server be tipped from a single table is $6,500\nIn one night $15,000\nVery rare even in mist fine dining.\n\nIf you knew a server complaing about income prior to covid lockdowns that ment 1 of 3 things\n1. addiction\n2. Where Canada starts lagging behind is really in RnD and access to life saving procedures. Too many people die on waiting lists in Canada as there is not enough resources to go around, y'all have waited 4-8 H(normal is 2-4) just to be seen before don't fib to web now. \n\nAnd since we lack competition for newer/better medical procedure, 80-90% of our medical knowledge comes from the states or ww2 Germany.\n\nWhile on say the USA side, due to the competition they are constantly making advancements (which in the long run makes overall treatment cheaper and closer affordable). While with Canada you have fixed prices, which actually encourages stagnantion in development as anything that streamlines the hospital making it more efficient hurst the hospitals next year of available funding.. while being hurt in the USA can really set the individual back.\nIn Canada you get an overall lower quality of care as the talented doctors end up moving to the states where they can get paid what they are worth not stuck on a fixed income. And after all that rare illnesses in canada as stated don't have any coverage meaning that any one hit with hit rare illness finds out the hard way they can either pay for life saving medication or well pass on.. as most Canadian are taxed to high to have any substantial savings available for such an emergency as they fall into the trap that the government has me covered. \n\nSo each system has its positives and negatives and as far as I'm concerned it's not talked about enough honestly up hear.\n\nIf you have been to the dentist in canada thats basically the usa system, though the prices are fixed in some areas so some services won't be available.. as they don't update the payment schedule often enough so certain procedures pay well, other well can actually cost the dentist out of pocket. \nTherefore in some areas you can't get certain procedures done at all the dentist will refuse.

Will her ielts score will be calculated??? Without her ielts score I will get 64/100 eligibilty point. If her point will be counted then I'm getting 69/100 ( 5 points for adaptability) Then there will be more chances to get invitation from Alberta.\n\nWhere n when i have to show these 69/100 ( if I get) points in the whole process???\n\nKindly elaborate this. To me, a democratic society is an equal and just society for each and every citizen. Freedom is where every citizen has all their civil rights in that democratic society. This means we should be valued and treated equally under every circumstance.\n\nI'm a Canadian and I can see we are not doing that by over-policing black and indigenous communities, by denying indigenous communities the ability to participate in Canadian society with their own culture in tact and by our biases about people with other ethnicities, like Asians and East and West Indians.\n\nWe may not be bad as the US, but we are still doing these things. For the shopping experience, they have the guys go in carrying hand bags. If people assume that you are too dumb to understand something or too poor to afford something, that's wrong. Same holds true for treating women as if they won't understand. Usually this behavior is done, not by bad people, but by people who just haven't had a lot of interactions with different people of different races. So they haven't had the chance to have those stereotypes personally disproven.
