There are about 2 million estimated Americans living in Mexico currently. They may be forced out too in response. President Sheinbaum just met with China's president last week as well. not to mention China's in-roads and developing relations with so many central and south American countries. Not to mention Brazil is the B in BRICS which is now roughly 1/2 the world's population and produce more GDP than the G7 for the first time ever. God help us is Saudi joins them. That is where most of oil prices are determined also since our refineries are not setup to refine domestically produced oil (it is the wrong type) and it would take decades and billions to convert. Not to mention costly and owned by multi-national corporations. And forcing them do so amounts to semi state-control and is a communist ideal. They are capitalist institutions and are only beholden to shareholders. And those shareholders are not voting to take a loss.

Canada like many countries who came out fairly unscathed from COVID are facing the same dilemma, they didn't get the massive economical bounce back and the momentum that went with it like many countries who were devastated by COVID. If you look at the data between Canadian household income compared to the US, excluding the top ten percent since the US has much more income inequality than Canada, you will see that most Canadian are doing much better than their American neighbours. And on top of that, we have safer streets, healthcare, longer lifespan and better public education system. What we are missing is more leadership structuring our economy rather than completely being depended on the free market. They are managing the economy rather than facilitating more growth, none of the Canadian political parties seems to truly be engaged with that. We are not the US, we do not have the population to grow a service economy like they do, which has a compounding effect on their economy. We need a more focused approach to managing our resources, including human resource, which requires some planning on the economic side.

But really, it’s not the immigrants that are here since 20-30 years that cause the problems, not that I support illegals I agree they should have regulate their status, but the millions that came in the last 4 years, to many for the country to be able to support…

First of all:\nEducate yourself TLDR about the difference between illegal immigration (which is already a criminal act and if in large enough numbers an invasion) and legal immigration. They are NOT the same. Its like confusing a paying customer at the store (legal) with a shoplifter (illegal immigration).\n\nIf CA and NYC, then that's easy, send all of those people to those 2 states and see how long these states will last.\nSecond, its easy to make a country take back its own people, since you have the largest military available. Nothing a few threats of bombs couldnt fix.\n\nIts all super easy, you just have to want it.

I live in Germany for about 6 years, moving from Bosnia and didnt have any of those problems mentioned, excluding the bureaucratic hurdels. Granted, i do speak German natively since ive spent my early childhood years here. To be fair i do think that learning the language of the nation you are moving to as fluently as possible should be a no brainer.\nWhat people arround the world need to understand is that European countries are NOT the USA. 10 years ago I had been called by my company to work in Germany. First discrimination I had was when a government worker told me in english that she does not speak english and if I want anything I should get a translator or learn german! Since then I have been many times facing similar discrimination even after I learned the language. The sacrifice I make is for my children as I want them to have opportunities for higher education and a larger spectrum of careers. He was only saved by COVID collapsing the economic drive for illegal immigration. And even then, most of the run-up post COVID lockdown was in place by Jan 2021 ( 3:30 ). So he does not have a great 1st term record, despite the hot air. I find it remarkable that the pew is saying there is a total sum of 11 million when we know by 2023 that 12 million illegals under Biden alone has come. if that doesn't prove that graph or pew are lying stats I don't know what is. I remember I'm in my 30s I rememebr there being like a million illegal immigrants come in each year since 2000 sometimes you would have more. Now unless they somehow decided to magically leave or you magically amnestied an additional 30 million people on top of the 12 that just came in 3 years prior not counting this year. To all those supporting the cracking down on these ‘illegals’ there’s something I need to know. Tell me, if they folks had an option to immigrate legally, would they? Do you think it’s some kind of malicious effort to come here against the law, or are they coming here out of desperation? Many of these people come from places like Haiti, Colombia, or Guatemala. Places that the CIA and American tax dollars destroyed.
