I am an Indian student in Canada and I can say that the government here is very corrupt. You will rarely find student over here who came here to study. Many students can't even communicate in English. It is not safe place for Hindus. The main reason of racism over here our community doesn't want to adopt their culture and not follow the rules. Canadian government brought many below average students here and that is the main reason for unemployment.

This is by design. Canada needs immigrants ONLY at their peak, but doesn't want them staying beyond that. The collateral damage won't dissuade the government and lobbyists. White countries are rich regardless because of centuries of accrued interest from stolen resources, so they don't really need more citizens, just workers at their peak.

We love immigrants *and* diversity in Canada. All my friends are immigrants or children of immigrants. \n\nHowever, importing exclusively Indians is *not* diversity. It is not diversity when it is all a singular group. Doing this has created division among Canadians unlike I have ever seen before. \n\nOur government is exploiting these people and using them to perpetuate the housing crisis by cramming 10+ of them in a 2br that is owned by a corporation and rented to students with no legal protections. Our landlord/tenant bureau is *so* overwhelmed that these exploited students have literally no recourse - their visas expire before their case is even heard. \n\nBRING BACK DIVERSITY. You want to talk DEI? How about equal numbers of immigrants from different regions around the world instead of *just* India!!!

I just want to know why do the rich (blackrock) benefit from influence the government to have high immigration in Canada?

Yes you guys want to show the dark side of a country so that many Indians individuals should not go over there or any other abroad countries...and stay in India and continue there endless struggle in cracking competitive exams like JEE NEET or UPSC etc. Whatever you guys are showing is only one side of the coin. Canada is still a good place to live, the quality of life is far far better than India . Moreover, first try to show the dark side of India that how the government is fooling millions of students because of the low quality of education and insecure unfair examination system such as paper leaks. I am leaving in Canada, and I am an Indian and I like this place.

I can't even get an BEDROOM for less that $1500 in Canada and I must share with someone else.\n\nI have to be either Muslim, Punjabi or Punjabi Female or Boy to get a place.\n\nThey own everything, we can't get jobs, we can't get apartments, they take all the food from food banks and never donate. They use all our resources and disregard health laws. They leave trash everywhere and don't shower. They don't follow traffic laws or any laws. They constantly touch our women in appropriately and the top 50 people on the Canadas most wanted list are all immigrants!\n\nThen they complain when they are homeless and try to sue our government, they try to change laws to Sharia, they sing our anthem in Punjabi.\n\nThey need to go, if push come to shove. We won't lose. 1 of us is 5 of them.

I believe India is the best country to stay because:\n- Rents extremely high in developed cities . Property prices unaffordable in big cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata. People are paying life long EMI till death.\n- Teachers focus more on Private tutions to make money. If you don’t take lessons from them, they will fail you in education system \n-Government doctors more focus on Private practices than their Government jobs. In ICU doctors sometimes sleep because they are tired for their private pactices.\n- Court takes decades to settle court cases. \n- Extremely high inflation - Food prices uncontrolled \n- Retirees not worked for Government getting hard time to pay bills specially medical treatment cost. It’s really hard for them to stay in big cities. No Indian government help and support. Government basically don’t care them. Only big big words at the time of vote \n- middle class working upto 11 pm to save their job , no retirement money- just surviving \n- After completing MBA, lot of job seekers land in selling target oriented credit card selling and driving Uber/ Toto \n- Ministers have so much under table money they keep their money inside the walls of their property \n- Sides of Highways full of Poverty . No good food, no proper sanitation \n- Farmers have to commit suicide for manipulated Government practices \n- Police is not writing FIRs if you are categorized as opponent \n-Fake promises are given to illegal immigrants/ Hawkers/ by Ministers for creating Ministers Vote Bank\n-\n- Ministers create vote banks from Hindu- Muslim riots \n- Ambani’s spend millions of dollars inviting top celebrities where 60% poverty prevails \n\n- Health care system is changing extremely high prices for small surgeries because Insurance will pay. At age 80 , all top insurer declines coverage when you need coverage otherwise premium is extremely high so that you can’t afford \n- Middle class is pressuring their kid to get admission in a reputed Private school and still has to pay high amount of donations.\n- Modi wants to make digital India which is great. Did he cared how the uneducated citizens, needs medical attention can cope with Government rules. He didn’t care. What he did for poor Indian.- nothing.\n\n\nAfter all these ministers are saying India Rising. Is India really rising or Ambani- Adani rising\n\nAbhi when you will show real India or are you scared that Modi will throw you in Pakistan

From where I'm from, there's literally no one who wants any more immigrants! I've never seen so many people become openly racist overnight. Mind you, it's not their fault it's the government's fault! They keep letting them in and now they're not welcome any more!

What's the value of a human life in india. You don't have footpaths to walk, cars will never let you cross the road. There is no pollution free air to breathe. Only 10 percent of indians can afford car. More than 70 percent of Indians live in poverty. You talk about excellent hospitals in India, but that's only for the rich and middle class people who can afford it. Have you seen the state of affairs of government owned hospitals?. Also let's talk about work life balance, India has one of the worst work life balance. Is this the sort of life you want to live. Canada might have issues but every country has issues. Work in India is strssful and on top of that travelling to work, u don't get autos, buses and trains are super crowded. Have you seen trh state of traffic in bangalore?. And talking about buying a house, houses are not affordable to buy by a common man in metro cities. You think a common man can afford houses worth 1 cr and above? I can keep on talking but please get your facts correct before demeaning other country.

Its crappy, I'm at the point in my life where me and my fiancée are making more money then we ever have, but its going no where. We need immigrants, we do not need this much. I go on tiktok and there are tutorials for people coming into this country on how to obtain free food, like from food banks and what not, spite the fact we have minimum funding requirements for students coming here. It sucks, because the minimum isn't high enough for somebody to actually live off, and its taking food away from desperate Canadians who really need it. Some of my best friends are immigrants, and it sucks to try to speak up about it, only to be bashed as a bigot or xenophobic. I'm not either of those things, we just have a HUGE issue caused by a massive influx of people. Its not the people's fault, its the failure of our government. I have no issues with anybody who wants to live a better life, I have massive issues with a government letting new immigrants experience a mediocre, and overpriced, life at the cost of everybody else's life getting WAY more expensive and difficult. My rent for a 2bd apartment in 2014 was $770 all included, Grocery bill was about 170 every two weeks. That has all tripled in the last 10 years, Legit tripled. *Only mentioning those two, because they have gone up the most, but EVERYTHING has gone up. (about 2-3x) Its crazy to think when I was making 8-10 dollars less an hour, I had more money, it went MUCH further.

I'm not religious, but I pray that the current government and the majority of its members are thrown to the wolves. That's not to say other governments are clean, but this government... Devoid of any common sense and humanity have literally put the nail in the coffin. Destroyed Canada what it was to be a Canadian. I don't want to live in Canada anymore, but I just can't bring myself to leave the country I grew up to love..

Of course they won't say it. But a lot of the reason we have massive immigration here is because of corporate lobbying. It brings down wages across the board. Plus our monopolies like Bell, Rogers, Lablaws get more customers. The government says it's because of our birthrate but it's not, nobody in our government has foresight like that. Hello, I live in BC, Canada. Canada is currently in a very rough state, and I can only hope things will improve soon. One of the biggest issues is the rampant, uncontrolled immigration. The government invited a flood of people into the country without having the necessary infrastructure in place—jobs, healthcare, housing—to support them. Now they're trying to cap immigration, hoping for a turnaround, but it's like closing the stable door after the horse has bolted.\n\nCanada's drug and crime policies are an absolute joke. I also have an Instagram account where many students ask me about studying in Canada. I always tell them that if they're doing well in India, they should stay there. The problem isn't just with India's education system—it's with the unrealistic mindset of people wanting to come to Canada.\n\nWe see students desperately going from one store to another, begging for jobs that simply aren't there. Some even sell their land or property, especially in Punjab, thinking they'll find a better life here. But right now, it's just not worth it. When I advise others, they think we're living the dream in Canada while trying to stop them from coming. I moved to Canada 12 years ago, and the country has changed beyond recognition.

We *better* pay attention. \nEurope is having immigration issues and even the Nordic countries are getting hostile. They all immigrate to PEI because it is the quickest way to seek citizenship in the country, as soon as they gain it they move to Ontario. I have met many wonderful people from India through work and because of our government choosing to allow so many people over here without providing proper housing for not only the new immigrants, but also for our own native born citizens, there is nothing available at any decent price for young people like myself who want to move out from their parents homes. It's also causing a lot of people to be racist towards Indians when the fault truly lies in our government. And because we are allowing so many people over here without proper background checks and things such as that we are also allowing people over here that could pose a threat to women or others. I had a cab driver last week (who was from India) who tried to hit on me and told me he left India because he was getting into too many physical fights over in India and also told me he had gotten into physical fights with some of his customers as well. It was scary for me as a woman to be in a car with that man who was taking me to my home. The government needs to do better for us. We feel alone and ignored when it comes to this. The greed pushing this stupid, and not properly thought out, immigration policy needs to be put to an end so that the people who have lived here their whole lives can get a chance at life.

Firstly Canada lied that they would give opportunities and pr pathways , now they don't have a plan to generate jobs and are blaming Indians or other specific community , if you are doing this survey why don't you also do a survey of number of drug users and people who are waste or people living on EI so that they don't pay the taxes or want to work too and also then compare where you stand and why the government wanted to invite foreign workers

I am watching this video from Canada and I have 4 words for you - “DO NOT COME HERE!!!” Everything that was mentioned in the video is absolutely true. Canada is facing many problems, unaffordable housing, broken healthcare systems, homeless people, drugs. I am always scared to walk in downtown at night when I’m returning from work. And the worst part is, you cannot even defend yourself here if a homeless person is attacking you. If you do that you will be prosecuted saying that why did you touch that homeless guy and it is a violation of human rights, which is stupid. So does that mean that we should just let a random homeless person kill us?? How does that make sense?? My friend who was having an asthma attack had to sit in the emergency room for 8 hours. If something would have happened, who would be responsible? And the list just goes on. And what does the Canadian prime minister do about that….? Let a guy be a girl and a girls become a guy? What does that even mean??? I have nothing against the LGBTQ people. That’s your life do whatever you want, I don’t care. But there are so many other issues going on in the country and the government is focusing on allowing people to change their genders !! \nAnd the worst part is that a portion of the tax we pay from our hard earned money goes to the homeless people. And what do they do? Buy drugs and start attacking random people. I really feel sorry for this country and the people of this country. \nI always respected my county, India but now I really feel that the sense of security, belongingness, our culture is amazing !!! \nIf anyone is planning to come to Canada for studies, please think again. Canada is the most beautiful country in the world that’s its usp , again we Indians can learn something from Canada is the way they preserved their nature that is remarkable that gives them good oxygen rich air , water and hygiene that Indian people are far away or never witnessed in their life. We don’t have any greenery in our country we really need to work on improving that but neither the people nor the government is interested in making good changes or even have such idea in head ! Along with that Canada has strong tax system you really get tax return as well as strong labour protection act that guards its resident from exploitation and employees can sue the employer if exploitation is provable on table with facts. India doesn’t have any strong labour protection body this results even in corporate jobs you have to work more than 8 hours and no OT , plus Canada has EI (employment insurance) so that means is , if you loose your job for any reason you will get government assistance to help to pay your bills till you find your next job. Plus disability benefits , food banks , freedom to live your life the way you want, you can eat what you want, religion based stupidity doesn’t exist in that country. So yes it’s true I don’t like the Canadian PM either but overall Canada is really good country and we Indians can learn atleast some good things they carry and adapt to our country and make India bit better place to live. The moment some says truth we Indians start bashing and may say go to Canada but we don’t realize our own problems and don’t wanna work.

All the problems have been there since many years for many developed countries. Now seems Canadian government itself wants to highlight this as much as they can as part of their propaganda to eradicate the immigration problem. I am a Canadian and I have seen the sharp decline of Canada over the past decade which makes me very sad. According to many 'experts' they paint a dire picture of the nations future as the rate of inflation spirals out of control and we are buried beneath a mountain of debt. On the ground level, homelessness is an epidemic that the powers that should not be seem to want to sweep under the rug, while they race bait and spout off about woke ideology. They are more worried about transgender rights and castrating children while with anyone with eyes to see are witnessing the very breakdown of their society around them, people are dying in the streets from fentanyl overdose. My wife volunteered at our old church which catored to the homeless and I have known many that are no longer with us, nobody wants to acknowledge it because they do not want to face the fact that they are fellow human beings. In the end no one is better than any one else, it is all vanity.?\nIt would seem like we are run by lunatics with severe cognitive dissonance by the fact that we have mass immigration while are own \npopulation is suffering, I admit that mental health and addictions are potent variables that constitute the crisis, I am not niave to those facts. I myself have had long term Sobriety. But it is odd that only a decade ago, homelessness /addiction were problems confined to major cities like Vancouver and Toronto, and now we have tent cities in almost every town with a population of more than 20 thousand people. Isreal has proposed a two state solution and was rejected. The Palestinians want Isreal and that's not happening. So it is what is is. Isreal will make Gaza uninhabitable and this will no longer be an issue. If the Arab world pushed Palestinians into excepting a two state solution this would be an entirety different situation. Correction - our government wants immigrants, the people are sick and tired of the mass immigration. It will end when Trudeau is kicked out. There are too many here already! It has strained our healthcare, our real estate market, we have East Indian students on study visas protesting and demanding to be let into the country. It is time for the Canadian government to benefit young Canadian families and let those that come here do so legally and with a job awaiting them. The insanity has to be over, if PP can't do the job, the Reform party will.

But why do they allow so many people of one nationality to enter into the country?? Apparently, it couldn't be because they help to build up the country, because many natives are complaining.. And based on one of the complaints is that they are not interested in conforming to the Canadian culture.. Doesn't the government know that allowing a mass population of people of the same nationality into their country is how colonization begins?? Where, instead of the foreigners adapting to the nation's culture, it's the natives adapting to theirs?? In everything there has to be a balance, else, there won't be any stability.. I have been living in Alberta since 2014. A two bedroom apartment near YYC was around $1350 per month in 2019, is now $2050 monthly as of July 2024. There is no cap on rent increase in Alberta so the apartment management companies and house owners are increasing the rent to whatever amount they want! The increase of immigrants moving into Calgary is worsening the housing crisis and the government has no control over this! Transit system is very weak for a fastest growing city like Calgary, not enough buses on the road which is allowing car dealers to sell cars on high prices on higher interest rate and banks and insurance companies are taking advantage of all these. Most employers in Calgary pay $17-$18 per hour maximum wage which is impossible for families to live on. Horrible time ahead for Albertans if govt. fails to take immediate action.

What's one of the main reasons why a foreign country would invite foreign workers into their country to work?? Because there are native citizens of that particular nation that don't want to work, they are lazy.. I understand the issue about overpopulation, but on the other hand, the opportunities have always been there for the natives to take advantage of, but did they?? So the government had to come up with a system to fill those vacancies, and in some cases, another reason why natives can't get a job, is because they are not qualified.. I think if an immigrant should be there with the aim to create a better life, I'm sure it can be achieved with hardwork and sacrifices, because a lot of us want to live above our means/ budget, spending more than we earn, instead of saving towards accomplishing a specific goal.. And i think a lot of people go with this false belief that that particular country is paradise, so they think as they land, their lives would be changed instantly, not knowing that they have to work very hard and make sacrifices to achieve their goals, and that's the main issue, they go without having any aims or goals, they go with the wrong mindset and attitude, and the list goes on.. And these students that are protesting, they should be trying to make a difference in the country to demonstrate to the government and the natives there that they are worthy to be a part of the nation, because they are not taking from it, but rather adding more values to it.. I think it all depends on the mindset.. And of course, i do agree that an immigrant should assimilate..

Honestly, the cost of living is high everywhere.. There is no government of any nation that really cares for the people.. I live in Jamaica, and if you don't have links, survival in this country is almost impossible, and if you should get a job, if you don't discipline yourself to live within your means/ budget, you will only find yourself in debts.. Each nation's economy will get worse.. That's why our only hope is the Lord Jesus Christ.. I understand that they are people who don't know this name and there are some that are aware of it but hate it, but the truth is, eventually we will all figure out one by one that we can't trust man, only God Almighty.. And even with the Lord on our side, we will still face difficulties, but he will always come to our rescue, we just need to trust him.. It won't get any better in these last days people, even the great USA economy is going down, because the dollars is gradually losing power and influence.. We can only survive by faith in these days, for there will be no escape for anyone, rich or poor, white or black..\n\nEdit: The whole world will soon want to migrate to Africa..

Vancouver real-estate is essentially a money laundering operation for rich foreigners looking to stash their money somewhere. Protections were put in place a little to late back in 2016 with the foreign buyers tax. But honestly most of these foreigners can either be exempt from this tax with their citizenship loop hole (anchor baby) Or honestly they just pay the fine since they can afford it and just need to get their money out of the country they are coming from. Its quite dystopian because building more homes like the government keeps promising isn't going to solve the problem either. This is because its just going to add more to the volume of housing that the foreigners can buy up from the locals and adding more fuel to the problem. Immigrations Canada is lying to new comers. To top it off, BC just recently passed a law in 2024 where you can no longer build single family residences in the lower mainland area. WHERE are the families going to go then? Can anyone even afford a family anymore? Vancouverites like myself who were diligent and saved every penny are walking away from mortgages in droves because who wants to lock into a 30 year term amortization period where at rate plus prime your looking at 5.5%-7% where the bank makes more than double in interest from you. Over the course of 30 years you still lose because even if your property appreciates past double. Capital Gains will take into effect. Your loosing money no matter what! It truly is a nightmare designed to enslave you financially. This is simply wealth creation suicide. Came from immigrant parents in the 1990s, I slaved for 10 years during my twenties, didn't come from wealth, didn't party, didn't have fun, studied hard, and started a business and I still cant break into the Vancouver market. So I ended up just barely squeaking into the market in Abbotsford. Vancouverites as a whole are screwed. Time to pack up and move to Alberta I suppose. I will also preface by saying that most of BC is empty and that it would make sense to built outside of the Vancouver area as Vancouver has now basically become fiscally unlivable. It might make sense for the next government that come into power to decide to invest in building in other towns and cities around BC to incentivize Canadians to move.

Send all the illegal immigrants back where they came from. Those that want to stay need to apply for legal immigration, must be properly vetted, pledge allegiance to Canada, become Canadian, leaving hatred from their previous country behind, and cannot stay here while they wait. A moratorium on all new applications for at least 10 years. This way the back log of legal immigrants can be dealt with. Stop all new international students, put a moratorium on it for at least 10 years, stop all temporary and permanent workers. All loopholes used to illegally get into the county must be stopped. This will reduce the cost of illegal immigration and solve a large portion of the lack of housing. No more government subsidies to pay for foreign workers. This will open up entry level jobs for young Canadians. No more government subsidies for anything for immigrants. If they need government support then no, you are then disqualified from coming. No more abuse of our Canadian social programs.

Western Canadian here. Moved away from the coast last year because of the ideological capture and literally watching the community dissolve and collapse in front of my eyes. Overwhelming drug abuse and a lack of policing or care for the general population. \n\nThe state of this country is sad. Yesterday was Canada Day, our July 4th. Virtually no flags or positive sentiment. Immigrant here, brown as well, and a worker in the international educational industry. Pin points why Canada and even immigrants, including international students and temporary works dislike immigrants from Punjab:\n\n- They are rude. They have little to none concept of living in society. They are selfish, they are arrogant, and anyone who works in the serving/retail industry will they are the worst customers ever. \n\n- The level of entitlement is beyond absurd. When the leader of this protests in PEI was told “Canada needs doctors and nurses, not you (the guy graduated from a business program, and works at Tim Hortons still), he responded: “I don’t care what Canada needs, is what I need, for myself”, displaying what a great citizen he’d be.\n\n- They refuse to integrate. They left Punjab to pursue a better life, but they want to live like are still in Punjab. \n\n- They scam their way in. Banks in India will lend them money to come to Canada, they buy their IELTS results. 99.9% of all the students I dealt with who got caught cheating on their exams were from India.\n\n- The people we are receiving in Canada are members of a separatist movement. They have often blocked roads to protest against India, because they want Punjab to be separated from India, and turned into a new country called Khalistan. Any person from anywhere in the world has to undergo an invasive scrutiny of their relationship, being forced to provide private conversations, and witness. Punjab people need none of it, and Punjab fathers are selling their daughters to strange men, so the family can move to Canada together.\n\n- Statistics Canada often talk about how our population is aging: However, they do not disclose how many of these aging population is due to Indian nationals bringing their parents and grandparents with them. They are landing in Canada with no money, and buying houses right away, because they have a network of people forging financial documents, and the also have people infiltrated in banks to approve these processes. Now, even the buses are driven by Punjab people, is insane. And you can tell they are new comers, because some of them can barely speak English. But is a well-known fact: Once one of them is in, they will make sure to bring in as many of their countrymen as possible, and only them. The DEI department of my company approved a Punjab manager, and now more than half of the staff is Punjab. English is no longer spoken in the hallways. \n\nSo these are just few of the complaints I have about them. I moved to Canada for a better life, and I have fully adapted to this country, and I’m resentful that this government allowed these people to slowly turn Canada into India. I was sold the idea of diversity, and I fell for it. I’m the minority of the minorities. Despite being a full Canadian now, every single day I think more and more of just going home. I’m tired of Canada.

In 2030 canada will become next india and you can’t do nothing about it conditions are becoming worse there is no job here and government is planning to invite 500 k more students so you can cry about that maybe just giving your opinion on internet that international students should go you can come to streets and protest about it that we want no more immigration because in the end international students will come every year like only there is only government eho can stop it

I live in Montreal and came from Mexico in 2012... I understand that a lot of people like myself want to come to Canada looking for a better life... But the government only wants increasing numbers of immigrants each year to keep the real estate bubble no matter the cost.\nI think inevitably migration will be reduced to a fraction because is not sustainable and eventually AI will start to replace withe collar workers that have to pay rent or a mortgage at that point the real estate bubble would collapse

As a Canadian that's left Canada I find this video a bit funny. After the 2008 crash the government placed all it's bets on immigrants and life for citizens became unbearable, causing huge numbers of Canadian millennial's and now zoomers to flee the country. Now the massive increase of immigrants has put so much strain on Canada's infrastructure that even the immigrants want to leave. I wonder how Canada will solve this issue, they can't keep their own citizens and now they can't keep immigrants.

Just take a look at who's in charge of most federal government positions i assure you they are not there for Canada's best interests! Should keep all the billions sent all over the world and help Canadian families who want children not to have to struggle to feed themselves ?‍♂️??

If YouTube had existed 100 years ago we would have heard the same thing from Indigenous people: too many whites! Just the natural result of a country that relies heavily on immigration. The government could change policy anytime to stop it if this is not what they want.
