Huge gaffe by Trudeau - staging his open arms to show he is NOT TRUMP, but similarly to Trump he has no clue what he is doing.

No they are NOT similar. The US is a terrible, racist, egocentric and aggressive country. Canada is a peaceful, loving, tolerant and with good friendly and normal people. RIP GEORGE FLOYD

For similarities and more on American and Canadian behavior, check this out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8AWHtpkxEU Let me know what you think :D

This is a flawed test ,you get similar results from a whole range of physical characteristics such as beards spacing of eyes, symmetry of face and A study based on accents(UK Study) showed similar results north south based on where test was conducted being people being more comfortable/trusting of the society/group you grew up with is normal.\n If you test any racial/ethnic group you are likely to get similar results so it proves humans are human wherever they are.\n Please don't get me wrong racism exists and apart from being aware of unconscious bias toward your own identified group there is little most can do.\n\n\n This of course very different to overt and deliberate conscious acts of racism.

Has anyone ever seen the movie Step Brothers? I feel like the relationship between Brennan & Dale is very similar to the relationship between USA and Canada. Just sayin...

I really enjoyed your videos. They are real, light, educational and informative. \nI have lived in Canada all my life and the differences were spot on. Except you forget to mention that we do not have $1 and $2, we have loonies and toonies and our paper dollars are coloured \nI saw that you went to the Dominican Republic but what about Haiti? They have a similar beginning and can be used to do your similarities and differences video. It's just a suggestion.

These two countries are very similar every side like currency name, area language culture political system education ..... etc except the population although they are almost same equal area why US is so populated and canada is less densely populated That is not fair I don’t understand here ??

Canada is very similar to the UK

One more similarity, Both were build by occupying native peoples land by killing them and stealing their resources. \nGreat video though. :)

sure Canadians are somewhat patriotic , but in the US they they take patriotism to an extreme . so I wouldn't say the two countries are similar when it comes to how patriotic they are.

From the States: It's really nice to have a video like this. Thanks Drew for exposing the similarities and differences of our neighbor, Canada.

Canada has always seemed to me to be a lot of the same of what's here in America. And from the pictures I've seeing it looks a lot like any town in the US. Make their big cities look similar to the big cities we have here in America.
2020-04-11 0
You forgot one similarity. Both Canada and USA were invaded by Europeans supplanting the natives language.

Canada is quite similar to Uk educationally I guess
2020-04-10 0
There’s really only 3 big cities in Canada, Toronto Montreal and Vancouver. Which are completely different than all of Canada. Toronto is very similar to London England. Whereas Montreal is really similar to Paris. Not so much in architecture, but in terms of people, life, style, slang. Lots of people in Toronto listen to toronto artist and UK artist as well whereas Montreal residents listen to their Montreal artist and French artist from France. Most of the similarities here are actually not like any American cities. America to us seems really “white” there’s not lot of diversity there either. Toronto is so diverse, People from literally everywhere its so nice to see. Our Prime Minister also a lot better looool

Canadian here in Toronto. Thanks for the video Drew. Very accurate. We're similar in so many ways but there are definitely differences. Today was the day I was supposed to fly to China to take a tour in North Korea. Yes you heard that right. YouTubers like you and similar others have inspired me to try different destinations and experiences. However, that will have to be out on hold for the time being... :(

I think Indians and Pakistanis are more similar than Americans and Canadian. Just an opinion ???

I've lived my whole life in canada, and two years ago moved to the USA. And I got to say, its so much different. the only similar thing is the buildings and the atmosphere. people are different, different fast food and grocery chains, they arent very similar.

As a Canadian who has traveled to 12/13 provinces/territories (sorry NFLD) and all regions of the mainland USA I have couple comments. First, both Canada and the USA the accents and culture are very different depending on the area (another similarity!). People from Vermont have more in common with people from New Brunswick than they do with their fellow Americans in Texas. People from British Columbia have more in common with people from Washington than they do with Quebeckers. Second, I actually find that Americans are super friendly in some states, more outgoing than Canadians (like say Tennessee). Also, Drew, if you ever want to go to the Far North in Canada it's a whole other world of Inuit people speaking Inuktitut on Baffin Island - for me that area seems like another country!

Drew, its not hockey, it's ice hockey. Hockey is a similar but different sport

Here is a similarity for Canada and Pakistan:They have both Prime minister
2020-04-09 0
I think one of the big differences between USA & Canada is mentality. I find that Canadian’s & Australians to share more similarities in terms of mindset then Canadians & Americans.
2020-04-09 0
My country is similar to Canada
2020-04-09 0
The reason Canada and America are so similar is because there were already American settlers in Canada way before and after the War and as well as draft dodgers during the Vietnam War. In many ways Canada was modeled after the US before and after the NAFTA agreements The problem with Canada now is we have Trudette
2020-04-09 0
You missed one similarity that both have dollars in their currencies, wtf i am not even american or canadian still i know

As a Canadian, I should mention that university here is cheaper because we don't have as many private post-secondary institutions. For example, we don't really have large schools similar in size to NYU, Liberty or Northwestern. I saw online that 20% of university students in the US go to a private institution, whereas in Canada it's not even close to 5%.

I went to Montreal and Quebec in 2015 and the people are very calm there and the french speaking people in Quebec are a similar version of how Hispanics speak Spanish (Not being racist people just giving my pov of similarity)

I love USA and Canada. Everything's are available. Very beautiful and extremely similar in scenery.???❤❤❤❤❤

Anyone in a similar position

I hate islam, go ahead call me a racist all you want! Nature intended me to favour my own people, similar values, and culture. Not some alien primitive culture that I have nothing in common with. I don’t care what brainwashed liberals think.

Really interesting video, and I really liked the black Canadian perspective. I’m a black American and we don’t really hear about black Canadians and their similar struggle (possibly worse since I’m just assuming there are fewer black people there and Canada is not “known” for its racism like the US is so people may not think it’s an issue)

I believe this has to do with what we see of the worse neighborhoods most of these people live in poverty and when u see a similar looking people u assume they must all be the same.
