I lived in Austria n Germany for long, but I never felt or heard foreigner! They treated me equal to themselves. Mind you I had dark hair n eyes, n olive skin color. Germany as a society never bothered to learn what is like to live with foreiners. The society doesnt think or care about learning or teaching reapect towards different culture.
