VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS INCOMPLETE REPORTING: The President of Colombia clearly said he would accept deportees IF they arrive on a passenger plane as has always been done and which costs less than half of the expense of a military plane. The problem is the United State’s insistence on using military planes. I swear folks, it’s just getting started: threatening to invade Panama, the closest ally in Latin America, threatening the prime minister of Denmark, a historic ally. Anyone remember Austria, Czechoslovakia, Poland?

OK. What isn't made clear here is that these are the usual migrant workers that cross the border every day to work on US farms, anf then teturn to Mrxico in the evening. They are literally trying to get to their place of work.

The baseline is a that Canada has a responsibility to its citizens but has no obligation to foreign persons. The racism goes both ways. I grew up feeling disrespected and mistreated by them (not all of them but a LOT of them). I try to be respectful and give everyone a fair chance, but it's really difficult when they are constantly being rude when I interact with them, or giving me death glares... like what did I even do?? I have been bullied by them in the workplace, and made fun of by them out in public. And for NO reason. I try so hard to be nice, but it's clear that so many of them hate me before I even open my mouth. I know a handful of them that are really awesome people though... but they respect the culture here in canada, and they treat all people like actual people.

So, you are an illegal immigrants for years, not planning to regulate your situation. Then, despite the lack of certainty on your situation, you decide to have a baby (I say decide as there are too many contraceptive options at hand nowadays so it is literally a decision made) so that that baby becomes an American citizen, yet with a family/parents without a clear and legal pathway. How does that make sense??? To me it doesn't and citizenship should be by conferral in case of any immigrant, even for the respecive descendants of those immigrants. That's how it is here in Australia. Hard and expensive process to apply to but it is the only way to keep your house in order. If one of your parents is Australian, then citizenship by descend applies. No other option. So simple.

What will Canada do, you ask? For starters, it can clear the truckload of foreign workers taking sub-par wages at job sites for my son's 3rd-year electrician apprenticeship - a job he hasn't found any work in for about 4 months now in the GTA. Yes, these workers and the companies that employ them have been illegally using the system meant for workers that cannot be found locally to hire for lower wages than Canadians. Some of them are fully qualified electricians willing to work for $22/hour - just $4.80 above minimum wage - you cannot survive on that in the GTA. So, not only do these workers steal jobs, they drive down wages. The companies need to be fined for misuse of this code.

As an Indian citizen, I can clearly understand why do visas are rejected. If you give visit visa they will disappear in that country and live there.

As an American I had great love for Indians while growing up together in school. However behind an Indian soft and gentle appearance lays very corny, crooked, self centered, and double standard fellows.\nAnyone who doubts my observations should also make the research by themselves.\nYes, they are good bad and ugly people in every race and country, but Indians are clearly out of the context as their double standard and corny life styles of extreme pretence are undiscovered danger to any society.
