In many places I've worked across Canada Blacks have it made! I've seen some who are less qualified for some positions basically handed jobs and see the tantrums a number have thrown when they get frustrated or can't keep up.\nI watch this one young lad who starts at same time as I wander around the office or warehouse talking to greeting everyone and starting 20 minutes later, no-one said a thing but I did and it was hushed up. It is not hate, for me it is frustrating. I have been trying for 2 years to aquire work and not for nothing but i was averaging 5 to 10 postings in a day but quickly lost opertunitys cause the requirement for the jobs in the last few years has gone up with no traing options for me or people like me that cant find work in a perticular timeframe and we also need to have awareness and transpertancy about programs that are availbe to me. I am climbing owut of a year of deperssion that i have NEVER felt before and am fed up with how my country i was born ion has abaondend me. Get the Libs/NDP/Bloc out of office. WE NEED A CHANGE

I hate this country as well. We need higher wages and less immigrants, more housing, more better job opportunities. Feels like slavesnada, I talk to parents who have kids and they said idk how my kids will ever be able to afford a house or a property. Come on man this is embarrassing!!!

Instead of addressing the main issues which were housing crisis, cost of living rise and shortage of jobs, I am not sure why these people are so derailed and blaming people who are legally here. If the government could not provide for housing and jobs why did they invite so many international students and immigrants. If CANADA is so tired of immigration why are still people with no skills at all are being accepted as refugees. Please ? don’t spread hate.

International students get 3 years of work permit after studies. Skilled students get a job in their profession, gather enough points for PR, and get the Permanent Residency. Students with no/less skills don't qualify for PR and they have to leave. This has been the law since always and hundreds of students return back home upon expiry of their temporary status in Canada, but now students from Punjab, India with no professional skills, want to get PR by protesting.

As a South Africa working in Germany on a skilled worker visa, it was not the easiest to get the visa even with a job offer and working remotely for the company for more than two years. \n\nI agree with the three points to improve.\n\nBut Germany is expensive, even if you get a cheap apartment and live on bread and one eat meat twice a week, it’s expensive, you keep on paying taxes or fines for things you don’t even know and or use.\n\nThe dream of living in a safe EU country is also becoming something of the past with increased violent crimes and the far right movement. \n\nMy plan was to save more money and buy a property in Germany, but on arrival I had to use my savings to pay for the massive deposit on an apartment and an over priced apartment at that. But housing is limited so you must take what you can get. \n\nThe “free” healthcare is pathetic in comparison to what I paid for private healthcare in South Africa, and I pay more for the healthcare in Germany than I did back home and you have less benefits.\n\nThe only reason I am here is as my home country doesn’t have employment for someone like me, and that makes me somewhat sad. But hence why I need to appreciate how privileged I am to be living in Germany.

Nothing wrong with International students as long as they are Not All from India. It's as if Indian government moles have penetrated the Canadian gov under Trudeau to only bring Indians to Canada and give only Indians all the work permits. My family came from Canada from India over 100 years ago we came over here legally we tried to assimilate I think what really bothers me now is that these new international students are giving all of us a bad name most of them cheat on their English exams back in India, and this is a known fact most of them can’t speak English and hence why they fail the colleges here expecting to be passed automatically. they work over 40 hours a week illegally and lie about it The government is subsidizing international students but they are taking jobs away from our students. We paid taxes my entire life and my son applied for over 100 jobs and got nothing because every single job is taken over by international students they are they are abrasive. They are entitled, they cannot seem to understand how assimilation works. They are so entitled and they feel they can protest out in the streets when they dont get PR. They came on a student visa and were expected to go home. They are now complaining and protesting at this point they all need to be sent home because this is ridiculous, PR should be handed out as needed not automatically and right now there are so many Canadians without jobs so we don’t need more workers. I also work in healthcare most of the students or their families come in don’t have appropriate healthcare and we end up paying millions of dollars in healthcare bills because of them, we have had families come visit their international students with no healthcare having strokes costing us healthcare workers and the government over $1 million. We don’t have the infrastructure for these students to stop. The government needs to stop subsidizing. The government needs to stop handing out PR like they’re handing out candyscamin India and here charged enough is enough. I will def be writing to my politician

They need to be sent home. Canadians are done. We are done. They are so entitled so obnoxious they come here as students but clearly want PR and hence are not going to school working full-time taking jobs away from our Canadian students. They can’t pass the courses because they can’t speak English properly there is so much scamming going on. I’m a proud Canadian citizen almost 50 years. I started to work at the next day I arrived to Canada.Despite my University degrees I did the job as janitor,shirt order cook,waitress,etc. till I found and learn a new profession in exciting photography business. I stopped working when I lost my eyes vision. Why the people who came from Middle East are mostly preferred being on Government benefits? They don’t wish to assimilate and accept our values!They covered their faces by hijabs and used all privileges as housings (all new affordable apartments and townhouses belong to them),free medical services and benefits -given to Muslim immigrants. Why it’s happened? I’m not a racist,and not against Muslims religious but I’m against that such a welcomed generosity of our Government.

Our kids can’t find summer jobs and this government is lost its direction s. As we know when our children when they are off school they used to work in gas station, Timhortons, Wal marts but at this time it isn’t available anymore.

I am a skilled professional and I arrived in Germany a few months ago. Although I managed to find a job in my profession, the government's narrative that they want skilled workers is completely inconsistent. There is no real support for job searching, companies have no real incentives to hire foreigners, and the political parties that dominate public discourse never miss an opportunity to make you feel unwelcome, as if you were stealing something from them. If you're thinking of coming to Germany for high salaries, it's not the place. If you're thinking of coming for a career change or to advance in your career, it's not the place. If you're thinking of coming for the opportunities that the government claims to have for skilled immigrant workers, it's not the place. Honestly, I'm very disappointed with my experience, and I would wholeheartedly suggest not coming here if that's your expectation.

In the Ontario town I grew up in back in the 60's, most families had at least four children, most dads had factory jobs and most moms were stay at home moms. Most families owned modest three bedroom homes, kids played sports, had bicycles, food on the table and never felt poor. If you are under 30 today, the Canada you are in absolutely SUCKS by comparison. When I graduated high school in the mid 70's I could have got a factory job that paid 10k a year and bought a modest home for 20k. Now, in the same town, a person earning 100k needs about 800k to buy that same house. So, people under 30 are giving up on getting married, having children and buying homes. Canada, thanks to Justin Trudeau, is on its way to becoming a third world country, but without cheap food.

Students are stealing Canadian's jobs. Our kids can't even find temporary jobs these days. Trudeau has really ruined this beautiful country. Students should not be allowed to work outside of Campus and should go back after completing their studies.

Its not only students or temporary workers. Most of Corp in Canada are immigration hubs. I was working for Rogers but my job is taken by indian and I can't get anything since they are sitting everywhere. Wishful ? Ng - came across a Pakistani family with 6K per month govt payout because they got approval for asylum. Another young man is getting 2K every month though he says he has no issue in his home country and now trying to get rest of family here too from Pakistan so that they all can apply for asylum. Canada is getting cash workers for low wages jobs - Uber drivers, servers , grocery store cashiers. for life long just like Europe has been for so many years.

As a white Brazilian, I would say my experience was quite good (I've returned home less than 1 month ago). \n\nApart of some obvious jokes about the 7-1, I've never faced anyone who made me feel unwelcome or undesired, quite the opposite in many situations. Being of German descent certainly made things better. Other white Brazilians I've met told me they had similar experiences.\n\nUnfortunately, immigrants from other Global South countries and non-white Brazilians probably have very different experiences, for the worse. I've heard many unpleasant comments from my German friends and colleagues regarding turks, Arabs, africans and other immigrants from the South of the world. It's certainly a problem for many skilled workers who are not white and could contribute for the country, but they can't thanks to racism.\n\nIn my view, apart of racism, another great problem in Germany when it comes to foreign skilled workers is the lack of digitalization in the country and the bad Internet. Many jobs require good internet connection and digitalization, which are not always provided by the Germans , unlike virtually all the other European countries including much poorer ones. \n\nHaving said that, Germany has many good-hearted, kind and welcoming people (except the racists, of course), and a fantastic culture.

Are the universities and colleges here to provide education for Canadians first or to make money from International students. They should never rely on international students in the first place to begin with. This is called scamming the general Canadian population, a racket. All these so called universities and colleges provide you with useless degrees and diplomas and you can’t even land a decent job.
