I am French Canadian and I would move to the USA if I was allowed to move there. For the weather and for the Americain mentality in general, being more free thinking. I don't really care about the canadian healthcare either because it's so low quality that I have been paying for private care most of my life anyways even though I live on a very small income. Just so you know... Quebec swear words are mostly Catholic church words in French. \nLike Tabarnac(tabernacle), Ostie (the communion waffer), Kaliss (the chalice), Criss (christ), Viarge (Virgin mary), etc... It's a form of protests because that church got pretty corrupted and politicized here before we decided to mostly all become agnostic or atheist , and to give women and kids more rights. \nIt's based on the Duplessis era and the abuse of the church... Those abusive schools that the first nation kids went through, we had the same, except they were called orphanages and reform schools and all run by that clergy. It put a big damper on our religion.

As a French Canadian im aware of some discrimination about the funding of our community, School dont really get the money for new infrastructure. some of our building becoming more old and not really great to use i still like my place thought and i will never consider to move to the USA. The Canadian government website is written in simple English and French and is very straight forward and you can apply to come on your own, but people insist in going through agents who are just making money off of them. Please read the website in detail. The government hides nothing on their website. Don't blame the government and try to understand what some of the immigration lawyers and agents are doing to you. If you are not well versed in the English or French language, get someone to help you with the website and application. Stop paying unnecessary money and go directly to the government. The agents and lawyers will be doing exactly what you can do. Not all of them are genuine. The government tells you not to pay people money, come to them. There are refugees sleeping on the pavements. Why come to the country under those conditions. We don't have enough housing right now for people and rents at the condos are very high. A one bedroom apartment in Toronto is about $2,000 plus.

Good video, however I disagree that Qc is the best province to live. As a person that's traveled to 8/10 of the provinces Quebec was by far the most prejudice to outsiders. Don't get me wrong the large majority were great people but there's a small percentage that make you feel very unwelcome for not being able to speak/understand French that through me off.

In Texas it’s hard enough to get a job if you’re not bilingual. And by bilingual I mean strictly English and Spanish. French, German any other language doesn’t matter if you can speak it.
