When my Grandparents and most of their siblings emigrating from England they considered several places Australia, Canada, Rhodesia. USA was not a choice, they would not even think about it - this was in the 1950's

You need to make at least 62,000 dollars a year to be able to live decently in Canada as a single person. You definitely don't need a car. This comes with added cost like fuel, maintenance and insurance.

Stay in your own homlande, in your own culture with your own family. Rent in Canada is skyrocketing because of you.

2 million that’s a stupid and ridiculous statement. Direct deportations have been around 1200 a day. The child molesters and murderers are going exactly where they belong. What is this crap Canada ???

Now indians are complaining of living in canada. When, they are no longer welcome there in u.s n canada. Why didn't they complain in the past??? Well, modi should welcome n kiss them back to india.

People want to live in Canada, not in india, indian's presence is already overwhelming. India can not hold it's population, they are so many, so they have to go in other places, overcrowd and replace other nations. She talks like indians are the most skilled workers. Then take back all of them, will be good for india and leave west alone from the invasion.

Sorry to say.this \n\nI am an Indian. In my home city each and every corner I can see 100S of Canada Immigration consultancies trying hard for new customers. Literally like way too much migration agencies for a small city. It is overwhelming,If this is what we feel like.... Then I can understand what are the original canadians will be thinking

I remember Canada “helped “ the U.S. capture Huawei Meng Wanzhou and sanctioned Chinese EV as the U.S. required?

Born and raised in Canada. Truly a depressing country. It is just not the cost of living. It is the monotonous lifestyle, cold and boring. Thank God I speak fluent spanish, due to the fact my father is of spanish background. Therefore, Costa Rica, or Spain here I come ❤.

Canada stop treating the Americans pay the taxes as the other countries charges taxes nothing is for free are president is looking for are country you keep saying you have been there for America as we have been there for Canada

I always viewed Canada and US as brothers, elder being a bully and the younger just going about its business. I never ever thought it will come to this... and If he occupies Greenland it will also loose the EU. What if BRICS and EU goes against US? Initially it might bring more jobs and money to US but this will be the last nail in the coffin, for some reasons I feel the beginning of the end for US has begun.

Make Canada Country Again \nMake Mexico Ruling Again \nNice !!!

The reality is canada, mexico and china are not our friends. Just look at the comments and that becomes clear. They'd rather deal with despots than to just treat us fairly.

Stand up for america. Trump only wants fair trade. Canada has been piggy backing for years.
2025-02-02 0
I support America standing up for fair trade. Canada has been piggy backing for years.

Trump has united Canada. As a Canadian I am proud to face this fight on behalf of the entire world. My parents suffered in the fight against fascism, its now my turn. Shame on America.

People ask who in the world will stand up to trump. Well you now have your answer, Canada and Mexico. Let’s rally round them.

I support Justin Trudeau's move... How poor you are but never let others bully you... Mosquito bite is very annoying.. let them feel it.. Great Canada

I’m just wondering if tariffs hurt the people from the country that implements them than why is Canada imposing tariffs back on the US!
2025-02-02 0
Canada must find new markets period . Over relying on one market has taught this bitter lesson to Canada .
2025-02-02 0
Yeah Canada doesn’t “crown” their leaders they are elected or selected
2025-02-02 0
Let’s get this straight Canada sends 77% of their exports to the US and Mexico sends over 80% of their exports to the US. Who has the upper hand? We buy less than 20% from each country and we can build everything here. We will.??
2025-02-02 0
This is why Trump will occupy panama and Greenland, he will control the trade routes from west to east. This means that canada, mexico and the eu will not have any leverage in trade with countries outside of usa.\nUsa will bully and deliberately weaken his allies in order to punish china and strengthen the usa

I am not American, I am from asia. Canada and Mexico are very funny. Let's see who won in the end.

Let the conversation regarding the American trade deficit with Canada of $41 billion (USD in 2023) begin.

We Love Canada and Pray we get back together soon, this is feels like a break up nobody wants.
2025-02-02 0
Canada and Mexico can now look forward to 50% tariffs. You're playing right into Trump's hand. You're going to be out of business sooner than later.

Way to not mention the huge tariffs Canada has on American goods like milk and cheese

Turn towards the European Union ,Canada. Reject the Orange narcissist.
2025-02-02 0
Canada, to appease the Americans put 100% tariffs on EVs from China, these should be reversed toute de suite. Let Canada be flooded with Chinese vehicles, Canada will soon be trafficking them to the U.S.
2025-02-02 0
With reciprocal tariffs of 25%, the US is the winner, having a trade deficit of about 55 billion dollars in 2024 with Canada. That is, exports of Canadian products to the US are significantly higher than imports of US products to Canada.

Canada should just turn the taps off on the pipelines and the switches on the electticity being supplied tovthe u s.then fump can get his oil and electricity from Venezuela and whoever sells boxes of amperes and volts because there is nowhere else to get electricity besides canada and Mexico.

In addition to auto components, Boeing sources a significant variety and quantity of components and assemblies from Mexico and Canada.

Bravo le Canada. I told my American husband that I would not go to America for 4 years. Hello from Paris.
2025-02-02 0
America imports 4M barrels of oil per day from Canada. If Trump would put a 25% tarrif on them and I was Trudeau, I would add an additional 25% export tax onto it. See what the American gasprices will do then. Tarrifs are not the way to go

As a Canadian I'm doing my part and quite a few people I know are also doing this . We are avoiding buying anything from the U.S . And ive also seen big red labels on products now that say made in Canada.

Canada is Rich with Natural resources. I think Trump did a favor to Canadians. It's time for Canadian politicians and Canadians to grow back bone and Start taking care of Canada as a patriot and Put Canada First.
