Kanada was a decent country whose biggest advantage was being a geographically connected ally of the most powerful country in history. Kanada could never be great on its own but it had just the right combination of factors that allowed it to enjoy peace and prospertiy based on Western values, abundant resources, a small population, shared values and the econonic benefits of close ties with the US. Well, Kanada is now losing all of that so all the reasons for living in Kanada are also being lost.

Outstanding news, I've always seen Islam as one of the biggest threats to Western civilization, progressive left wing ideology a close second. Hopefully the trend continues for Islamic emigration such that we only have the one issue to deal with in future! This is the right order of things, people that believe in Sharia should live in one of the many countries that believe in Sharia. It's a big world, there should be a place where each of us can live, safely, free from persecution.

His most probably very expensive education pays off. But thinking with the same logic, all the other war and/or dictatorship refugees (from Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan,...) would probably also prefer living in their own countries without the fear of terror, torture and death. Does that give us European & Westerners the mandate to get rid of those evil regimes? This is not a rhetorical questions - I am afraid, there is no answer without blood on our all hands. Last but not least - isn't Israel fighting for a better life of Palestinians/Arabs in this region, when they want to destroy Hamas & Hezbollah, which have clearly the most responsibility for the current situation? If I would be an Arab living in the Middle East hoping for human rights and some prosperity, I would certainly choose to be an Israeli citizen!

Except I am sure thousands of Gazan's want to leave but can't because the Arab world has the gates shut! Palestinians should have the right to chose where to live. Who gives this puppet the right to say what the Palestinians want or don't want?

Normal that Canada is not right for everyone. It is ok to leave.\n\nThat being said, Canada just ranked second best country to live.\n\nToronto and Vancouver are unaffordable due to rich immigrants buying up property.\n\nInflation, was a world wide problem in the time period she is discussing.\n\n Her comments about job opportunities is just off.\n\nI could continue, but I think you get the drift of my post.\n\nSounds like she is just dissing Canada, but for who?

I would hope you could find happiness in Canada. One of my concerns about living in a theocratic country would always be, is this choice really your own? Can you ever be certain, if faced with violations of your rights, that the choice is really yours? And, if not, can you consider yourselves as choosing Islam, rather than being forced into it, even if in absence of theocratic rule, you would have chosen it anyways? Maybe I’m overthinking it. I have the tendency to do that. I think if I were Muslim, I might choose Tunisia. I’ve known people from Tunisia and it sounds like they’re pretty open-minded, but still obviously predominantly Muslim. I’ve been to Dubai, and while I see many people recommending it, I honestly thought it was the worst combination of East and West. All the commercialization of the West, but none of the democracy. Plus, if you are not native Emiratis, you will always be second class. I’m from the US in what I think is the mini-Canada (ok, the Twin Cities) and we have a big Muslim community, but I’m very concerned Trump will win again in 2024, and I don’t know what will come of it. My daughter is part Afghani, but raised Catholic because her father’s side is irreligious. But I still worry for her, looking like she does and carrying that last name. People are so awful.

It is an excelent ideea, Why force someone to live if doesn’t feel at home, right ?At least we reduce de manifestations, as far i’m satisfied being here fo more than 40 years and God bless Canada and still praying for the autorities as the Bible TEACHERS us.

That’s right ??? the Palestinians are living in their own Land the country of their grea great grand fathers and ancestors while Israhell is occupying Palestinian’s land. ??????
2024-01-13 0
Sad! To take Palestinians as refugees is to help the Israeli genocide efforts. It's tantamount to helping the Israeli's removing Our Palestinians from what's rightfully theirs. I guess for the sad Countries that watch the destruction of Palestinian infrastructure and the lives of Our Brothers and Sisters its easy for them despite having a Military not to do anything in the wake of The Present Catastrophic events for Palestine. Sad! May ALLAH remove you Mutard leaders from power. Aameen.

Live in safety and security….haha yea right. They let Hamas control their land. What a pile of crap.

So let me get this right: you came here to Canada (likely on a Student Visa, likely subsidized by Canadian tax payer - taking the spot of a Canadian born student, but believe you’re now entitled to a job (assuming you mean in your ideal profession)? Question: why don’t you get your “work experience” on an airline? As for your complaints about the cost of living, infrastructure, and housing challenges Canadians face too - do you not realize that you’re part of the problem for Canadians born here? Seriously! If you’re thinking of leaving, please do! It would make life so much easier for the rest of us, and we won’t have to listen to your ungrateful whining..

I support you guys! You should live where you feel good. I hope that you will spread the word and help your brothers and sisters realize that Canada is not the right place for you. I can help you with anything you need even packing.

As a Christian I would not live in a Muslim community so you are doing the right thing.
2024-01-13 0
I support muslims who have made the decision to move to a country that shares your beleif...customs...values and the way you want to live....it is a right to live in a community that shares your customs...jews do it and they prosper

I have no idea where these people live in Canada. Having said that, some of the comments are so cruel. These people feel unsafe and want to move to a Muslim Majority country. They do not want to live in Canada which is a country where LGBTQ rights are equal to religious rights. So fine, let them go. No need to be mean to them.
2024-01-13 0
To live in Kanada is very dificalt I was there thre time with my famaly from Europe to USA and then bey car to Canada.\nSister what you saying it is ? % right.
2024-01-13 0
I am all for muslim people to leave from the western countries and go to live in muslim countries! I would even contribute financially to that!!!!!! You are absolutely right - now hopefully you can convince your fellow muslims to leave as well. This is wonderful!

The cunning ploy of Israel and the West to forcefully remove Palestinians from their land to Arab nations. The Saudi Minister's response was a wise one indirectly asserting that those countries that strategically plotted this illegal move should do what is right. Gaza belongs to its citizens and they have every right to live there.

I m an Indian Christian, born and raised in Malaysia. My homeland. We are a nation of different cultures. Malay, Chinese and Indian. These are the 3 Major race but we are called Muslim country. We live in peace and harmony. Everyone has their rights to believe in their faith and live peacefully together here. Inflation is bad here too but still affordable. For expats, If you want to migrate to Malaysia, make sure you get high wages in USD and a company that will renew ur contract. You can't be citizen but you can apply for PR.. but the process is not that easy. Some of my friends who are expats still live here after 15 years without a PR. Our country is small so it's not easy to get it. Your children can get into International schools or home schools WITH UK IGCSE SYLABUS TOO... its just pricy a little. Other than that, Malaysia is a beautiful Tropical country with beautiful and friendly people to live with. Malaysia truly Asia. ❤

Snippet: best to live, work, and raise your own family at home. have you heard the news lately about the immigration in Europe? the bible teaches us to remain in our own homeland -- Gen 10. Why? for good reasons (1) foreigners need to have Job in a foreign country in order to survive (2) without an income, a foreigner just might become criminal and start stealing their personal property or hurt the natives in their land (3) a country with already X million head count of their own population, will lose their means of income if foreigners come and take over their Jobs -- his/her income or their bread/butter and so much more. unless you are invited to come work for them, you should only permanently live at home and not across the seas unwelcome in Australia, Canada, Europe, USA. \n\nThose countries, just like yours, will have to survive economically -- with their own resources alongside their gov't's help. nowadays and very late now into the existence of human-kind on earth, and now at the height of the age of reason and educational attainment, should have already learned very well on how to build their own land and with a sustainable economy for welfare of their own native people to financially support themselves and to survive. foreigners have no civil rights to sneak-in into a foreign land and steal or hurt their livelihood -- we have to mind our God given manners. \n\nTry not to quilt together a self-created poverty situation for yourself and others. how many children/adults do you feel you have to have at home and could financially support. Pinalalabas na ngayon ang mga foreigners na nakatira sa Europe, USA, and Canada or go entirely bankrupt. Mag esip diyan lang sa ating bansa kong papano nga ba matulo-ngan ang elected leaders mag fund ng mga trabaho for our own people -- stay home lang dapat at wag esturbuhin ang ebang tao. take a look: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uB0AcaxR-eM&t=33s All of Europe and other once prosperous societies on earth are working on a plan to get foreigners out of their land -- now beyond 100yr after world war1 and world war2. May the merciful God bless you and prosper your society. must behave tayo kalahi. jan2024

You didn’t mention the worst aspect of Canada: the dictatorship of the liberal politicians. You have no “Bill of Rights “ to prevent the oligarchs from making terribly oppressive rules that remove all rights worth mentioning. In other words, going down the path of the Progressives who despise personal freedoms (see USA).. moving to Canada would not increase our freedom to live.

If I am not an oldie, I would leave canada as well. This country is not what it is used to be. Also, I think the opportunity is very limited here as jobs wise or for invested in business wise. This country is only good for oldies with money to move in . Cause at least the air is fresh, the living pace is slow, so you can walk a lot slower. As for young one, the opportunity is very limited. If I had won a big lotto , I probably would leave right away even at my age.

There’s much I do not agree with within western culture. Congratulations for making your decision. A great example for moslems around the world. Go to countries that are Islamic. You so clearly detail the polarised values and cultural difference, it is the “right decision”\nI wonder though, are you aware of how western you have become. I wish you well in integrating what you seek with what you inadvertently have absorbed from western values.\nIt will be incredibly difficult if the gloss wears thin and you realise how compromising the reality is. \nOne question though, why is it, that moslems escaping deranged situations in Islamic countries do not go directly to other moslems countries. Your situation sounds reasonably alarming, but you appear to consider the difficulty of existing from pay cheque to pay cheque, with no extra benefits as abnormal. There is at least a pay cheque whether earned or provided.\nI really wish you well. Please keep us informed when you have made the move and update on the realities of your life.\nIn addition millions in the west find the same things you dislike as objectionable. Consequently the fortitude to push back and continue to live and raise families within a sound framework of values is a constant effort. Millions are succeeding at this. \nBe careful what you wish for

I immigerant to Canada 2008 and lived in Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver. I realized I was in the wrong place. 2013, I ran from Canada and never regretted it.\nShe is 100% right. DO NOT go to Canada if you are poor with limited money.\nCanada is a beautiful country. It is a shame the cruppt Canadian GOV makes it so hard for people to live.

Basically he's saying the Palestinians have a right to live in peace even when they plan to eradicate Israel. The two do not go together. The Palestinians have rejected numerous offers for peace. So basically the pro-Palestinians ignore the Palestinians desire for war. Read the HAMAS charter.

Hi, i'm a Quebecor - speaks french - and i dont know where i could immigrate ( alone cause i dont have a bf or a family ) that would be better for me ... I'm open to suggestions! :)\nAs for the ' increase in crime ' : is it Really better somewhere else? Crimes increase everywhere ( as the population grow! ) and i think there is not much crime per capita here than somewhere else ... Even far less than in some country!\nAs for the ' high taxes ' : do other contries have the same communitiy services / free health care ( i know, i know, there is flaws there, but hey! it's Free! :) ), paid dental care ( new from this year ), maternity leave up to a year and a half - that u can divide with the father -?\nAs for the ' making friends ' thing, pple usually make friends at their job. Sure its not easy, but i Really think its the case everywhere. PPle who are bord in * country will have, being an adult, for sure pple they know for a long time ans not necessarely really have the time / interest to have a lot of new profound connexions.\n\nSure, i'm wondering if here is the right place for me to live, but everywhere has its own problems!

You guys can consider Dubai as one of your options. It is so safe here. Awesome education for kids with islamic and Arabic subjects along with all the other modern curriculum. We Love dubai. Never had any problem in having halal food, zero security related issues, zero racism. Well balanced work and life, moderate inflation but you never really can feel it. In short, its an ideal place to live and raise your kids here. Alhamdulillah. We also decided long time back to move to Canada or New Zealand but the brought up of our kids was the biggest reason that we never did it. We are so greatful to Allah for making the right decision of staying in Dubai.

pakistan 100 percent , you guys brought up in west are psychologically very cunning so you can easily overcome the pettiness of small minded crime and corruption of natives , and its like being in wild west you creat your own boundaries , its cheap , plenty of human help , you can have a cook maid nanny . But the dude is right the lady is prejudice towards her own culture she thinks of herself as a english speaking elite mafia aka non pando and the the rest of the people being dirty and low class . If you really want to live a life of purpose as giving muslims there is no place better than pakistan plenty to do for human welfare eg animal abuse and child beggars just starting up a shelter for these kids where they have socks and shoes BUT seems you guys want to live your islam in clean mosques and reciting some verses in arabic .PICK AND CHOOSE.

True. And the Israelis also have a right to live in peace, safety, security amd dignity etc..and they also probably have to remove the weight, ya?
2024-01-11 0
Very true.....and hamas is taking away the rights of palastinians to live peacefully by forcing them into war with Israel in the name of religion...remove the fundamentalism and jihad of hamas and the Jews and palastinians could live in peace forever.

That same right for Christian's living in arab countries too please and indeed that right for Christian's living in Christian counties too

I am not Muslim and I don't live in Canada so I can't completely understand your experience. I'm from a Hindu family and I relate to some of the things you guys have expressed, especially how you guys are worried about your children being raised in a certain environment and the sense of community. Especially, about the kids. America and Canada are scary at this moment. I heard that America is looking at allowing schools to help children to hide their decision regarding their gender etc., from their parents, and there is so much more being taught in schools that go against certain cultures and belief system but also it is now separating kids from their parents, creating walls. I also agree with you both that I don't hate or saying that others can't live the way they choose to live but when it is being imposed on your children then it's hard to live in that place. I wish you guys all the best, just wanted to say, I completely get you and bless your family. You have to do what is right for you and your children and you have to go where you are most comfortable and happy<3. We all are different and we all have our ways and we all deserve to be living in a place where we can be safe to continue our traditions and cultures, to help it live on, our children will carry that forward and it's important. I don't mean to hate but America seems to be morally collapsing and Canada follows America and so does England (it's where I am living). It's scary. Hard. For some of us to survive in a certain environment. It's not for everyone you know.

I am not Muslim, Christian by tradition, not religious. I am an immigrant in the U.K. for over 30 years and this is my pint of view… One common remarkable characteristic of us, all immigrants, is the fact that we will always criticise the country we are living in, due to the fact that we will always miss our origins, no matter how good or bad both countries are, and most of us subconsciously live our lives waiting for that settlement of living in the perfect place, ideally our original place of birth with all the positives according to the way we think, act and believe. You are a young couple with strong opinions, who will only find the right path for your family by living the experiences, and learning from them. At some point in our lives, reality always kicks in. Good luck.

And Isreal have a right to live on theirs

Mashaa Allah...I really appreciate your decision...\nAlhamdulillah Allah has guided u in right direction...since childhood I had dream to go to European countries but couldn't go...but Alhamdulillah what Allah plans for us is always best plan for us...as I have been living in Saudi Arabia since 23 years and lived a life of practising muslimah....Alhamdulillah, now that my daughter is grown up she doesn't like to go western or European countries becoz of growing Islam phobia....she only wants to settle in Muslim country where she can be a practising muslimah..\n\nAlhamdulillah Allah has guided us and our children in right direction..\nMay Almighty Allah make your task easy....\nAnd all the best for your future plans..

Don't come to Canada, we have no homes, cost of living is to high, our liberal government is a bad Joke. We are also losing our freedom and soon will be close to China in right's if Truduh has his way.

May Allah reward you with Jannah, it is a 100% correct decision, knowing that the Prophet Alayhi Salam forbade living in an environment where the call to prayer is not heard. \nBe ready for trials, because whenever a person says he believes and does something right, Allah tests how sincere he is in that act. Maybe your next home will be smaller, and your salary will be lower, and maybe you will think that you should never have left Canada, but those thoughts are definitely from shaytan. So be determined and persevere on your way to Jannah. I also left England and never regretted it. \nI would suggest Novi Pazar in Sandzak, Sarajevo in Bosnia or a city you like in Turkey, if you can't settle in Saudi Arabia, which is a haven for a religious soul. \nIf you need some help with those places, feel free to contact me. \nSalam Alaikum

Having lived in Canada, I can understand many of your arguments. A question to the wife: would you give up your right to sit equal to your husband and express your personal views when leaving Canada? Because you will surely have no equal rights in countries that practice strict Islamic law.

My girlfriend and I live right downtown in what used to be a really nice area near a park. Now we have homeless doing drugs on the street every time we go out. We are planing to move away to USA next year and can’t wait. Being a citizen of Canada is not worth the cost. There is no reason to pay so much in taxes and to be stepping over needles and seeing the gray skies and the country falling apart.
2024-01-09 0
Interesting. The Arabs of Gaza also have a right to live! Not for Arab land but for their own families! Incha'Allah Allah will guide humanity to reject the Sujud of Hamas and let people flee war zones.

I was born in Canada. I’m retired and she is right. You better be very rich if you come here or you will live in poverty. By the way, winters are long and very cold for 7 months.

And everyone in their country has a right to live their life. So why are all these people coming to my country? When will they go in fight for their country
2024-01-09 0
He’s kinda right like it would be like the USA isolating a certain religion to one part of the country and then shady conflicts happen and the media lies about it or makes puppet strings with narratives…. End war it’s 2024 cease fire on both sides stop picking sides like it’s a TV show these are real peoples lives at stake on both sides and just make Israel one country of both Jews and Muslims…
2024-01-08 0
Yet, you'd never get them to say the same about Europeans have the singular rights to their lands and living in dignity away from those from the Arab world who mean us harm.
2024-01-08 0
Canada, is a democratic, Western, multi cultural society, if you are uncomfortable living in that environment, then you should go to an Islamic Country/society, living in a democracy gives all people equal rights, it's totally your choice, not to agree with certain aspects, but you also need to be aware that Canada, is obviously not an Islamic Country run by Sharia law. So, go were you feel comfortable.

When he said that the Palestinians have a right to live safely does he think that Israel don't have that right.
2024-01-08 1
Well said! The land belongs to the Palestinians and they want to stay there. They have the right to live there in peace and without oppression from the Israelis!

I want to give a different perspective. I'm from Singapore. My entire family was here and they have moved back. My sister moved back first because my British brother in law could not take the cold. My brother moved back because he wanted to make money and be rich. My parents moved back to be close to their grandkids. But no way will I move back. Constant heat strokes from the weather, materialistic and shallow people, preference given to married people and families, lack of hinterland and nature, lack of winter sports, and poor LGBTQ+ rights. I have not lived in Singapore since I was 18 and I am also childfree, with no intention of raising a family, only travel locally, and am not into the acquisition of commercial goods for gratification. I love going on roadtrips and skiing every winter and playing hockey year round. I like that I can marry who I love here and can acquire a home without needing to be married. I understand how people who want to make money and raise families would see the brighter side of other countries, but Canada, despite its flaws, is my brighter side.

The question is, Where are you going to go? \nYou both grew up in the West with Western Democratic Values and basic human rights, justice, and freedoms. Islamic countries are very restrictive, and most are ruled by tyrannies, inequality, and injustice, especially for Women, unlike Canada, they do not have good education quality.\nIt is easy to say, I'm leaving Canada but in reality, where is in this world better than Canada to live. There is NO BETTER alternative than Canada.\nEven if you leave Canada today, it won't take long to fly back, restart your life in Canada, and regret what you did.\nEven your children won't stay abroad and they will pressure you to come back to Canada. \nStay here, you'll be glad you did! \nCanada is a Safe country, with freedom, justice, and equality and its social nets to protect families.\n\nAsk your own parents, why they moved to Canada?\nThey will tell you because they lived in those countries and they know for a fact the difference between living in Canada and their home countries, they will tell you they moved to Canada for a better life and they are glad they did. \n\nIf you decide to leave Canada, one day, You will regret what you did.

After living in the GTA for 36 years, I moved back to the Ottawa area and it was the best decision I've ever made. My son moved to Ottawa and lives right downtown in his own 1.5 bedroom apartment paying only 1600. He can walk to all the amenities that he needs. I'm in a small town just outside of Ottawa, where everything I need is only a 4 min drive away. I can walk to most places. Within minutes, I'm out in the countryside surrounded by farms and forest. TO was great for my career, but not a good place to be retired. Unless you and your partner make over 150K, Toronto is not affordable.
