Have you seen food prices but yet our wonderful governor Gavin Newsom insisted on a raise to $20 an hour for fast food workers and pizza delivery drivers so what did Pizza Hut do? They fired all their Pizza delivery drivers. I just put that in there because nothing makes sense, this is the only thing that makes any sense. You either have money or you don’t have money.\nSee you later that’s it. Bring them to California. They’ll fit right in. There’s nothing but immigrants here now anyway.

A long time ago, it used to be beneficial to go to cities where you could get a job making 5-10x the money you could in a rural town. Now it's the opposite. Current cities have reached their maximum growth because the first wavers have decided to pull up the ladder. They want their investments in property to remain high so they block new construction that would otherwise lower their house prices. And that's totally fair. They want to have the maximum standard of living and that's the best way to do it. Fair market bro. But a lot of people, especially politicians, can't plan more than 6 months in advance because of elections. Bad management in certain cities instead of looking for new markets. Medium sized cities are the next best option, since they can actually grow somewhat. The absolute best option is to get an education debt free and then work remotely in a very cheap area with all the luxuries you want.

As a Macedonian/Greek Canadian, whose family moved here from Greece in 1968, I am now preparing to move back to Macedonia or Greece. I am also considering moving to Thailand, Vietnam, or South Korea. I'm 36 years old and I can no longer make a decent wage with my college diploma. So I have gone back to university, and I'm 2 years through my 5 year degree. Once I get my degree I'll decide where I'll live for the rest of my life, but it will not be Canada, that's 100% for sure. I plan on liquidating my condo and house to buy much more land and nicer property, with money left over, rather than just surviving in Canada and living on scraps. This was once a great country for immigrants and native citizens, it's now become some kind of cruel joke. The most beautiful places in Canada, and the most enriching to live in (Old Toronto and Montreal for example as well as countless small towns) could NEVER be recreated. Although, Old Toronto is actively being destroyed because of new zoning laws. In Europe, new developments are built for less money, yet Canadian ones are cheaper with houses practically being made out of cardboard. Europe also invests in cities with reliable public transit and are much safer to walk and cycle in without huge roads and highways everywhere. This allows for much denser housing and affordable communities. Canada is being eaten by Capitalism and pretending to be a Socialist government, the worst of both worlds.

Canada is awesome if you make little money, since everything is free, like school, health care, education, etc. and taxes are low . The issue is when immigrants are smart and make too much money, the taxes are high and at the end it is just like living with low income.

Germany is enroute, but I'd say Germany has a slightly more right to do this since they didnt charge tuition fees for a looooong time. The taxpayers paid the fees. But when the students turned into taxpayers, we have paid a lot for the economy as well making sure the homeless, and unemployed germans get home and money per month. So, I 'd say Germany is enroute now to follow Canadian model just lagging behind by a few years.

I believe India is the best country to stay because:\n- Rents extremely high in developed cities . Property prices unaffordable in big cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata. People are paying life long EMI till death.\n- Teachers focus more on Private tutions to make money. If you don’t take lessons from them, they will fail you in education system \n-Government doctors more focus on Private practices than their Government jobs. In ICU doctors sometimes sleep because they are tired for their private pactices.\n- Court takes decades to settle court cases. \n- Extremely high inflation - Food prices uncontrolled \n- Retirees not worked for Government getting hard time to pay bills specially medical treatment cost. It’s really hard for them to stay in big cities. No Indian government help and support. Government basically don’t care them. 100% right!! Adding more people every year as students, Temporary Resident and Refugee in CANADA but all services still in operation like 30 years back. Not enough affordable housing, not enough jobs and not enough hospitals to support healthcare of people. Developed countries term are scam. I am most certainly in the minority here, as a Canadian. There are a number of things is dislike about the USA; I hate the political climate(but the Canadian one is turning into a dumpster fire too), I dislike how separation of church and state is not existent and how in some states religious beliefs influence policy to infringe on personal rights of everyone, and health care is shit if you don’t have money or a job that traps you. \n\nBut I also love that individual states have more rights than our provinces. That means you can find a state with values that fit yours more so than finding a province. I, personally, would find a state in which I was allowed to carry tools to defend myself(Canada does not allow self defence tools at all), and I would find one that values personal autonomy. \n\nIm definitely an outlier in Canada and the USA. Let me have my guns, don’t tell women what they can do with their bodies, make sure the poor have healthcare, and leave me the hell alone. I’m neither right wing or left wing. There’s are aspects of some places in the US I love, and some overall national themes I don’t. But I wouldn’t move to any other country than the United States. I hate the bad, but I can see the good despite what our media tells us. However, the system is beginning to collapse, and the average US citizen needs to see it.

Its crappy, I'm at the point in my life where me and my fiancée are making more money then we ever have, but its going no where. We need immigrants, we do not need this much. I go on tiktok and there are tutorials for people coming into this country on how to obtain free food, like from food banks and what not, spite the fact we have minimum funding requirements for students coming here. It sucks, because the minimum isn't high enough for somebody to actually live off, and its taking food away from desperate Canadians who really need it. Some of my best friends are immigrants, and it sucks to try to speak up about it, only to be bashed as a bigot or xenophobic. I'm not either of those things, we just have a HUGE issue caused by a massive influx of people. Its not the people's fault, its the failure of our government. I have no issues with anybody who wants to live a better life, I have massive issues with a government letting new immigrants experience a mediocre, and overpriced, life at the cost of everybody else's life getting WAY more expensive and difficult. My rent for a 2bd apartment in 2014 was $770 all included, Grocery bill was about 170 every two weeks. That has all tripled in the last 10 years, Legit tripled. *Only mentioning those two, because they have gone up the most, but EVERYTHING has gone up. (about 2-3x) Its crazy to think when I was making 8-10 dollars less an hour, I had more money, it went MUCH further.

The cost of rent in LA should be compared to the cost of rent in Vancouver and Toronto. It's about the same.... Regardless of if you make 80k in USD or CAD, it's around 2600 a month in both countries so it will affect your wallet about the same on both sides. And in the US, you might even be able to make more money than in Canada in STEM fields, so the you might even end up with more in the US at the end. But it's heavily dependent on someone's situation. \n\nIt is however true that the US isn't as safe as Canada is.

I am watching this video from Canada and I have 4 words for you - “DO NOT COME HERE!!!” Everything that was mentioned in the video is absolutely true. Canada is facing many problems, unaffordable housing, broken healthcare systems, homeless people, drugs. I am always scared to walk in downtown at night when I’m returning from work. And the worst part is, you cannot even defend yourself here if a homeless person is attacking you. If you do that you will be prosecuted saying that why did you touch that homeless guy and it is a violation of human rights, which is stupid. This is the main issue in Canada. We are stuck in so many ways. Our economy is the worst in the G7, so we need to mass import migrants to artificially increase our GDP. But with that, our cost of living will artificially stay high from the increased demand on the housing. All while suppressing wages. All while our government refuses to increase our key natural exports, like crude oil, or nuclear materials. We really are in shambles. Really we need to rip the band aid off, and pause all migration from india for the next five years, not even allowing chain migration. Maintain a manageable rate of legal migration (the US normally has 1 million migrants a year as a high, to a population of 300 million). While getting our pipelines built. Stop the woke shit that is destroying us. Right now every housing project requires an 18 month pause to make sure that the native lands are recognized through a corrupt archeological study (ever since the residential school mass grave hoax). Build houses like crazy, allowing for one additional farm land residential severance. And then stop the regulatory suppression from the federal government on corporations. We have zero money being invested into Canada and it will lead to us having a worse economic outlook than Mexico in less than ten years. Imagine the world thinking of Canada as a third world country. Sir, the large population in India makes you feel worthless even if you have any skills. When you go to a client, they don't offer even half the amount that your work is worth. If you refuse, they say, 'No problem, we will find someone else.' Shockingly, they do find someone who will work for less money. There will always be someone willing to work for less. Additionally, the government doesn't really care about poor people; they see them as garbage. Privileged children also make fun of the poor to look cool \n\n- If things are expensive in Canada, it means they value someone's skills. Anyone with good skills will not feel worthless.

The problem with the overcrowded housing isn't that the land lords are taking advantage of their tenants, it's that their giving the tenants the opportunity to make enough money to send back home to their families, which on the surface seems richous, but it's stealing millions from the Canadian economy that's already in dire straights and allowing more people to migrate in and do the same thing, creating a feedback loop that drains Canadian budgets.
