Even before now less than 1% of fentanyl came across the Canadian border. Canada has had a trade imbalance with us in our favor. Another note regarding fentanyl, as an American I do not see it as a Canadian/Mexican problem. Canada nor Mexico want to sell Fentanyl. Drugs are a United States problem.
