I think your video is well done. I used to love visiting the US especially the west and have fond memories of our travels .Now we don't travel to the US because of the gun violence and so many guns. Most Canadians don't want guns and think gun control should be very strict. I am very content with the way things are in Canada. We have high taxes but we have so many benefits, like maternity leave of 12 months or more. We have free healthcare with no premiums to pay. We have at least 2 government pensions , one we help contribute to and one is totally government funded plus a guarantee supplement if needed . Most people also have a company or union \npension . Most people retire between 60 to 65 years , but its certainly not compulsory. Canada is hoping to have a 4 day work week soon. Our federal government is generous helping with supplements for food etc. We welcome newcomers and we have a very diverse population. I have traveled to different parts of the world and I am very content here.

Everyone saying there is no space for everyone,did you know the US sanctioned the Venezuela goverment and most importantly their oil company,hence hyperinflating the Venezuelan peso,Venezuela has more oil then Saudi Arabia,if they were allowed to use their own resources with out the US trying to interfere,they would be one of the richest countries in the world,so in all actuality,i dont See anything wrong with them trying to come in to the country that,sanctioned them from having a decent living

If our immigration system and amnesty policies were actually humanitarian driven rather than politically driven this kind of crap wouldn't happen. I genuinely feel so sorry for legitimate amnesty seekers trying to get into the US under this politicized system. I also feel sorry for the 24 MILLION people who are waiting to get into our country legally while this kind of senseless malarkey goes on. Finally I feel sorry for the people in cities like El Paso (where nearly 80% of the population is minorities) who are faced with this totally needless and utterly reckless onslaught every day. Everyone involved is being used as expendable pawns in a cruel political game.

I’m Puerto Rican, and don’t like or dislike Mexicans, don’t really see much in common other than Spain’s relation to both them and us. I use to think why Mexicans are crossing over, into the USA, but went to the books and found that technically Mexicans have more right to the land in the east of the US, and some even south than white anglo Americans, Why? I’ll be quick. Even though Mexico sold land to the US to make the US like Arizona California, Texas and such, the US stole further more land than they bought from Mexico. Further more Anglos took over natives lands and gave them loop concentrations. Mexicans are native to those lands also.So conquest and expansion from Anglos took their lands. So if you want to go to the books and be politically correct, Mexicans have more right to those lands than Anglos. Think of it like a native population going back to their lands they are same.

As a black person that lives in Toronto, Ontario. I can confirm the racism is sneaky. They use education, Jobs, housing market to bring us back. And in Ontario the Indians and Asians discriminate against us.

As a Native kid who grew up on the reservation in Canada, I used to be afraid to go into the city because of the tings people would say to us. It wasn't just white people either. I have lived in Utah the past 20 years, and I'm sad to hear it still hasn't changed.

People think that Canada is racism free utopia and its not. People always want to talk about the US. And yes the US has a long way to go,but at least it's vocal. My mom used to say let me know right off the bat that you don't like me,don't be sneaky with it. Canada,the UK and western Europe always try to say that racism is an American problem. Americans are just more vocal with it. And if anyone is inclined to Google,just look up the food inequality that Canada has with their northern neighbors,the people of Nunavut.

This is the perfect time for guns to be of good use, Especially all the machine guns we have here in the US. Maybe that will help to stop perpetuating the idea that there is help offered at the boarder because there’s not and never will be no matter how much you begg and try to get everyone to pity you. It’s not us you need to turn against either it’s your own government and wealthy oligarchs to blame.

At the end of the day I think Canada and the US share a lot of common ground in a lot of areas. \nThe major difference in my eyes between Canada and the US is the competitiveness of each economy. The US is far more competitive and innovative than Canada. Canadians are more risk averse and seem to want to work for the government or a big company whereas Americans are more confident in themselves and would prefer to work for themselves and try to start a business for themselves - and importantly - want to have it become a large business. \nAs a Canadian I wish I would have moved down to the States and tried it out when I was younger. I'm too old to move there now... \nCanada still isn't a bad place but it is nowhere near as prosperous for the average person, or I should say the average worker, as it used to be. And Canada's economy seems to be deteriorating rapidly and being usurped by newly developing countries whereas the economic future of the US seems brighter due to the powerful innovation in the US. However the social situation in the US seems to be deteriorating more so than in Canada.

The UK is pretty much like Canada, now. There is only room for the 5% who are rich (the capitalists & rentiers) and the 35% of people on Benefits (the 35% of population who live off welfare paid for by the State using the hard-working tax payer's money). The honest, hard-working middle-class (about 50 to 60% of society) are absolutely screwed and doomed, because all they can now do is keep working their guts out till they drop dead, and never hope to have a decent life. The culture of state-funded Welfare has now gotten so bad that I now live in a street where some 30% of the people who live off Welfare have been given State funded houses, and those houses which are bigger and better than mine (all paid for using my tax money). And I have slogged my entire life (I am 65 now) to pay off a large mortgage on a house that eventually has lower value than the houses that people on Welfare are given on the same Street! Worse still, now that I am approaching the stage where I might need to go into a Care Home, my house (which I worked for my entire life to attain) will have to be sold off to pay for my Care Home costs. While my neighbours who never worked a single day in their life (and whose life was subsidized using my tax money) will again get free state-funded Care Home facility too! It utterly beggars belief. \n\nWhen state-funded Welfare gets to a point that doing an honest day's work actually penalizes you, because all you are doing is funding the lifestyles of the other half of society who wish to sponge off State Welfare (due to the high taxes the Government is forced to impose on the working middle-class to support the 35% on State benefits), then that society can never prosper, firstly because it removes the motivation to work hard, and secondly because some day the Government will run out of money to continuing funding the lavish lifestyles of people on State Welfare. And that is very much now the state of affairs in countries like Canada, the UK, and much of EU. It is an unsustainable model. \n\nBy contrast, in countries like the US, China, India, etc. there is a much greater correlation between hard work and reward. Choosing to not go to work and sponging off Governmental welfare is simply not an option. And that is precisely why countries like these will continue to prosper in the coming years - because they have some form of Meritocracy. Unfortunately, I think countries like the UK, Canada, and most western EU countries are looking at a downward spiral, and there are no easy solutions, because their Welfare model has already created these huge segments of society which depend on it and will not allow it to be demolished - but the day is fast approaching where they will all soon run out of money to continue funding it (most of these countries are already facing huge Debt-GDP ratios, and there is no conceivable way of them coming out of it).

Such a slap in the face to homeless people who were born, worked in, and lived in America all their life. Where is their “free ticket” to housing and resources? America makes it hard for their own; especially Blacks, to survive. Always some kind of impossible agreement they want you to agree with to obtain help. As a Black American, homeless and disabled; worked low wage jobs here in America over 30 years; was blocked from receiving my full lump sum disability because they knew it would have been enough to buy myself a home; Have been homeless over a year now and can’t agree to America’s rules for fair housing because their rules aren’t fair for Black Americans altogether. America have set Blacks against Blacks; put them in positions to turn other Blacks away from houses and resources; but all they care about is their job. They know their job requires the impossible for many Blacks to agree to, but they easily and intentionally overlook it. How can I agree to volunteer or work if I’m disabled? I applied for disability because I can no longer work. And…It took forever for me to get that. My long, steady work history will prove that I’m not lazy which is used as their excuse for not helping Blacks. America will bend over backwards to help foreigners while we sleep on the streets. That’s the reason why they went out on a limb to employ people from different countries. They called it diversity when they clearly knew it was racism. They had rather employed foreigners to keep Blacks from progressing. America is reaping its seeds right now. Say good bye to America because it’s about to become a new foreign country to all Americans. You reap the seeds you sow. You must be fair to your own first, but you disclaim your own. ❤ And by the way;…..Reparations to Black Americans may be a good start in the eyesight of God who have watched how you treated us for so very long. Nobody in America should be homeless regardless. When God says enough; wickedness and injustices must stop. Not tomorrow but right now! In the name of Jesus; Blacks shall receive reparations so they may live safe and peaceful lives in measures of ours and our ancestors works. I came to the states when I was little unfortunately I had to start working I was 15 I worked in a restaurant so i could support my sick mother in my country then I learned English and moved into a different job I never had the opportunity to go to the school since Noone would supported me !! I fall in love with some US girls we have 2 kids she worked sometimes I never pushed her to do so ! I tried to fix papers but the lawyers took my money and never did nothing about it ! I got into a traffic incident I got a ticked and fine once I payed off I get caught and sent back to a place I should call home !! I don't know nobody here don't know the place anymore !! dangerous people crazy !! my kids abandoned in the states now probably their mother asking for help to the government? who knows the last thing I heard is she was selling what it used to be our properties! I don't have contact with my kids anymore ! is horrible then we have this people just going there and getting asylum??? not fare!

If these people are using asylum as their reason for leaving their own countries of origin why are they not applying for asylum in the first country that they invaded that does offer asylum protection, Instead they travel straight thru to invade our country and burden Americans and selfishly block legal entry immigrants and selfishly block all Americans homeless in the streets because of their willing to work for less wages disruptive to Americans from being able to support ourselves house ourselves because resources designed for helping us has been diverted to illegal aliens invading our country because the truth is that it's an invasion from 150 some odd countries and even housing is using excuses to remove Americans from participating in housing aid for the soul purpose of creating space for them by ousting Americans from taxpayers dollars design for being used on us

While driving to Alaska I picked up a crying ww who was stranded about 20 miles away from home. She seemed to be a nice lady until we went over a hill and was immediately passed by a police officer going in the opposite direction. He looked at me (in a new white firebird) then at her and put on his lights. I warned her the police will turn around and stop us because he saw her. She didn’t believe me so I instructed her to simply observe. We both looked at the speedometer, 61! He turned around and came up behind us. I pulled over and he walked to the drivers window and asked HER if she was ok? She stated yes. He rudely asked for my license and registration and stating I was doing 70 in a 60. She attempted to defend me but he ordered her to be quiet. Her mouth dropped. I informed him I was at 60 but didn’t know the road would drop. He wrote me a ticket. I scribbled my name, he tore the ticket off the pad and threw it in the car. Asked her if she’s sure she was ok? She said yes and he walked away. She was clearly saddened and offered me dinner once she got home. She kept apologizing and I stated we live this way everyday and I’m use to it. Thanks for the offer but I’m on my way to work. At least he didn’t take my car. She started crying. I informed her she didn’t do it so not to worry, just learn from the experience. I left Canada and later was notified at my address in California I had a warrant for an unpaid speeding ticket, then later notified I was banned from Canada for carrying an illegal firearm. I imagined what could’ve happened if I was alone. Stay out of Canada! The system seems to be the same as America.

Close the F****** border already!! Quit allowing this to go on in our country. Take care of us Americans FIRST. Put MORE SOLDIERS to get control and use STRONG FORCE TOO..

I wonder how much of this could be resolved if we decided to pull back senseless embargoes that aren’t achieving policy objectives. Let Venezuelans and Cubans, for example, rule their nations as they wish and stop punishing them for regimes not politically aligned with the USA.
