In the 9 years that this government has been in power he has done absolutely NOTHING to stop this catastrophe, in fact he has stood by and watched it get worse….enabling cartels to gain more power with a lax system of slap on the wrist laws. Trump wants to break the Canadians in order to ultimately force the annexation of Canada into the United States. This is the main goal of this trade war, since the USA cannot start a traditional war with Canada like Putin did.

Canada should appoint leaders that has atleast some basic understanding of geopolitics. These tariffs had initially been deferred to April. The reason Trump decided to put them in so abruptly is in retaliation to Trudeau doubling down on support fir Ukraine. This is so annoying. Most Canadians don't want our tax dollars going to Ukraine either.
