My experiance with German culture is kind of simillier. All though I am not from Germany but from Austria.\nThe simillierities are kinda parallel. \n- The housing market is getting worse everyday.\n- Compared to the other countries the job market is not that matured. Specially in tech. The salaries are capped and you can reach the ceiling super quickly.\n- All though I don't have any friends here, my overall experience with people weren't that bad, specially considering I don't speak German.\n- Occational racism? sure. But there were good people as well. And I think there are bad people everywhere.\n\nAll though I was mentally at a bad place after a year living in here, what helped me better my mental health was realizing that my worth does not comes from other people, and not everyone needs to me my friend. \n\nTips if you're a newcomer.\n- Realize that people are not cold because you look different, but sometimes its the culture, so do not take it personally.\n- Be polite to other people and don't be apologetic if you can not speak german while taking services, often time speaking in easy english without thinking of grammers helped me making people feel easy to communicate with me.\n- Meeting people would be hard, so rather than trying to make friends everywhere try to join an activity that you actually enjoy, often time you will meet likeminded people that you can build true friendship with.\n- And be respectful to their culture.

As an Indian myself, i highly respect the decision taken by the Canadian government since sooner or later this decision was gonna be made just like in Australia. These borders are opened to study further, and eligble people only should be considered to get permanent residency who would contribute the foreign land with good skills like Doctors, Engineers, and so forth, not just for menial jobs. For the sake of an easy citizenship, there is a huge trend to go Canada for Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis. They are not ready to upgrade their skills while studying abroad, and return home to contribute to thier own nations, while they just want to live there, yet still complain we face unemployment. Some of my nation students, unfortunately, don't even know how to speak English properly and pay a huge amount to their agents to go abroad. This is a good decision for them, but a sad decision for those who genuinely want to study in some good courses and wanna get into white-collered jobs.

Bring in philipinos , Latinos.korean,vietnamese hard working people respecfull to other race culture and religious background that have come here to embrace our system and be part of it not to import the reason why they should of left their country and creating their own sectors weather it be where they live do business or who they employ. The Punjab community has by my views the largest percentage of racist people in Canada. Let's make it simple I have never seen a Punjab family accept their daughter or sister dating or marrying outside of their religion or race. I am sure that it has happen but it is probably very rare for the simple reason that any other group no matter the individual is scum to them

Water and natural resources not subject, that is normal think . When india can get its overpopulation and poverty problem under control, and migrate here without importing bad third world behaviors, then they'd have a better reception in Canada. \n \nThe blatant corruption and third world mindset that abounds in India is going to destroy Canada unless something is done to curtail it. \n \nBangladesh is less than a tenth of the land mass of Alberta and Bangladesh has 171 million people. \n \nYou cannot tell me that people who come from such conditions could ever understand or value what makes Canada different in terms of sanitation and prosperity when the experience of people in India and neighboring regions is so different. \n \nAll I ever hear from Indians is their lack of comprehension or value that lower populations has, in fact many of them have contempt for the fact that anglo westerners don't want to live in dirty and overcrowded conditions. \n \nImporting hundreds of thousands of people with that mindset is going to cause intractable problems with the host country, and you can cry racism all you want, but it doesn't change the fact that there are obvious incompatibilities between people of the overcrowded third world and first world nations.

If you indians didnt come in canada in big packs and jobe related only an went back after your time was up then we wouldnot say nothing but now your fighting the rules and taking over jobs and businesses for your own people and taking away housing for canadians that your not wanted here nomore and its not rasis to not want when rules are broken and they wish to change the rules for their own way an ways.so get out live your ways an wants in your own country not in canada .we dont want you and your ways here.get lost.

It appears that the huge increase of immigrants to Canada came at the expense of poor screening process by Immigration Canada. It is true that you can't demand higher education for people you expect to perform menial jobs, but no one wants these jobs especially in a country with such high living costs, and such poor outlook of social advancement. Every society on earth have a lower social segment of uneducated and poor individuals. Unfortunately a portion of these lower class Indians landed in Canada, and aren't contributing to their new country, or to India itself. As usual, they generally are single young males; a similar situation can be appreciated in Europe with Muslim and African individuals. I can't say how many times I've received calls or e-mails from scammers from India, Pakistan, Russia, Nigeria, and China. We, in the West as common citizens, are the targets of criminals around the world trying to exploit us. If landed immigrants aren't of any positive influence to Canada, they should be denied citizenship and expelled from the country.

Don't trust Liberal government in Canada. They are just lying to public to reduce immigration because of elections. They won't reduce and will talk just to delay it until election is passed. And if they win they will keep bringing more and more people and won't care the consequences. Can you deport closed to 3 million people no not easy. There are half million people undocumented living in Canada since years working going to school who don't have any status but not deported yet. Canada is banana republic with emperor without the clothes.

Fraudulent colleges, language courses, real estate schemes, and bogus immigration assistance have become rampant. It feels like the system has allowed space for people to exploit others with false promises, turning a blind eye to the very real impact on people's lives.\n\nThis situation could have been avoided if stricter measures were implemented earlier. The process for obtaining Canadian PR or citizenship shouldn’t be as easy as it is today. By tightening these controls, we could have prevented the rise of these exploitative practices and maintained the value and integrity of what it means to be Canadian.

I live in Toronto, and we see issues first hand. 1. Many don't assimulate, nor do they mingle with Canadians. 2. They have so many of the entry level jobs and hire only indian people. 3. Canadians 18- 25 can't get the entey level jobs. 4. Many in school don't work hard with group work as this wasn't the real goal. 5. Many in entey level jobs english skills are limited.\n\nCanadian born of Indian back grounds see it too! No hate. Not working.

I'm thinking that the next government which I hope will be led by Pierre Poilièvre, will seriously opt for a solution like opening a Canadian school in India and in other countries so that people don't have to come here to study in a Canadian school/college/university. That way, they could study in their country without having to move and face difficulty in living abroad which for them should be only allowed for a certain number of years and then that they have to return to their country of origin. Once back in their country of origin should they want to immigrate here, well there is an official process for immigration that needs to be done. No skipping steps and that has to be done from outside of Canada.

It's called a temporary visa ...not a permanent live in Canada visa ... Canadians are suffering as it is we don't need more people to make matters worse .

I came to germany 5 years ago.\nLearned the language, did an Ausbildung and BELIEVE ME, tried my best to become a part of the society but the society is shut closed COMPLETELY.\nPeople are very unwelcoming and they all stick to their 'own group of people' - not only germans but also immigrants from the middle east.\nThey love catergorizing social status and are deeply condecsending.\nIn addition, it feels like germans don't want people who are eager to climb the ladder and eventually become a higher level employee but they rather want someone who would just stay in the entry level position who would do all the unnecessary repeatitive work that no one wants to do.\nBecause of this tendency, I see a lot of managing level employees who are disgustingly incompetent but are only there just because of what they are (if you know what I mean).\n\nBut again, these are just based on my experience and maybe it's just how it is only in the city I'm living in :).

I am West Indian, descendent of India indentured workers. I love my country of birth, Canada where I have lived since 3, and I have much love and pride in my Indian roots. That being said, I have come to feel embarrassed of being taken for East Indian by other Canadian people. I moved to small city outside of Toronto in 2004. I loved it here! People were so welcoming, kind, friendly. I felt no prejudicial treatment from any of my neighbours. \nFast forward, my little city is now overrun with new Indian immigrants. I can’t tell if I am in the heart of Toronto or Brampton or my city of Oshawa. \nThe Indian people I encounter in the grocery store are pushy, have no Canadian manners, speak their language loudly, come to the stores with their entire family which fills up the isles and cause long lines. All the sale items are sold out by the time you get there because Indians are filling their cart with as much as they can purchase of any of the on sale merchandise. This never happened before. \nI am also saddened by being assaulted when an Indian person passes by and wave of body order sickens me. I don’t understand what the cause of that is. Not bathing regularly or not using deodorant. But I notice this everywhere I come in contact with Indians, men and women, young and old. \nI feel like I will be mistaken for East Indian myself which I have been when I went to the hospital. I was treated like I couldn’t speak English lol\nThe worst is the Muslims, they are the rudest the way they fill every available free space, make women feel uncomfortable and are just intrusive and unable to incorporate themselves with other Canadians. They also have a superiority attitude. \nThis is a plan honest list of observations. I hope they learn to integrate with Canadian culture, improve their language skills and learn proper hygiene. @DW News. I am A Doctor from India living in Germany since 7 years. Still i face alot of discrimination, although i speak C1 level of German. I faced descrimination for school admission of my Child. Beurocracy is so bad that i am thinking also to move to other country. Even after paying a Tax more than 2000€ a Month i feel i am not wellcome here, that i can feel from the behavior and read from the face of the people.

Canada is one of the best countries, I agree there are few downfalls, but on the other hand you can’t even in judge a book by just looking at it’s cover. If you are well educated, this country is the best to live in. Canada has already made their immigration policies stern, and are not welcoming everyone now. Do you think Indian politicians are doing good to keep India safe according to their duties? Don’t you think India has a drug problem too? Apply for a visa and come here, you’ll see many people settled, enjoying their life here. People have to face struggles when you move to a new country, it takes time. Canada in one of the most diverse country, go to a school here, they celebrate and acknowledge different cultures and teach about them. I think Indian are well settled and living luxurious life here.

I went to high school in Brampton Ontario, in the mid 80's and there were no Indian immigrants anywhere. After high school, I moved to Montreal to work as a fashion designer, (I have to mention the shock I experienced whenever I would fly into Toronto for business... when I went to get a taxi, there was always a massive line of Indian taxi drivers standing outside next to their taxis. I had the feeling that I was no longer in Canada, but somehow ended up in India?) Having lived in Montreal for 30 years, I recently moved to Guelph Ontario, to be closer to family and I was shocked to see how many Indians had moved there, (going to the dog park, I was informed by the people there, that Brampton was called Bramladesh and Guelph was turning into another Bramladesh.) There was a massive temple built in Guelph a few years ago and suddenly Guelph was invaded by Indian immigrants, with every house put up for sale bought by an Indian family, (the husband, his wife and their kids, the brother and his wife, their mother and father, all living in a 3 bedroom house with 3 cars in a 1 car driveway, (for some strange reason they all choose to dig up the black asphalt driveway and replace it with white concrete??) So yeah, the white people in Guelph are fleeing en mass, as it becomes impossible to sit in the back yard, or open a window, without choking on the powerful stench of spices coming from the Indians living next door... it's like being punched in the face from the horrific smell when you walk your dog and pass by one of their homes! That said, it feels like their goal is 'global domination' and with 2 billion people living in India today, it's just a matter of time before they all decide to leave the most over populated, the most polluted and the most corrupt country on the planet, and move to Canada!

But this recent mass immigration by a people who are very racist and arrogant even when they come to our country for a better life. Just look at the Khalistan issue, The fact that there was a referendum held on OUR SOIL is an affront to our sensibilities. If you come here to live then leave your issues back home. The Indian population has brought assassination to our land ie: Nijjar. The Indian issue is mostly due to the Sikh population. Here another afront to Canadians is the event that was held in Vancouver where approx. 1000 of Chinese descent were celebrating 70 years of communism in Beijing. Those 1000 should have been all deported as they were obviously not ready to live in Canada. There are many more examples of how immigrants are ruining our budding culture.

As a Canadian born in Canada I feel the border needs to be shut down. We have worked hard to set our standard of living, this is now in danger of collapsing because the government has allowed so many immigrants into Canada putting a strain on our healthcare,housing and other programs. These people are getting to use our resources without having paid into them for years like we Canadians have. Our way of life and standard of living are at risk of collapsing, we see it happening in our healthcare, affordable housing and the drain on funds for the poor. When we see them protesting about being forced to leave and how they refuse to try and take on our culture, where whole towns are being taken over by their arrogant attitude to take over these cities. We want our country back

It's illogical to pin this whole mess onto just housing issue. The deeply rooted issue is there is no vetting process from the source where these folks are misguided from the beginning. Everyone is led to believe, spend your family's life savings and when you arrive here, there is a ready to settle down nirvana in Canada. This is a beautiful country which allows you to prosper but that takes a well disciplined and enforced immigration system here and the countries where these folks apply from, and decades of hard work once you arrive here. Politicians have made a giant mess, all the corrupt middlemen crooks in their home countries have robbed these people seeking better life for themselves of their livelihood on the back of feeding the falsehood. The reality is there are less jobs, no places to live, no support system. I don't see how anyone is being held accountable here. Let's not forget the kids of second gen immigrants are lost in this mess. Many parents have attested their kids did not find any work during this past summer vacation. Trudeau has taken the Multi out of “Multiculturalism” Canadians and Indians have different values and if we Canadians mention this we are shamed and labeled as racist. I have a few Indian friends and they even say that immigration to Canada from India has gone out of balance. Many Indian people don’t assimilate into western living and many try to find loopholes they can exploit. I don’t like that Sikh men can bring daggers to places like the gym, it makes me feel uncomfortable working out beside someone with a big knife. Indian people wearing a Turban don’t have to wear helmets when riding their motorcycles. If a white Canadian took a big hunting knife into a gym they would be escorted out by the RCMP, and would be ticketed and fined for not wearing a motorcycle helmet. While sitting with one of my Indian friends he mentioned how he would hate to be me, I asked him why, he said as an Indian he can do what he wants and if I say anything I’m shamed and considered a racist. ??

In 2004 I wrote a somewhat famous article called 'Top 8 reasons not to immigrate to Canada'. In short, the Canadian authorities tried to destroy my life. They made it so that I could not be employable in Canada. So I moved to the U.S. in 2005 and then some years later I moved permanently to the Philippines. I am happy that so many years later videos like yours are saying essentially the same things that I did. I was ahead of my time. I will never go back to Canada. Not to live, not to visit, not even a connecting flight. Too cold, too expensive, taxes are astronomical, no culture, no freedom, no jobs, no opportunities, only modern slavery, worst healthcare system, unbearable political correctness, crime infested/drug infested, xenophobic people, too depressing. Canadians have been wanting a cap for years. It not anti indian policy.. international student are not all indian .. there is other country citizen that are also not allow to get work permit as well . let not play the race card now.. indian act like you are alway are special.. when apply for your student visa there were term and condition.. and one of the term is that once your visa expires you must LEAVE the county. I have been living in canada for 3 years now and I Agree and Disagree on this video. Yeah, Canada has one of the largest natural resource but utilities bill is more than that of India. Yes, canada's population is half of Gujarat's population, but just check the rent in canada once. Many people here prefer living in an EV to avoid rent. Canada may be exporting fertilizers, but Canada has to import food and veggies from other countries and its damm expensive. Ab koi log bolenge, then go back to India.. I am not saying canada is bad. The only reason i am still here in canada is because of its work culture. Work culture in canada is wayyyyy more stress free than that of India's. And just dont get me started with the amount of crime and gun shots. Coz I have seen many news related to gun shots in metro and buses and people gets killed without any reason. And one of the worst things in canada is Drugs. Just last week, I took a walk down two blocks alone at 2 am. It literally scared a shit out of me bcuz of the druggies and homeless people. Even my canadian colleagues are fed-up of this drug abuse and crime. \n\nSo, canada may look all goodie good from outside, but reality is way diff than that.

Indian Middle Class keep having kids and throws them into this competition of 140 Crore people with the only hope that they will clear IIT and/or immigrate to West. The Middle class parents who can't even buy a house for themselves keep bringing kids to India's competition without any thought that they are making their lives and kids lives worse as they have no plans for future. Unless you own your own house and have passive income do not bring little kids to India which off course will never become like Canada or US as what matters is GDP/Capital and not just GDP. I'm 52 years old and a Canadian citizen my whole life. Canada has always been a welcoming country. I have friends from every part of the world here in Canada. But in the couple years there has been a brutal influx of Indians in Canada. My build alone had maybe 3 Indian households. Now more than 60% of the building is indians. And the problem is 6 to 8 people living in a 2 bedroom apartment. We use to have 1 garbage bin in the basement. Now we have 3 and they are over flowing and they leave garbage everywhere( I've watched them do it). Not everyone has house keys so they leave the security door open all hours of the day allowing criminals to get into the building. They have shit in the laundry room and the garage(I have seen this happen). They smoke in the building halls and lobby. They Dont use laundry detergent when washing their clothes so the laundry machines stink really bad. I have to was the laundry machine before even putting my clothes in.Also they have taken every job in the business in my neighborhood. They aren't very friendly. They come into my restaurant and act like entitled brats and hang out for 6 to 7 hours in groups of 20 and don't tip. They're loud and demanding. Now our regular client's have stopped coming. Since these new Indians have come here they have tainted everything. I have never been a racist individual in my whole life. My family is very diverse. We are white, black, packistan, and Asian. In the last 3 years I am so disgusted in the quality of people that have been coming to this country. The biggest group is Indians. I'm sorry but be don't need any more of these assholes. We have enough of our own assholes

I live in Canada. Every country has its own problems i believe.\nBut what i have seen here is the taxes we pay gets paid back in terms of continuously improving infrastructure, free healthcare and free education. You dont need to bribe to get any govt related work done. \nWhile i was paying ~33% tax in India and was getting nothing back from govt in return. Salaried class people are most exploited in India in terms of taxes while business class ppl enjoy by getting rid of taxes.

I am an Indian and I am disgusted to see what fellow Indians have done to Canada! They come here with their total lack of civic sense! I was born and raised in Calcutta as we navigated daily through filth and dirt on the streets - not only because of the poor on the street - but bec of everyone else who walks around and thinks nothing of throwing their garbage on the streets, spitting and blowing their noses on the streets and even in buildings - stairway landings, or peeing in the open - in public spaces or against building walls, etc.. Narcissistic, selfish drivers who cut people off, break the traffic rules, grab parking spots, etc.. They come here and make every effort to Indianize Canada - to make this into India instead of respecting this country that has generously and (ignorantly!!) allowed them in!! If they want to live their Indian culture in an 'Indian environment' - then for goodness sake - GO BACK TO INDIA and clean up that country your call your 'matri bhoomi' - your Mother!! The presenter is right - Indians (and Sri Lankans, Bangladeshis and Pakistanis too included here - all with the same mentality!) have dragged down the customer service experience in stores and restaurants. Indians are usually polite but they are not good at maintaining a high standard of customer service! Employees in Walmart, Costco, Tim Hortons (especially!), etc., are seen standing around, chatting with each other in their Indian languages instead of being professionally attentive to customers. The shopping experience is not pleasant like it was 25 years ago!! Your remarks are not harsh and Indians NEED to take it personally and be embarrassed into doing the necessary to make the changes they need to. We immigrated to Canada not to come to 'another India' - we came to Canada and would like to live in this country to appreciate it's uniqueness and contribute to maintaining it the way it has been! The presenter has done a good job with this video. Very fair. The highly ignoramus Liberal Government leader with his Indian goons in tow - esp that sell-out NDP leader whose support of Trudope has gotten us in such a mess in this country - are totally to blame!! I live in Vancouver n homeless people are a big problem here. I don't know if u heard it or not, here fedreal govt support suicide of homeless people even there is a official number for suicide assistance for homeless people which help them to do suicide in more ethical manner. N u gonna shock to know that these people get roughly $2000 every month from govt bt they decide to live like hell.

I am living in Canada right now and I agree with all the points mentioned however,\n1. As a lady I feel safe, no one judge me for my clothes, no one stare me disgustingly and no one consider I am his private property to assault.\n2. I feel safe when my kid goes outside to play. People here follows laws strictly. Vehicle stops even at signal allows them to proceed, always I repeat always driver signals me to proceed.\n3. I feel happy that my husband is valued in his office and much appreciated. His seniors credit him for his hard work and everyone here encourage us to have proper work life balance.\n4 I agree we pay high tax but atleast we are getting benefits in return. Public libraries, transport system are top notches. \n5. Banking, health care, all government facilities are very systematic. We were not even aware we have completed 18 months in Canada and we received letter from government stating very soon my son's child benefit will start. We didn't even enquired about it. They processed it automatically as per our arrival date.\n6. And lastly, we celebrated Independence Day here in Calgary, it was great event and all officers were protecting us. I clearly remember while dancing , huge Indian flag dropped down by a toddler and one Chinese officer,he picked it up and gave it to nearby adult.\n\nLife is valued, humans are respected,laws are followed here so I don't regret my decision of migrating but yes, honestly I do miss India as well and I am proud I am an Indian.

OFTEN THEY LEFT THEIR COUNTRY TO LIVE IN A BIG CANADIAN CITY. IT IS CLEAR THAT THEIR BEHAVIOUR SHOULD HAVE CHANGED TO ADAPT TO THE LAWS AND THE CULTURE OF THE COUNTRY. BUT TRUDEAU LIED TO THEM BY TELLING THEM THAT THEY COULD LIVE HERE IN ABSOLUTELY THE SAME WAY AS IN THEIR COUNTRY OF ORIGIN.. NOW, THE REACTION IS HERE. Kitchener Waterloo here, I only see Indian people around at 80%. No joke. Go to all retails shop Walmart etc...ONLY Indian. They all struggle to pay rent and live by 4 to 6 per two bedroom to survive, and more young Canadian can't even start their life with a student job anymore.

Being a skilled immigrant in Germany is almost a scam program. You will never get to the point where you feel part of the community. Incomes are decreasing due to economic crisis and the salaries are stagnated, it is impossible to navigate all the burocracy craziness and bad mood/ attitude from people in public service sectors... I must admit as a non-Canadian that I was ignorant about Canada’s economy before I saw this video. I thought Canadians were well off mainly due to its natural resources. They live in a large country so they’re not overcrowded. It’s safe, democratic country with low corruption & less inequality. The Canadians I’ve met are extremely talented & intelligent. How wrong I was about the economy. It has similar problems to other western countries but is cushioned by and reliant on its natural resources. As long as those resources stay owned by its own people.
