And the USA was not doing anything to prevent it as they were mostly happy illegals were leaving the USA. Canada is taking active measures to prevent that but the onus is on the US to protect its borders.

Western Canadian here. Our current liberal government opened immigration to bizarre levels over the last several years I believe to get more liberal voters. Where did you get this info? The Canadian border does not have that kind of traffic, unless you are looking at the last 5 years. There have been that many coming across from Mexico in a week or even a day at times.

Address the real problem and how tosrart working on it, The problem is over the last 40 years there has been a radical redistribution of wealth from the bottom and the middle to the top and the more. This is partly because we changed the tax laws. We relieved taxes from corporations and the rich and we switched them onto the middle and bottom.
