The problem with Indian people is that despite their hard work and dreams for good, their energies are misdirected without concerns that there are laws, rules and expectations in other countries that are different then theirs. For Canada, what is hesitation to talk straight about approving student visa, where applicant don’t afford to pay for travel, full time education and living expenses at all without simultaneously working, where no appropriate jobs are possible or available at all.

if you dont want to follow a countries rule then dont go. who are you to criticize america over this its their country and its sovereign to make rules and laws what suit them

I am planning to leave Canada in 4 years. I don't feel respected by the country. We are overpaying for health care like you mentioned. A lot of laws and rules are non-sense. Don't leave your territory your country. It's right in context to other countries. If you go to different nation it's their rules their land. For example Muslim nations don't allow other religions and practices in their territory while they do all they want in different countries. If you are going to another country and a place where your beliefs are foreign ... Try following the rule of the place. Do not expect everything to magically change according to you. \n\nRespecting the rule of the land is not a bad thing and whichever deity or god you follow is not going to punish you based on that.

Well it's not a crime to carry kripan at least a place where guns are more common....but when you are in other country their jurisdiction applies not your ethnicity ..race or religion . Same goes for foreigners in India....and that is a educational institution not a religious temple no one is wrong here just mis communication of rules

Just follow and respect the rules of the country your in. Carrying a knife in the open is allowed in your country because it's the culture they understand. Don't be foolish and get agitated if other cultures are not aware of yours especially if your carrying a weapon in the open . you know how many students have gone on a killing spree in their own campus . This is clearly a safety issue and you my friend were wrong to carry a weapon in your campus

Great job! He’s not licensed to carry a weapon, his religion allows him to however the laws and rules of the country doesn’t. Religious rules should evolve over time and adapt! Please remove your knife as it’s not required to be a western citizen.

The problem is that often times due to religious practices, a lot of people from minority communities are targeted and have to undergo a lot of scruitiny. Sikhs are amongst the most kind and generous people in the world, apart from being brave, sure this world makes a joke out of them but it is important for people to understand that our religion is important to us, we do follow the rules and regulations laid down by the country but others too have to respect who we are and where we come from, it might seem odd to carry around a kirpan but then again that is no reason to violate someone like this, or their religion's sancitity.

That would be a sad place to live, because there will come a time when you get older you need something paid for because you can't work sun up to sun down, if most of your money is going to taxes it is hard to get ahead one would have to take some money and pay for land outside of the country to have a place to go one day in order to live, but I thought that place was a part of England rule, maybe that is why taxes are so high.
