These institutions are for Canadians to get an education so that we can compete economically with other countries. If other countries all send their people here and those people stay, the economy for Canadians gets ruined and now we are no longer competitive. Our own government is destroying the economy of Canadians for that of foreign countries and this is the opposite of what these institutions are for.

NO INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS, or FOREIGN Workers, stay in your own country

Coming to a country as an international student is often a route or excuse some people use to enter countries and then later decide they don't want to return to their country of origin. They than start whining about the new country is their home and they don't their country of orgin or they pay taxes and they should get to stay in the new country. This has nothing to do with requirements for acceptance to emigrate to a new country.

The politicians from Canada and India don't care if everyone lives in poverty. And getting Canadian citizenship will not solve all your families' problems. Once Canada goes broke there will be no welfare, EI, pensions, free housing, or healthcare so you're better off staying in India where at least you know the language, laws, religion and culture. Also Canada doesn't need anyone murder cases like Hardeep Singh Nijjar!\nThe next Canadian federal election is on October 20, 2025. The politicians would bring in another 5 million foreigners from India, Pakistan, Nigeria, China etc, if they could. But Canada doesn't have enough affordable housing for people born in Canada let alone from other countries. The Canadian politicians want voter banks, corporations want cheap foreign labour, and the WEF want Agenda 2030. The Prime Minister of Canada and India are to blame for this mess. Both Prime Ministers are not doing what's right to take care of their citizens. No point coming to Canada or other any Western countries when you can't speak and read in English, either.\nBy the way, you're better off training to be a plumber, a mechanic, a nurse etc than getting a liberal arts degree. If you're an international student and you can't afford to rent for example in Vancouver and Toronto than don't come here. It's no secret some international students turn to prostitution, sell drugs and go to food banks in order to survive. Don't come to Canada assuming study permits automatically means you will get Canadian citizenship.

The bottom line is you cannot have Mass immigration of people into a country where the values are completely different there's going to be problems problems with language problems with housing problems with crime for government to have allowed so many Indians to come in at one time in such a short period of time is not good for that country it should have been done over a longer stretch because otherwise it will lead to huge consequences and problems that's the truth you cannot force a country to accept you just because you want to go there people want to preserve their culture and their way of life in their country they have that right you cannot force yourself on another culture our country just because you want to a lot of Indian students were recently busted for fraud by their sponsorship agents that was all over the news even though the government has allowed them to stay it still leaves a black mark on the Indians that they are corrupt and scammers be careful on how you act in the new country otherwise the dog is going to bite your asses understand.

I was born and raised in New York City. But since it became sanctuary city, I don't call it home no more. And I don't have any plans if ever going back there to live. New York City is Gotham city now. Taken over by people who enter our country illegal. It's so sad they are getting free money, rent Medicaid ,food stamps, Have their babies once born they are American citizens I guess they get to stay. It's not fair because you can't go in their country and have a baby. And it becomes a citizen, they have requirements and restrictions. They all going to continue to come and Leach off. All the free services here and america is going to go bankrupt. This is what the democrats want. Damn so that they can be the new voting clock because people have left the democrat party. Restaurant sure. They will be the first class citizens and we will be the second class citizens and have to fight for everything. We have to get out and vote. International students are in Canada to study and should be financially secure to make that travel to Canada to study for a few years. After their graduation, they should depart and return to their home countries… no one should be allowed to stay if the society doesn’t need your skill set at that moment of time. \n\nThere are many options for them:\n\n1. Make their motherland great by contributing to their own economy;\n2. Be a good ambassador for their own country while in Canada by respecting our rule of law;\n3. Depart when your temporary time in a foreign country is up! If not, expect to be removed by force!

No!! Student visas are just student visa. They cannot stay in western countries indefinitely. We want legal immigration. Stop twisting things. A student visa and work visa's are temporary. Once your visa's are over you go home. You cannot use these visas's as a stepping stone to permanent residency or citizenship. To tell you the truth its cheaper to send them home than keep them. Your protest is null or void. Your rights are in your own country.

It’s about time to ask foreigners to leave our country. They’re not welcome to stay because they’re taking our entry level jobs. Canada has no obligations to help with the youth unemployment in their home countries. PERIOD

Firstly your country has a very stupid policy on international students. All most all of them come there for economic reasons. They enroll in stupid courses which in any case will not contribute to your country. Why can’t you have a system where their attendance in classrooms is kept a track of and any one having less than say 75% is warned and after three warnings sent home. Once they successfully complete their course, they are given six months to stay and then sent back. Keep only the ones who can be of asset to Canada. Else your country will soon become another country like the UK is now.

Is too bad!!. The New international student should not come to CANADA any more. Is not the best idea. Is over, is over. Don't come , stay in India and help your Country ECON. That's it. !!

International student they are not coming for a study they come to stay in Canada ,they fool government that what they do to entering the country

Most no hoppers come in as students with only 1 thing in mind, to stay in the country not to study. The government should have done proper checks, these people are jumping the cue of immigration, nothing is too late , the Government should shove them back if they are known to skip classes and work instead. Why did he say he came here for a better life but he’s an international student. Didn’t he come here to study? I’ve thought about going to another country to study medicine but I have no intentions of staying there for a better life. He didn’t say a single thing about having to go to school with no where to live. He didn’t mention a single thing about studying and school. Just that he came here for a better life. If life was so hard back where he’s from , how did he afford international student tuition which is in the 10s of thousands per semester?

Deportation is a traumatic experience for anyone, imagine u left Ur home country, sold every assets. You settle in a new country learning the culture & laws. Getting acquainted with the climate. Taking into consideration that over time while abroad (be it Canada) things may have changed from the way u left in your home country. Imagine staying in Canada legally n some times immigration process could take a long time, say u stay for abt 4 or 5 years waiting. And boom ? u get news u have to go back. Maybe u started a family. Now how do u start ?it easy to seat n say deport deport , wait until it's you or your friend. Deportation isn't bad but certain considerations should be examined . Over flow of India overpopulated country cause them to migrate to a promising country like Canada, USA, Australia, etc...., thus one of the solutions is India Gov to adopt One-Child policy in India, just like what China did in the 70-90's..., as a result they will stay in their own country and find their own solution to live sustainably..

5:48 A few blocks away from that accident was my first home in Canada. I was shocked to see such a thing happening in a residential area. Many Indians may get offended, but Indians as a community play a majority role in the hatred Canadians have towards them. I am an Indian too, but it annoys me to no end to see the nuisance some Indians create. It brings a bad name to the whole community. But, they just don't care. Yes Indians are responsible, India is a very dirty country and immigrants are bringing that to Canada. Recently a beautiful RV park was bought by Indian immigrants and what used to be beautiful is now a ghetto thanks to the new owners. Pooping on our beaches, pooping on people's lawns, this is not Canadian. If you want to be Canadian then clean up your act, leave your culture behind and take on Canadian values and traditions and if you do not like that then just stay out of my country, we do not need the mess India is in here in Canada.

Im mad because Im young and want to go to school but cant work because of post graduate immigrants taking low skill jobs (Fast Food, Retail,). Its petty to come to another country, complete your studies and with your work permit work for minimum wage at tim hortons. Nobody my age can get a functional job just from applying. This is why when I am old enough to immigrate myself, i will attempt to immigrate to california (due to film industry and love for the state) and stay in my working field and leave the jobs there for the youth).

And their spouse every country allow them, if you know international students are bringing money, talent and spouse as a work force why aren’t you stopping other working VISAS who simply doesn’t bring anything

It's not so much the Indians themselves, but the amount of them coming in. No time to /or want to assimilate, there's a serious job and housing crunch...it's simply too much, too fast. Couple that with protests demanding they stay isn't really kosher either. Pretty sure no one in any country would like this being brought to their doorstep, especially when the average citizen wasn't even consulted on this mass immigration policy. With as many PhDs and scientists that India has, they need to create hundreds more universities in India. How does it help India to send away their youths to other countries only for them to stay there after they graduate?

In South Africa when we complain about these large number of people coming to South Africa we are called xenophobic. I don't understand why they don't stay at their countries and fix them?
