Canadian here??. We are VERY ANGRY. I never see my country like this. Vladimir Trump praising the cruel dictator Putin!? Vladimir Trump not helping Ukrainians!? Vladimir Trump starting a economic war with Canada!? Shame on USA, shame on every republicans.

Sorry but I disagree with Trudeau. The word Smart is never associated with Trump. Only words like stupid, dumb, bully, racist and narcissistic described him.

Canadian here who 100 percent supported trump going to office making America great again but I never thought he would try to come at us Canadians like this. But one more thing Americans don’t get is that before this fateful day an unofficial boycott against ALL US goods has been growing since tRump insulted Canada’s Prime Minister and threatened Canada’s sovereignty—whereas Canada’s official countervails ( which only kicked-in today )only target certain US goods, not ALL of them like ordinary Canadians are doing in growing numbers right now—in fact, the imposition of tRump’s tariffs today has only made the unofficial boycott bigger and more organized. It’s heartening that so many nations have solicited Canada, offering alternative sources for common US exports to Canada —citrus fruits, pharmaceuticals, and other manufactures, to name a few.\n\nI don’t think Canadians even realize how big this unofficial boycott is getting because it’s growing so fast. I’ve never seen a surge in Canadian patriotism like this. Never in my seven decades —which includes the two Referenda on Quebec separation. How many people grew up in Divorced families with arguments and name calling and all the insults? As a Canadian who could never stand Trudeau, even his face is annoying to look at, I must say he gave a great speech here. I even even liked Trump for many years and now am so disgusted by him.

@robertedward7023 It can but I think Trump is right on this one. Zelensky needs to realize that he won't get his land back that Russia took, and that negotiating is the only way to come to peace now. He's living in a fairytale world fighting an unwinnable war. I think the US is right to pull the plug on financial aid to try to pressure Zelensky to negotiate to end the war. Unfortunately, to end the war Ukraine will likely have to concede the land they lost. But the reality is Putin will never give that land back. But it's better than more people dying everyday. Zelensky has gotten all too comfortable relying on financial aid and as a result he hasn't been willing to try anything new (like negotiate) to get this war finished. If we keep sending him money, nothing will change. Now he has pressure to negotiate. the US and Canada can't keep sending money to Ukraine for the next 20 years while this war carries on.

Funny how he hasn’t done that only grifting by launching crypto scams, removed joe Biden’s executive order that protected consumers from absurd overdraft fees. I never voted for Trudeau, but it is hard not to admire him after this speech. He makes Trump look just like he is.. an old, ugly, out-of-shape, and very, very stupid fool.
