It's quite understandable when it seems overnight Canada is invaded by Indians from India! What happened? Did the Canadian borders opened wide for the Indians to march in, or were the immigration staff permanently zonked on marijuana and didn't notice or just couldn't be bothered with stopping them over the last 3 to 4 years? Maybe. But really, the problem was definitely created by that despicable moron Trudeau( who even Trump could say to him in his face when he knelt and begged Trump not to hurt Canada with his tariffs, Trump just say ok if you agree to let Canada be the US's 51 st state!). He must have suffered from a terrible serious attack on his mental faculty and zonked on chanting Hari Krishna simply allowing his goons in charge of immigration to approve to let in that tidal wave of Indians especially in the last 4 years! What to do now? While we hate Trump for what he's doing to Canada on tariffs, Carney should give good thoughts to adopt actions like Trump's ICE GOONS to deport those who entered Canada illegally, and stop extension of visas to the zillions admitted on temporary work visas, and the tens of thousands of students who registered as "student" on student visas in private unregistered/approved institutes in name, but are actually working in various jobs illegally e.g. construction, etc.

The only reason you can use the term Immigrant is because the govt issued visas. But that being said the govt fast tracked the usual immigrant process which takes months to years. So in actuality this is not legitimate immigrants. It's unlawful what the govt has done and therefore these people are immigrants under cover of law. Or color of law. It's defacto. I call them illegal migrants. Most are not doctors or engineers or trades people even. Most are young men from 19 to their 30's. According to Investigative Journalist Joshua Philipp of the Epoch Times, Through visiting Darian gap, he found UN tents helping illegal migrants to get to the US. But they had to pass through cartel territory. They had to pay the cartels a fee or die or be raped or both. Yes it's brutal some things but apparently before Obama left office he signed an international agreement to import people globally from mostly Islamic countries and create open borders. We see Chinese, and many people from different parts of South America and even Africa crossing to the US. A lot of whom end up in Canada. So before they cross into the US they toss their IDs Especially if they are from countries that are flagged by the US as questionable or terrorist possibilities. So this leads to a lot coming to Canada. I'm sure you heard of Roxham Rd crossing? It's officially closed but people still cross into Canada from the US going through there. There's also piles of IDs at that border crossing also. Anyways these open border policies has cut out in depth screening so we really don't know who is in Canada as true asylum seekers or immigrants. To add to this complexity, over 300,000 Canadian travel documents have been stolen from CBSA Canadian Border Services Agency. 280,000 of those were blank Canadian passports. SO we really don't know who's walking on Canadian soil. This was confirmed by Luc Sabourin a former CBSA agent. I am so happy people are starting to speak up. Sadly, I am changing. I am becoming angry. Angry at immigrants and the system. Am I becoming racist? Or just so lost at how things seem so wrong. My main upset is for my teen son. Turned 16 after Christmas. So excited about looking for a part-time job, earning some money, getting experiences and (unbeknownst to him ) expanding his social circle. This excitement came from me. LIke all us Canadians who remember our first part-time jobs (mine was at a McDonalds), I regaled my son in stories of that first part-time job. How much I learned from it, and the so many benefits it would have for me as I got older. He listened, and couldn't wait to turn 16. Also, like most parents, I raised him on the benefits of working hard in school, getting good grades, learning, getting involved, etc. Do these things son, and you will have a good future. He listened. Honours student all his life. Played on school teams. Performed in talent shows, Volunteered his time, etc., etc. Not a bad resume for a first time teen seeking a job. It is now heading into September. He has applied at all the traditional teen job hotspots, (all the fast food joints, grocery stores, drug stores, etc). Dozens of resumes, online and in-person applications. Not a single response. Then I walk into the local Burger King. Not a single Caucasian, Black, Hispanic, Indigenous, or Far Eastern employee. All East Indian (or Pakistani). Suddenly I am really noticing this trend everywhere, especially in the franchise fast food industry; especially upsetting when I even see it in a Harvey's (even more Canadian than Timmies). It's either East Indians or Arabs. I don't know for how long I have been hearing about diversity and fair hiring practices (which I have always supported); but to see this trend makes me furious. Are the owners of these franchise exempt from fair hiring practices? Are they not taught we are a diverse country? This is wrong. I want to finish with two sad situations which we should all be concerned about. When my eldest was looking for part-time work after the pandemic, he walked into a Mr. Submarine. He asked if he could leave his resume or fill out an application. The Arab cashier told him in broken English they were not hiring. As he was walking out, a young Arab man walked in. He approached the same cashier and asked for an application. She gave him one. WTF. My last comment, is the most concerning of all. My 16 year old, who works so hard at school, and at everything he does, recently commented, after yet another non-reply after handing out a slew of resumes, "Dad... what's the use of working so hard if I can't even get a job at McDonalds." I wonder how many other Canadian teens are feeling the same way. Not just white teens. Black, Hispanic, Indigenous and East Asian teens. Seems the broken English East Indian and Arab teens and young adults aren't asking themselves that. How long until my son thinks I am just spewing BS about this hard work thing? This is not about racism. This is about fair hiring practices, especially in more and more franchises; however, I do find myself listening to more and more of these videos, and find myself developing sucb negative feelings towards these two cultures. This is not Canadian. To be thinking this way, especially, is not Canadian. What do we do? Speak up, and we are racist. Stay quiet, and our teen kids move into adulthood without job experience, money put away, or just having a life experience that any of us over 30 (no matter our race) experienced. Something has to change; but I haven't a clue how to do that.

Problem is the people keep electing liberal progressive woke making policies against its own people. Till people wake up you all going to the drain. Big business lobbying got us here, the liberals don't ever really put out a policy statement like other parties do. They really don't stand for anything. Unfortunately, our government (republicans) at the moment don’t care about us. They taking away from our children’s education , (seniors) money for food and health care. As a Canadian citizen I have always admired the US up until now, I sincerely wanted to move to the US to build homes and start up a company. But now am re-evaluating my decision because if this how the US treats their friends and allies, I really feel sad for their enemies. Both countries benefited from having a good relationship and now the great US has no one willing to challenge Mr Trump on this idiotic move, America is alienating themselves from a lot of countries and regular Americans are the ones who are going to suffer from this fall-out, the rich won't be affected but regular working class folks your stress is going to get a whole lot worse and that's unfortunate. You people from XYZ are really like the EU hypocrites that all you got is words. As a Canadian, I hate Trudeau and everything his government has done to the country. I want a PM like Trump that is willing go against the entire system(deep state) and dig out all the dirt even though you're in the way of a lot of powerful people and organizations. Out of all the world leaders today, Trump is the only one with that kind of courage. Compare that to Trudeau—aside from his nice suits and polished public image, what has he actually done to improve the lives of Canadians? \nWe need a DOGE go into WHY WE ARE PAYING SO MUCH TAXES. When I was living in Vancouver, I (and many ppl) would just drive cross the border to get gas and groceries because it's just much cheaper once you're on US soil.... For years we cannot retain any talents because they would just migrate to the states because the pay is much higher with less taxes. I used to live in a bubble thinking that even though life is tough and it's harding to make a living here but at least it's more peaceful here than the States. That is not the case anymore and everything is getting worse in the past 10 years.
