So, if people didn't like how the liberals handled immigration under Trudeau, why did they vote liberals again back in with Carney?

I am a Canadian. We do not want conflict with USA. What we want is for our new leader to be voted in - and then work things out for trade. President Trump is aware of what we have suffered. I’m Canadian and I don’t care for Trudeau. I didn’t vote for him but I have to give credit where credit is due. I appreciate that he is standing up for Canada and I agree with him. This is a huge mistake for the USA and it is destroying decades of hard work that has made North America great.

Kudos to the PM Trudeau for speaking out against Trump tariffs. Mr. Trudeau sees what the Trump voters fail to see prior to the elections. Trump is using the excuse of stopping drugs coming into the country. When in reality his tariffs will only benefit corporations. These tariffs will be passed down to the consumers who will pay for them. If everyone who voted for Trump weren't deaf and blind we would not have to now worry more about inflation and higher prices.
