Thank you, Prime Minister Trudeau, for some clarity during these very troubling times. My hope is people in my country, the USA, will finally begin to listen carefully, and think about the ramifications of voting Trump into office again. Sadly, populist demagogues attract attention by suggesting easy answers to very complex problems. Or to put it more simply, by repeatedly lying.

Yes, the number two in the Oval Office is Pence, and his words often come across as cheap, bullying tactics. Instead of offering real leadership or thoughtful discussion, he uses language that tries to intimidate and put others down. His approach often feels like he's trying to hold onto power by scaring people, rather than standing on solid ground with strong ideas. This kind of talk may work for some, but it only creates more division and gets in the way of real progress.\nThe biggest mistake was introducing tariffs without any backup plans in place. The bottom 60% of U.S. citizens will likely struggle to make ends meet in less than two years, stuck behind the barriers of these tariffs. I never thought I’d live long enough to watch the fall of our American democracy. And I don’t say this lightly. When we begin these ill thought out and economically foolish trade wars; when we attempt to hurt our allies and neighbors and distance our self from our Democratic partners in favor of communist Russia, how can you say that our democracy is not in jeopardy. Seriously, this is an absolutely disgraceful and pathetic attack by the liberals. Here is the cold hard fact. The government controls immigration. The government controls who and how many. The liberals have been granting student visas for years, literally unchecked in both numbers and who they were given to. The schools merely took in however many the liberals let in. Hundreds of thousands of them. Had trudeau set a reasonable cap to begin with, then the schools would only be accepting that capped number. The more trudeau let in, the more the schools took on. This wasnt the fault of the schools. This is an absolute direct result of the liberal government completely screwing up the immigration system. \n\nNot only did trudeau let in far too many students which blew up school enrolment, but it messed up the entire employment system, healthcare system and housing market. Not to mention that it drained the foodbanks and students were using them as their grocery store. Now we have hundreds of thousands of international students demanding trudeau support them, give them housing, jobs and citizenship. To say trudeau completely wrecked immigration doesnt even come close to what has resulted. The entire country is now reeling from this, and it will take decades to resolve the consequences. \n\nTrudeau is despicable. Coupled with the apparent tariffs that are in the pipeline it will be interesting to see what that might do to the prices of fresh fruit and vegetables. As the country would seemingly begin to lose the workforce that allows them to be artificially lower than might otherwise be the case as well as a shortage of those willing to undertake those jobs.
