Dear Canada, most of us who have half a brain, are disgusted about not only tariffs but everything else that is being destroyed. Hopefully, this will pass with upcoming Administrations. We love Canada and it's people. thank you for your patience.

Trudeau is an example of someone who is willing to say the truth about this U.S. renegade executive office passing policies that hurt both Canadian and U.S. economy. \n Republicans who are spineless are not willing to do this. Thank you, Trudeau

As a Canadian, I am not giving this man a pass. Canada is destroyed, thanks in a large part to his leadership! The middle class cannot afford basic living, our medical system is destroyed, and we literally have no military. He is a good speaker; unfortunately that is the extent of his abilities

Only 4 hours have passed and this aged like milk. Zalensky on his way back to make the mineral deal and sue for peace with Putin. Sorry to the war mongering bloodthirsty hethens out there that we're getting hard thinking about World War 3. The world is choosing peace, and its thanks the Donald Trump.

Trumps small, petty ego battles are very costly to the average American and to lives around the world. Trump does not care. He is incapable of empathy. His ego battle and extortion racket with Zelenskyy is costing lives. Trump doesn't care. A hundred thousand extra lives were lost during Covid in America because of Trumps, ignorance, lies and disinformation. Trump didn't care. Lives were lost in Haiti because of Trumps hurricane response incompetence. Trump could have cared less. Trump sold out the Kurds in Syria. Thousands of lives were lost. Trump didn't care. He's a sick man and American voted him in. Now we have to live with it. Here in America, there is going to be a step too far. For half of America, Trump is way passed that. Dictators only respond to strength. Thank you Canada for making a strong and firm stand.

Protest in your country for change. Fight your oppressors. Asylum isn’t country hopping, it’s to be requested in first safe nation closest to you. You guys passed through many asylum options. Thank you don’t come again

There is nothing wrong with rigorous checks. I would want the same for India as well. Vet who gets to enter the country! No one should get a free pass. Ultimately, visitors must benefit the receiving country in some way and not impose additional burden! Would you not want rigorous checks for people entering our country through neighboring territories such as Bangladesh, Nepal, and you-know-who? Thank goodness for border control. It preserves the rule of law throughout the world.

I accepted a job offer at a multimillion dollar company in Toronto under pressure after my father’s passing because my sister lives there. Recently, however, the IRCC rejected my work permit and I thank the universe every day. Cheers from Kuala Lumpur!

I am West Indian, descendent of India indentured workers. I love my country of birth, Canada where I have lived since 3, and I have much love and pride in my Indian roots. That being said, I have come to feel embarrassed of being taken for East Indian by other Canadian people. I moved to small city outside of Toronto in 2004. I loved it here! People were so welcoming, kind, friendly. I felt no prejudicial treatment from any of my neighbours. \nFast forward, my little city is now overrun with new Indian immigrants. I can’t tell if I am in the heart of Toronto or Brampton or my city of Oshawa. \nThe Indian people I encounter in the grocery store are pushy, have no Canadian manners, speak their language loudly, come to the stores with their entire family which fills up the isles and cause long lines. All the sale items are sold out by the time you get there because Indians are filling their cart with as much as they can purchase of any of the on sale merchandise. This never happened before. \nI am also saddened by being assaulted when an Indian person passes by and wave of body order sickens me. I don’t understand what the cause of that is. Not bathing regularly or not using deodorant. But I notice this everywhere I come in contact with Indians, men and women, young and old. \nI feel like I will be mistaken for East Indian myself which I have been when I went to the hospital. I was treated like I couldn’t speak English lol\nThe worst is the Muslims, they are the rudest the way they fill every available free space, make women feel uncomfortable and are just intrusive and unable to incorporate themselves with other Canadians. They also have a superiority attitude. \nThis is a plan honest list of observations. I hope they learn to integrate with Canadian culture, improve their language skills and learn proper hygiene. Thank you

Thanks to you even university passed out citizens can't find jobs. By importing foreign workers you all aimed to keep the wages low. Now too late.
|
| 2024-08-24 | 0 |
Thanks for being a voice to us DW. It's importing to do self criticism to improve.\n\nFirst of all, as an expat I also passed the same stages. It's really difficult to understand the bureaucracy.\n\nBureaucracy:\nIt took me 9 months to get a working permit.\nFor a renewal, I had to make an appointment to have an appointment... The last time they offered me an appointment after 1.5 years.\n\nYou don't get a right answer from the people who works there. Your life depends on those people.\n\nAs an expat who lives 3.5 years in Germany, I still don't have an German bank account which is not online. Basically, they don't open the account or giving an appointment to over 1 months or etc. \n\nBut this bureaucracy is for all. Germans also have the same issue.\n\nHousing is also an issue. I tried to apply the same places by my name and a German name. It was possible to get an appointment by a German name :) \nBut I do understand them that they find Germans of course more trustworthy.\n\nCulture:\nI don't think many people are racist here. I even live in Mecklenburg Vorpommern. They were mostly nice to me. However, the city you live change a lot. Hamburg is one of the best city about welcoming expats. People are nice and kind. Never had an issue here.

Thank God! 4th generation ??, here. A butt-load has crossed into our country from yours over the years. (Quebec) so I’m personally happy some are heading your way instead. \nUntil they pass a law; US & Can., or change existing ones, illegals will keep coming. We have SO many now that are untraceable in our country.
|
| 2024-08-04 | 0 |
Mark my words, this video and the many others like it documenting our now long ongoing border crisis will be the first images that will run through our minds the minute that the terrorists among these illegals strategically take down the whole country section by section all in a planned blink. Our grid and networks will go down all at once and we will not know that a wide scale attack across the entire country has just been activated. At first we will all be thinking a tragic accidental explosion has happened, followed by the inability to use our phones whatsoever, and then over hours of time we will finally get word from those on the roads have just escaped huge groups of foreign terrorists. And then, it's on, survival of the fittest.\n\nDems.Thanks for voting that very possible clear and present danger into office to usher in countless undocumented people. Every sane person is crying out for deportation, but I'm sorry to say this but have you kept up with the estimated number of illegals coming over our borders???? We passed the official point of no return a long time ago thanks to Biden, the man who will go down in history as the man to bring down America.

The Canadian government makes alot of money in immigration fees from immigrants but before they were bringing people from all over the world but for past decade it happens to be alot of east Indians, i lived in Brampton for 20 years but decided to move out in 2021 because it didn’t feel like i was living in Canada anymore thanks to Mr Trudeu who gave them ez pass , all the jobs were finished, employers only wanted to hire newcomers so they can exploit them n then you see them protesting on roads, residential areas for not getting paid by employers, failing in college, visa renewal issues, This was another reason why you see so many homeless people and higher rent rates! The government should have balance of jobs before they start bringing immigrants to come and undercut the wages

I live in a high rise tower in Dubai and Indian national move in the building and White people moved out. Because of the cooking smell, non respect of the rules ( people mess up the gym, have no boundaries ( they will take over your training machine without asking) will train right in the middle of the space where people have to walk by to use an other machine) do not say thank you when you hold doors for them or will walk right pass you when you open the door for yourself or your child. Now that the rent went up, Indiens are moving out and I like my tower more because most non Indiens resident have more similar culture.

Yeah, because Canada sucks now! Big time! A laughing stock!\nHuge foreign influence, too much immigration from immigrants NOT assimilating to Canadian culture, HIGH, I MEAN HIGH PRICES FOR A HOUSE!, and the influence and policy making from left-wing politics. No thanks Canada, I'll pass.

For years, I've been drawing comparisons between my life in Canada and that of my American friends. Having lived across three provinces—20 years in Ontario, another decade in Quebec (learning French along the way), and a decade in Vancouver—I adopted a modest lifestyle that saw my savings grow to £40k. However, unforeseen circumstances, like my father's passing, led to financial strain. Despite a good job with travel perks, I found myself yearning for a change. Learning about an Ancestry visa, thanks to a colleague, revealed my eligibility due to my grandparents' immigration from the UK to Canada post-war.\n\nAfter gathering paperwork, I took a leap: severance from my job, selling my condo, and relocating to London, England. Initially hesitant due to the GBP exchange rate, I was pleasantly surprised—my savings lasted three years in England. While my childhood dream was the USA, I found London surprisingly affordable. Though my income was a third of what I earned in Canada, in three years, I found a partner, bought a home within five years, and established a savings account for the first time.\n\nLife in London meant exploring the world, negligible worries about expenses, affordable living costs (from phone bills to dentistry), and accessible public transport. The quality of life, housing affordability, and healthcare in the UK surpassed my Canadian experiences. The lifestyle contrasts were stark—five weeks of paid leave versus minimal vacation time in Canada, affordable education, and fewer societal issues like homelessness or drug abuse.\n\nMy advice? Explore the Ancestry visa for a life-altering opportunity; it’s tied to grandparents' lineage and offers a path to citizenship. The UK's supply and demand dynamics, along with its lower taxes, provide a different economic landscape compared to Canada. And here, what you see on price tags is what you pay—no hidden fees. This shift has transformed my life, and the possibilities seem endless. Check out [the Ancestry visa](https://www.gov.uk/ancestry-visa) for more information!
