We've had 5 women that were killed by their stalkers that were all Latin illegals.

I think in usa there is no premium services unlike canada bls. In canada BLS they deny every application for some or other reason than ask every applicant to pay 100 dollars and take premium services.afyer taking premium services they correct the application ot any missing information and approve it. I came to Germany from the UK in 1991, and was already fluent in German. In those days the Ausländerbehörde was incredibly unfriendly and demanding. They have got better over the years but there is definitely different treatment of UK citizens people from other countries. When I applied for citizenship before Brexit, it only took a few months. Now although it is supposed to be a faster process, it takes more than a year to even get an appointment, which is completely ridiculous. The reason is the lack of personnel. I accompany foreigners to the Ausländerbehörde and there is definitely different treatment of non-eu foreigners although it depends on the individual person in charge there. Even the period of residency given can vary between applicants by 1 to 5 years, depending on who they see or which Ausländerbehörde. This seems very strange and unfair considering that an annual fee for a residency permit is around 100 euros and involves 2 visits (the foreigner has to take at least a 1/2 day off to attend the appointment).

These immigrants have not brought any benefit to Canada. They are often unskilled, take a 6 month course and then apply for a work permit, as a way to send money back to India. As well, there are people in Delhi, advertising to go to Canada, however has no affiliation with Canada’s immigration. The fraud being committed on falsified information on their applications is rampant.

It just show that these people are not right to Canada if they can’t do this while a TFS or students and not following the rules and law this will be a big problem in the future. It obvious whoever take advantage of the trust and hospitality of Canadian government should be penalize for scamming the system. Unfortunately Germany is not a very attractive place for immigrants for the reasons the guy mentioned. The bureaucracy is incredibly frustrating and it's not only for immigrants. I got offered a job by a very well known multi international company here and they expected me to do the visa application by myself, because they haven't dealt with it before and evidently not enough information was readily available for them to take on the process. Those who are planning to come to Germany I would say spend a lot of time familiarizing yourself with how taxes will impact your salary. Insist on getting a dummy payslip with estimates of what your take home will be (because in Germany there are variables that could make an accurate estimate hard), research the average median expenses in the city or town you are moving to and be preperared to be the person who initiate contact with others. Learn the language which will make it easier to make friends (this will not happen over night as Germans by nature are not the warmest people), but in time yes. Find out whether your qualifications are comparable to those in Germany. You will be so surprise how many people don't do this check and waste their time doing courses that will not benefit them. I know it's incredibly hard to find out about this, like with everything else in this country, finding information on things isn't easy. You will need to speak to 4/5 different people, but it's worth it in the long run and saves you a lot of time.

We also face a similar challenge in other countries that housing is a crisis and governments keep bringing in all sorts of immigrants, from refugees to highly skilled people (like myself). I have switched 5 cities and the story either gets more worse or less worse. Half a year searching for a decent apartment? Some search for years! It's a full time job. The government gets back to my request after many months! Foreigners offices are packed with applications and citizenship is taking years long now. Getting a doctor appointment (psychological issues) within a year is hard, unless you pay from pocket or are in grave danger. We are being squeezed in here and they started new loose immigration policies to be more attractive to foreigners. Address the quality of life at the same time!

Landlord Tenant board is a joke and should be called Tenant Board. Since PC govt came in power two housing minister have made situation worse for small landlords. There are less adjudicators than 6 years ago and applications take upto a year before learning takes place. Even then, any excuse by tenants is tolerated but landlord suffer. I will not invest any more in Ontario. It is a very very bad place and PC govt does not care. I do not know what housing minister does all day. Sad.

********Important**********************Since I've been living in Canada for more than two years, the immigration protests you mentioned have occurred. To put it briefly, everyone moves to different provinces for PR, just like I did when I studied in Toronto for two years. The CRS score for PR is significantly higher there, and there aren't as many easy possibilities, therefore students there relocate. The protest is taking place in Prince Edward Island, where I moved a few months ago. They are protesting for the extension of their work permit and the opening of those easy PR draws, which are currently paused. I moved here in order to obtain PR, but I worry that this protest is inappropriate. Because everyone must submit a statement of purpose (SOP) when applying for a visa to Canada, and in that statement you clearly indicate that you will return to your home country after completing your studies and working there. However, if this statement is not clear, the visa officer may reject your application, stating that they believe you will not return home after completing your studies and working there. In order to avoid having our visa applications denied, we always attempt to assure the officer that we will return home. You have no right to request a PR, an extension of your work visa, or anything else if you have made this statement of purpose plain on your own. If you're thinking about moving to Canada, always make sure that the government is in charge. When I planned, getting our PR was simple, and now that they've changed the laws and regulations, they have rights as immigrants, so nobody should fight against getting PR and a work visa, etc.

The ratio of men to women is also insane. I have noticed there is way more uneducated men coming in and a lot of them are not culturally accustomed to Canada when it comes to how to behave. I was an international Student....15 years ago. I paid about 30k in tuition A YEAR.. I was NOT allowed to work off campus, i was allowed to work ON campus for a maximum of 10 hours A WEEK...in order for me to maintain my Visa status i had to maintain a GPA over 3.5 AND i had to be enrolled in an accredited institution. Our international student department had a quota of how many students they could recruit from every country... Rent was affordable, jobs were aplenty and when it came time for an Internship companies would come do hiring fairs and fight to get students to want to work for them. Now they get about 60k applicants a year that are willing to work for free and taking away from actual citizens.\nAfter 8 years of working and grinding and stressing i earned the right to get a Permanent residence...i had to commit 3 years out of 5 to stay here and work here and pay taxes for me to become a Canadian ...it was the proudest day of my life. I was filled with a sense of achievement that has been shat on by these students. \nIf you or anyone would actually like to talk about how it should be feel free to reach out.\nI will tell you this for free...if a Canadian Citizen did this in my country .. they'd be on the first flight home.

It’s either all the subcontinent migrant just concentrate one specific location in Canada or the intake is based on non bias application first in first out. As a immigrant who recently got Canadian citizenship, I would like to clear few things here. I noticed that the host of the show has some wrong perception in his mind for international students. I agree that the basic jobs should be allocated to the young population or elderly population and international student should sustain themselves, but on the other hand why don't' the colleges charge the same fees that they charge to domestic applicants ?...the international students pays 5X to 10X the fees that the local student pays for the same courses. Also, when the student applies for visa they already pay 20000K to a Canadian bank for the future monthly payments that they will get so sustaining is not a problem. most of these students work so that they can contribute to the 5X fees that they have to pay. Also, when it comes to skill, the students skills are assessed by the universities and colleges and only after that they come to Canada. If you see an immigrant working in Tim Hortons or Food basics, don't worry he will be out of there in 2 years to a high paying skillful job that local population won't do. Now, when I say all this the immigration problem is real, but it is not because of the student who comes here, pays higher fees and than work in Canada, pay higher taxes and contribute to GDP and economy. your problem is with refugees and immigrants who are brought in mass immigration, who does not have skills. Because this is the population which you brought with to match the labor shortage but can not work so you provide them subsidies, assistance etc. and dig a hole in government funds...…now for the host he seems to have an agenda against Indian immigrants in particularly. I moved to Canada as a child with my parents 41 years ago. It isn't just inflation and cost of living that is the problem. It's the dramatically increasing racism and discrimination, even against people who have been living in this country longer than the racists discriminating against them. Seriously? This is not the Canada that I came to as a child, grew up in, or have lived and worked in for many decades. I made the mistake of working around the world for a short time and picking up an accent that wasn't even mine originally. I had a Canadian accent before finishing elementary school. To come back to be asked to go home or 'we don't want your sort here' is not just simple racism, but hatred that makes me regret ever having agreed to taking on Canadian citizenship. My kids and grandchildren have Canadian accents and were Canadians from birth. But should they leave and return to the same crap??? What disgusts me more is that the PM dares to include immigrants with refugees, under the banner that 30% of the population are immigrants. Under the law, refugees are temporary migrants and usually nothing more. It's pointless to apply for Canadian immigration. It takes years to review and costs a lot of money. If you just show up in Canada as an illegal immigrant or refugee, your application will be free and fast tracked. You will also receive financial support from the government. So immigration is not declining. Just the legitimate types. Just ask any Canadian taxpayer for more details.

IRCC is scam. They process some application in a month or two. And some application in 2-3 years. I have applied in May, 2023 and still haven't been invited for knowledge test yet. Their website says, it is 'normally' sent to applicants within 1-2 week after AOR. If we call IRCC, they give the routine answer, 'everything looks fine. Your application is within the estimated timeline, so we can not provide any further information on your file'. I have the transport Canada clearance since I am working in the biggest airport in the country. I have Firearm licence, so my background was already been checked by RCMP, I don't know why my background check will take so long with citizenship application. They are full of bogus as they really don't have any logic in their SOP.

let's be honest as an international student I am in awe of how some internationals can study in Canada when they can't even speak English properly .. when I came here I needed to pass IELTS and get a band 7 for everything all my documents and transcripts were directly sent from the official email of my institution. I need to pass an exam before enrolling for my course, I have criminal, abuse registry, and child registry checks in my country and even when I am in Canada. Did all the immunizations needed and abide by their law i need to submit all these documents every 6 months access. to the policy of the program I am doing. And as an international remember you are coming to Canada they have their own culture so you need to respect and adjust to it, not Canada adjusting to you... even though Canada is diverse they have its own rules so yes adapt to the place where you are. And to them blaming the agency you the people who are using them knew exactly what they were getting into now you are complaining I did all my applications through DIY as IRCC is a direct applicant why need agents for application. Ircc should also question why a person needs an agent to process their applications. If they can't understand basic instruction and basic legal matters would you think those students will be able to survive the education system here in Canada? let's be real a lot of students are taking short-term courses, short like 8 months, and yes to get PR (I wouldn't lie cause that would be hypocrisy all international students have that aim, and if you say no just stay in your country). Now this a lesson to IRCC that they really need to make a thorough background before offering a PR permit ..and please when you are in public speak English respect the people around you... and don't speak too loud in your language when you are in working places.. uphold professionalism again remember you are in Canada a french English speaking country. And don't start with me about being racist.... cause it is plainly common sense.

I'm an immigrant and my immigrant friends and I were talking about exactly this just the other day. I'd like to add some context on why so few international students stay: they can't. Schools prey on this very fact. In international recruiting, these schools use the promise of thriving local industries and trot out graduates working locally as major draws to these expensive programs. Then once students are in Canada, many of these schools couldn't care less: they offer little or sometimes no housing support, no immigration advice (or in my case and many of my friends' cases: they give straight-up false immigration advice that can screw you over or even get you in trouble). There absolutely needs to be regulation and accountability for these predatory schools; I think a good starting point would be capping the number of visas they can apply for based on the number of housing units available (either on-campus or via local development subsidy and homestays). Tons of students come to Canada completely unprepared due to false promises made by these schools, and then get spit out into an egregiously inefficient and broken work visa system.\nMy immigrant friends and I are all highly skilled in our specific field. There are only a handful of people in the world (let alone in Canada) who can do what I do at the level I do it, so I would be incredibly difficult to replace if I left Canada. Despite that, and despite being Canadian-educated (Canadian resources invested in me that you'd want to keep in Canada), remaining in Canada has been a massive struggle for me and my friends. We individually spend hundreds and even thousands of dollars every year to apply for permits that have to be renewed annually, but take the government 6+ months to process. Because the government is so backed up, we have to apply for *extra* permits to bridge that gap (more money, and more work added to IRCC's already-long line of applications). I'm in limbo for the majority of the year where I can't switch employers, can't leave the country, etc. It's horrible. \nBut I have it better than most. Of the international students in my year, only I and one other student are still in Canada because the transition to work permits is so needlessly long and difficult. Even a graduate who does manage to get a work permit might have to sit unemployed for 6 months or more before that permit is active. How is a student supposed to survive without work for that long? In order for employers to even apply to sponsor a graduate, they often have to do a lengthy labor market impact assessment, and so these graduates are stuck in a holding pattern, and they're the lucky ones. Immigration is absolutely vital to Canada and I hate how quickly these stories turn to xenophobic rhetoric, but we have to make space in the conversation to take a look at how schools are exploiting students and policy loopholes, and why they're doing it, and address those problems. The current system isn't fair to anyone.

One issue you did not talking about is the international students taking the Canadian universities space from the Canadian citizen students. Especially for doctorate degrees canada government allowed only 3% of Canadian student to enter to this program the same as for dentist, laws and other this is unjust, and discrimination against the canadine citizen students after all those international students are not Canadian citizen and their English languish is the second languish, why a Canadian citizen student have to go to USA or other countries and pay doubles fees in order to get in to those programs. \nI want the government canada in order to make it right approving 97% of Canadian student application for those programs in all universities in canada and only 3% application for international students. After that I also selected principal applicant and relationship of my mom to the applicant. However, after that when I click 'save and continue' it does not take me to the fee page but it takes me back to the group table and asks me to select principal applicant again. This has happened 10 times now and I don't know how to proceed to the fee payment page. Is this a common error or do I need to wait for sometime?

And its getting increasingly hard to get a job without speaking a foreign language. Why is mass immigration needed if they take our jobs and housing? The government says we need their tax dollars to support social programs but our social programs have declined a lot in the past decades despite mass immigration. It costs millions to process these immigrants. All immigration should be halted immediately and the processing costs used to conduct a study to determine what if any benefits we really get from this. Most countries don't take in half as many immigrants and manage just fine. People are struggling to find work and housing and the economy seems to be suffering not benefitting from immigrants. I feel for people in war-torn countries but we have been than generous to immigrants and our own citizens are hurting as a result.

Just do your research and apply online. Don’t waste your 8k dhs to these people who takes advantage of aspiring applicants.

Vsf services in the uk. I watched for 4 hours as security at the front desk wemt through ever entrants application and told them the picture format they had was wrong. They made everyone retake pictures in a booth for £10 each which they had the keys for (I seen them open it as money got stuck). Only when you go to the desks when your number is called all those people were told their pictures were incorrect an the guy would take them with a camera they had. The original pictures many had come inti the building with were actually the correct formart but they were not accepting them. They were also making people do unnecessary photocopies from the machine in the place, and go on the internet at at ridicules charge unnecessarly. They would also make out there is a mistake on peoples form and then say they would refil it themselves for £10 cash. All these methods were illegal ways of getting money out of people. Dont believe go there and sit for 3 hour and see yourself.

In my opinion if you move to Canada without taking the proper steps and expect everything to work out for you then you are very naive and cannot complain. First off a lot of Kenyans are applying for visitor visas instead of work visas which are harder to get and thinking once they are in Canada they can look for work. You are not allowed to work on a visitor visa and most employers will not even consider your applications if you do not have either a work permit, refugee status, or permanent residency/ citizenship. Work experience is also very important here and many employers will not consider someone even with canadian education that has no experience. Another thing is Canadian benefits such as subsidized health care etc is only available to people that are on long term work permits with no conditions, refugees, and permanent residency holders and government housing is only open to refugees and permanent residency holders/ citizens. So in short if you move there without a plan, the correct papers, and the willingness to work even lower income jobs until you get Canadian work experience and expect the government to help you just because you landed then you are sorely mistaken and will very easily end up on the streets. Another thing is just because you are granted refugee status does not guarantee you a home as we have seen, the government housing waitlist is very long and even Canadian citizens that cannot afford their rent end up on the streets because there are too many people applying for housing. So please do not think just because you were allowed to stay as a refugee life will be sweet. \nHowever if you do your research and take the right steps so you are fully prepared, put in the time and effort even though things may not be happening immediately then you can have a success story.

Canada currently has an influx of newcomers that need homes first.\n\nI have a teenage boy and he has a lot of new Ukrainian refugees. Why are they not in shelters? I understand they need help, and Canada should gladly welcome them.\nBut they’re putting these families in literal condos. Nice condos. Government paid for one year. Hello Dear; My fellow Kenyans do research and read a lot about the Laws and policies of that country before you make a step or move; Outside here; No short cart I am in one country in Europe I did my application for self-employment/ work permit/residence permit\nThen I was told to wait for 7 months - to 1 year for my application to be terminated not in Kenyan but in this county I am currently; After waiting for 1 year, I received an email from the embassy that my application was approved to apply again for a VISA to come and collect my ID = Now am legally in Europe I can move anywhere without fear and also can do any business in Schengen Area, I can go to Kenya anytime I want and come back anytime I want, This country is very rich and productive, peaceful, Clean, life affordable government regulates everything, the population is 8.9+, and the services are top class and are among the top in Europe map, however, you shall never here them shouting. Is about being wise and doing due diligence.. as well as calculating and taking your time. Good things don't come when you rush.
