I’m American. We are appalled and disgusted with Trump. Please know we love Canada and wish this was not happening. We stand with you and with all the good people in the world.

I didn’t vote for the FELON or f ELON. Prime Minister Trudeau will you allow Michigan to succeed to Canada?? ??????\nAs a highly educated Michigander who has spent over 5 decades enjoying the beauty, kindness, culture and hospitality of Canadians visiting Thunder Bay, Ontario, Toronto and so many other beautiful places with my parents, siblings and now my children, I am heartbroken that it has come to this. Please know that Americans do not support this clown and his GOP lackeys. We love you and you will ALWAYS be our neighbors. If he can harm Canada he will be pleased. He wants to control Canada.. Canada is guilty of not arranging an alternative to the Keystone pipeline. The U.S. refineries need the Canadian heavy oil. If Canada had created pipelines to Vancouver they would be in a better position but as it is Trump wins.

I am Canadian, and I want to speak to the USA, as a concerned citizen who valued the relationship that we once had between our two countries: please realize that we do NOT want to declare this as any form of “attack”, that these are solely defensive measures against your current administration’s lack of respect towards us as a people and as a country. \n\nPlease rest assured that we KNOW that not all of you voted for Trump, that there are those of you who realize what your current president is truly doing and do not support it.
