We do not owe them a debt. They (or any other migrant) are not entitled to become US citizens solely bc their home country is in turmoil. Sympathy can only go so far but when you try to invade our country all sympathy is lost. I feel for them greatly but these kinds of actions harden the hearts of our people and make the hate expressed toward LEGAL immigrants 100x worse. We have families that we need to protect just like them. Who knows what dangerous person is in the crowd liable to do anything one they cross that border without any record of their presence or existence. ?‍♀️ The united states is not a fucking charity help the homeless people in California and strengthen the support for legal immigrants before giving hand outs to these people who have fuck all to offer but a bunch of desperation that we do not have the resources to fix. Have we already forgot our country nearly went bankrupt in June? We cannot afford the influx of all these people.

Turn every one of them around and send them back to their government so they can take care if them\nThis is unreal and unwanted. Why do these people think they're entitled. That Americans owe them sonething: WE OWE YOU NOTHING!\n\nWHY don't YOU demand from your government what you demand of US???\n\nSEND EVERYONE OF THEM BACK HOME, you DONT push yourselves off on us. If you are willing to be that entitled that you think you are OWED entry then what will you be like if that is confirmed?\n\nYes it is sad that the world is not fair but the reason everyone wants to come to U.S. and western countries is because of the quality of life and opportunity. Those things are there because people fought hard to make laws so that the country would become a great one (same for other western democracies). But here these people are the total opposite of what makes these countries great.\n\nYou want to come into my house knock at the front door. America… for the love of God please start protecting OUR OWN borders instead of worrying so much about other country’s borders around the world!! The left is so worried about being woke instead of taking care of the Americans who pay for all of it. Dollars!!!\nDoes any body in this World knows? With the low income person like me,(less than $20000./Annually). How many YEARS, Will I work to save the $25000., and “PAY BACK” to the CRA in Canada???!!! Could any one in this Country tell me, when the Government promising to help their Citizens then ask them to pay back after the Pandemic is Over??? Is this the Type of situations that ever happening to Other G7 countries in the world??? I have not seen yet, but in Canada now I am seeing it happen to my life and Over 400000 files from other People in this Country had been called to pay back the money when they received in the Crisis situation.!!!\nThank You Very Very Much for the True information that you had share with every one in this country. I've thought about moving to Canada from the US, at least for warmer months of the year, but decided against it for some of the reasons you list and one you didn't list. The amount owed in taxes and cold, dreary Winters, while prices are still pretty high for necessities all makes me think I'm better off just staying where I am. Also I learned recently that you have this thing called Self ID, where any man can decide he's a woman and just fill out a form and pay a fee, then has access to all women's spaces, programs, etc. That sealed the deal. I like some liberal things about Canada, but the country is just too far into the extreme left for me. Good luck to all of you up there though. I hope the coming Winter is a mild one.

I think some guys here are looking the glass half-empty, look at it half-full. Learn the language, accept the culture, be positive, be humble, don't compare your country of origin, this is Canada, if you have time and resources go back to school and be grateful you got here in CA. Canada doesn't owe you anything, remember you moved here freely. Think positive and be positive. My people have been here for tens of thousands of years, we fought bravely for 300 years to try and keep our land, in the end no one one, but many treaties were signed , the Europeans getting land and the aboriginal people getting money.....a transaction no different than purchasing an item with money...except the amount owing was never paid as it was a lot of money, instead the amount owing was to be paid over a period of time...but this crooked government did not want to pay for the land..rather act like it was one by some kind of decisive war so white privileged people would feel as if they were giving handouts to Aboriginal people. He is not an immigrant. He is claiming to be a refugee. One cannot be both an immigrant and a refugee. He attempted to game the system by first seeking refuge in the United States and then seeking refuge in Canada. A person cannot stop around until he finds a country that is willing to accept him. He is not willing to respect the rules by showing up for his hearing and moving his family from Alberta to British Columbia. I have no sympathy for the fact that he feels rejected by Canada. I did not ask him to bring his self-entitled ass to Canada. Canada has every right to decide who can and cannot stay in the country.\n\nFifteen years in the United States and he cannot speak English. The discrimination is always going to be there because it's how people feel about you. That's why Reparation is SO IMPORTANT for Afro American descendants of North American Slavery, so that we can buy or rent to people that exactly want us there or buy a home in the neighbor of our choice. The Black economics is under the poverty line and the United States of American owe us REPARATION FOR THE ATROCITIES THEY HAVE AFFLICTED UPON US. This is one of the ways Black people can survive.

Just because Canada is a friendly, peace-loving nation doesn't mean were going to let you spill unfettered into our country. We have immigration laws---STRICT ones. We don't owe anyone allowing them to simply flood into our country. Get a clue.

Maby if these people didn't risk their familys lives (or the ones that send children unaccompanied) then they would be treated with more respect. Just because you think you are owed something doesn't mean you can break into another country.

When we learn to look upon one another with compassion regardless of their race, religion or personal belief's and look instead at the heart of an individual, only then will we make strides to heal and to connect one another across Canada and the world. There's an overwhelming racism borne of intolerance for one another and intolerance is borne in my opinion often of fear. When we don't understand someone, we do tend to make up something to line the box that we force someone to live from but would never accept the same for ourselves. If you see someone being berated, being treated differently then you yourself would accept, you owe it to yourself and to the one being hurt to stand up and to intervene.
