Make up your own mind. \nThere is something rancid in America, a slow, creeping rot that smells like cold McDonald’s fries, aerosol hairspray, and the unmistakable musk of a country too sedated to recognize its own hostage situation. For years, the idea that Donald Trump was compromised by Russia was dismissed as paranoid fantasy—just another wild-eyed conspiracy theory, another overblown headline in the endless saga of American political dysfunction. \nBut now, two former Soviet intelligence officers—Alnur Mussayev and Yuri Shvets—are saying it outright: Trump was recruited by the KGB in 1987, groomed as an asset, and remains under Russian control to this day. \nAnd the worst part? He’s already back in the White House. \nThat’s right, America. You did it. You walked face-first into the banana peel of history, slipped, and fell straight into the arms of Vladimir Putin. And what he’s saying should make every American’s blood run cold. \nAccording to Mussayev, Trump was identified, recruited, and compromised by the KGB in 1987 during his first trip to Moscow. They saw him for what he was: a narcissistic, greedy, attention-starved buffoon who could be easily manipulated. He picked fights with Canada and Europe while cozying up to dictators. \nEven now, in his second term, he is more openly pro-Putin than ever. He has made it clear that he will not protect NATO allies from Russian aggression. He is actively dismantling America’s alliances, just as Russia planned. And while Americans scream at each other over whether Target should sell rainbow t-shirts, Trump is quietly selling the country to the Kremlin. \nAt some point, you have to stop calling it a coincidence and start calling it what it is: treason. \nThe United States is running out of time. If Trump serves out this term without being removed, America as a functioning democracy is finished. \nThe media needs to wake up. Enough with the “Trump fatigue” excuse. This is not just another scandal—this is the single greatest infiltration of American power in history. Journalists need to dig into Mussayev’s claims, demand declassification of intelligence files, and treat this like the national emergency that it is. \nCongress needs to subpoena Mussayev immediately. His testimony must be public, and every document he has should be reviewed. If there is proof that Trump has been compromised since the 1980s, the American people need to know. \nThe Justice Department needs to stop pretending that Trump is just another politician. If there is evidence that the sitting president of the United States is working in Russia’s interests, he must be removed from office and prosecuted for espionage. \nAnd the American public? You have one last chance. This is not about Republican vs. Democrat. This is not about taxes, gas prices, or whatever nonsense outrage is dominating the news today. This is about whether the United States remains a sovereign nation, or if we spend the rest of the century as a Russian client state with a golf course. \nThe sheer volume of Trump's corruption, the blatant nature of his crimes, the mountain of evidence that should have ended his political career a hundred times over—none of it mattered. If Mussayev and Shvets are right, this isn’t just another chapter in the endless Trump circus. This is the culmination of a decades-long Russian intelligence operation to install an asset in the White House. \nThere is no coming back from this. If America lets Trump serve out this term without removing him, then the United States as a democratic republic is finished. The country won’t collapse overnight. There won’t be tanks in the streets. Instead, the destruction of democracy will happen in slow motion—buried under lawsuits, propaganda, and corruption so blatant that people stop caring. \nIf America lets this happen—if Trump is allowed to complete his mission—then Putin wins. I respect you so much for this, Mr. Trudeau and I do not blame you. I wish the people could do something, but the people have spoken and no one listens. We are just trapped here. I feel powerless to do anything. I can’t afford to fight in oligarch I have to survive this country and work my ass off just to live paycheck to paycheck. I haven’t got time for this shit. From a Canadian citizen.\n\nExcellent speech, nice presentation with sugar coating, but the taste?\nHowever Trudeau is not telling the Truth about the Fentanyl of less than one ounce coming through the border?\nHow about Oil, Lumber and other minerals trades?\nThe USA has ten times more than what Canada have.\nWhat about border protection? Canada invested in two helicopters and many drones with thousands of land miles and the same on water to protect?\nThe cartels are much smarter than Trudeau borders policing, because they've already installed thousands of infiltrators throughout Canada to deliver any drug amount to the USA.\nAnd calling the president by his first name?\nTrudeau is taking Canada to another level, lower than we've seen or felt, because he's not a politician and not a businessman.\nFor last.\nThe notion that our lower level of politics still uses the word FIGHT instead of making a DEAL.\n\nAnd their old ways of saying, WE ARE WORKING HARD.\nINSTEAD OF WORKING SMART.\n\nMy opinions.

I am extremely saddened and embarrassed by our president's actions. Seeing what Donald Trump has done in the past and is doing now, I pray for him and other world leaders every day. Their political choices matter. I did not vote for Trump, his first nor second term. He did so much harm during his last presidency that fueled so much division. And yes, Vladimir Putin is absolutely playing him, and he can not see that. I'll keep on praying, and leave it in God's hands. I stand with Canada, Ukraine, and Mexico.

Don’t be fooled, Trudeau has made the opposition in Canada much more popular with his “good talk/ opposite results. The Dems lost for this exact reason in the US America will be strong either way. Canadians are much stronger without Trudeau no matter what they decide to do. I am sure many would agree no matter what side of the political spectrum they’re on.

This breakup with Canada will be used to justify getting much needed minerals and such from... yes you guessed right, Russia and Ukraine, as soon as we abandon them to the butcher. Their intentions and motives are incredibly transparent and yet, the streets are not filled with protests, yet. Disband both political parties and start with new push forward with the great experiment of a melting pot society based on democracy where education is the primary moving force.

This is very scary. Again, what Trump is doing makes no sense - there is no economic or political sense to it. So what is he doing it for ?? To reduce our trade deficit? We have a huge deficit with Canada because we import so much oil from them, which our refiners require. On top of that we get Canadian oil for first cheap when compared to the global price mark for oil. This keeps US petroleum prices LOW! So okay if this is the issue, why not just find ways to improve the economics of U.S. oil production instead of smacking all Canadian imports with a 25% hammer ??? He has ulterior motives and it’s to weaken the American spirit and sell what he has on American to Russia. And our Congress isn’t doing anything !!!

As a canadian, i have, as many american friends as i have canadian friends. Im so proud to be Canadian. I will take as much hardship to protect our beautiful Canada. Im buying only Canadian products and from countries that stand with democratic principles. My heart goes out to the American people. No citizen would have knowingly voted for the dismantling of their country and the suffering all will feel. As much as I disagree with most of Trudeau’s domestic politics I must say that this was a good address and seems to be where he is strongest. With that said though I still would not vote liberal in the next election.

The American media is just catching up. The Canadians have been planning since December after his first comment about the 51st date. To reject Americans who have voted for him and their states of products. For anyone who is curious about how our politics make everything worse for us federally, let me explain it in a short time.\n\nTrudeau as of the day of this video, March 3, 2025, is STILL the PM. He said he WOULD resign once a new leader was picked through a democratic process. Right now, he's basically just doing photo ops in Ukraine, UK and anywhere else on our dime because Parliament is prorogued and the party in power, Liberal, is having a leadership race. So, while he may resign within the week once that leadership race is done, he's still technically in charge.\n\nWhat makes that race and the PM's prorogation so bad is that we're in the middle of a crisis - several actually - caused in part directly by Trudeau and his Liberals (and the NDP supporting them). The latest would be Trump's tariffs starting today, March 4, 2025. Trudeau always disappears during a crisis, leaving us to fend for ourselves - (1) COVID, he was at the cottage using every excuse not to be accountable for anything or using unconstitutional powers to crush a protest he didn't know how to handle, (2) Chinese spies, he's ignoring our intelligence service, (3) federal worker strike, he's in NYC at some gala.... I could go on but there's a reason we're hurting so bad.\n\nWe have zero federal leadership, and a federal government that makes things worse for us with things like: over-regulation, subsidizing media to keep us misinformed, nerfing select natural resource sectors but favoring others (oil and gas suffer, while coal is fine... probably because we sell it to China, but I digress), letting criminal out of jail, uncontrolled immigration, passing policies like the FHSA that drive home prices higher and higher, and of course, more and more taxes. I could go on about the billions in taxpayers' money the government blows - it's like a black hole - or the fact that MPs keep getting raises - April 1 is their fifth since COVID - and most federal and government employees are all getting raises at a time when the rest of us are learning to get by with less and less because we're taxed so much and housing, groceries, etc. are so unaffordable.\n\nI have applied for US citizenship. I want to stick around to fix Canada, but I think it's too far gone. We have too many socialists/communists in power and they're not getting voted out any time soon. We just had an election in Ontario and basically nothing changed. Ontario has been one of the worst performing provinces in Canada for the majority of Doug Ford's mandate over Ontario but people seemingly don't care enough to want change. One of the major problems with Canada in terms of politics is that the aging population has some of the largest block of voters and can pretty much overrule anything that would benefit the younger generation if it would hurt their investments.

Canada has many problems and disadvantages which will need to be determinedly addressed in the coming years. However, we have one key advantage over our friends to the south, and one I hope that over time this will increasingly bear fruit: we are not governed by a fascist-adjacent government. Our only political party with policies resembling the American Republicans is polling in the low single digits.\n\nSetting aside the question of whether American Republicans are 'fascist-adjacent', the truth is that much of the world perceives it as such. Our economy is so tied to the US that I would not wish them ill, or at least not very much. However, I think in the competition for talent American politics will be like a 'mark of Cane' on that country for a generation. My guess is that our - in comparison - boring politics will be a key advantage in the years to come.

My experience as a Canadian as we keep personal political, religious, racist beliefs to ourselves. Americans I found tend to bond to people based on these personal beliefs all too much. Love the diverse culture I live within in Canada. Should review the data on shootings in educational institutions in the US , you might be surprised how many days in a year these shootings do occur.

tyler i don't think u realize how bad the usa education system really is. i'm canadian but have lost count of the number of usa teachers who have complained about how bad they are held back from teaching kids properly, how kids can't be failed or held back, how kids graduating gr 12 can't read or write past gr 6 level. in fact recently there was a statistic put out that something like 60% of ALL americans cant read or write past gr 6. considering all your universities that is terrifying. not to mention with gun violence, straight up violence among kids and at teachers, the disrespect and the severe lack of good parenting, kids are not being educated at all. u yourself have done videos on where someone interviews americans and asked them questions about canada and they haven't got a clue. not one clue. yet canadian kids are regularly taught all about their american neighbours. are kids know more about america then american kids do and thats shameful. u need to do some research on this because unless u live in a rich gated elite community and go to private school the public education system in the usa is very dismal and woefully inadequate. \nalso he's right about politics. here we can discuss it rationally and then move on to other topics. in the states ppl are shooting ppl over differences in politics. beating ppl up trashing their cars and property etc. and many police are definitely not presenting themselves with professionalism tons of racism going on. and so many police because everyone is armed. here in canada we are not allowed handguns and pretty much ppl only have hunting rifles. it takes a lot of work and clearance not to mention time and money to take the necessary classes and get the necessary permits to even own a hunting rifle. in the usa show a drivers license and wait 10 days u have a handgun no matter how mental u are. therefore u need way more police than here in canada. i think u have a well to do upbringing so u have not and do not see the true picture of the america u live in. \nalso i have talked to many american friends who had insurance and still cost them about $5000 per birth of a child. with good insurance and working full time. so thats about average. here in canada u pay nothing except maybe parking for hubby while he visits.

If you put your fucking life on the line for the country you DESERVE respect and the fact that people are denying that and refusing to respect veterans who served for 20 years because of their personal identity is horrible and they are all cowards who don’t have the courage to do what they did. Trans veterans deserve respect just as much as cisgender veterans. You can have your political opinions, but respect our veterans.

Why do those of us on the political left keep allowing those on the political right to dictate the terms of public conversations, even when we have the facts on our side? It is estimated that 1.7% of the world population is biologically intersex. That's roughly the same as the percentage of the world population that is naturally redheaded. Trump's executive order states that the US government only recognizes two biological sexes.  This means that as far as the US government is concerned, biologically intersex people don't exist. This is analogous to having an executive order saying redheads do not exist.  It's nonsense.  So, why aren't biologists from all over the country pointing this out? The percentage of the world population that identifies as transgender is at most 0.6%.  So why are we talking about transgender people when there is a larger group of people that Trump's executive order discriminates against?  Here's why: because folks on the left insist on allowing those on the right to set the terms of almost every debate we have in this country and folks on the right are happy to ignore intersex people (whose existence conclusively establish that their views are false) and those of us on the left stupidly follow their example in doing so. If we are serious about protecting trans people, we need to be smart about this. Let us reframe the public debate to focus on intersex people.  This will make exposing the lunacy of Trump's executive order much easier when engaging a general public that is too ignorant, lazy, and indifferent to educate themselves about trans people. So, let's help out the lazy ignorant masses by adopting a simpler (and more science-based) approach to the debate over whether there are two biological sexes by making the simple, scientifically sound observation that biological sex is bimodal, not a binary.  And not amount of executive orders can ever change that fact.

As a combat veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan, multiple times, I completely agree with the president’s anti-trans policy in the military. Soldiers have a hard enough job as it is much less stacking on some DEI nonsense. That’s only gonna take time away from their training and ultimately DEI is going to 100% negatively affect the mission and their safety. Of personally over a 10 year period served with a couple gay and lesbian Service members and never once was what they did in the privacy of their own bedroom ever an issue or counter to the mission but this new age woke DEI nonsense is completely counterproductive, dangerous, And disrespectful to the non-DEI service members. The simple act of picking an unqualified, military leader, who’s responsible for the care and lives solely on the gender, ethnicity, religion, or pronoun, and not on merit, experience, competency, or any of the other real requirements for a military leader is literally the most irresponsible, dangerous, and disrespectful thing you can do to the men and women who have literally dedicated their life for years in service of our country! There’s absolutely no excuse on this planet that would make it ok. So while people tend to equate your democrats to our liberals or our NDP , and equate your republicans to our conservatives. It’s just not accurate. If you throw our span of parties and American span of parties on the SAME spectrum /polarity line. You might be surprised to realize how shifted left our systems range politically is from the American one. \n\nThis hugely impacts the average normal expectation , what we clutch our pearls at hearing coming out of the mouths of the general public , and our range of what we expect to not hear or see ranted about unless they’re to our view , extremely right leaning politically /social values. \n\nFor us this means that actually genuinely , a lot of America does get experiences by us as bat shit crazy racist homophobic immigrant intolerant culturally and religiously ignorant , and somewhat backwards in larger or smaller amounts ? I know that’s not fun to hear but. Being the most diverse country based so much on immigration means. What is normal and known /familiar and normal so we aren’t ignorant to , is completely different. \n\nFor us we have our pockets usually in more rural less populated areas further away from larger cities where there is more diversity but that’s the same often in many countries that you will find some of the louder racist homophobic intolerant voices typically in places that truly are unfamiliar and ignorant to the experience of growing up with and around much of any diversity of varying kinds. My parents were both born in the states and my older brother was born there but they moved up here when he was a baby. So nearly all my extended family lives down there and I’m a duelly. And my experiences discussing things with my cousins or visiting absolutely could be described as culture shock at times. The insane things that came out of my own cousins mouths when they hear our friends or partners of various cultures , our not understanding how big a deal and incredibly insulting apparently it is to have assumed someone American was lgbt lol the list goes on. Like I don’t think our most intolerant Pockets can hold a flame to even ur closet to middle a bit intolerant places and contexts in America.
