There are so many countries that are willing to trade with the US and will replace Canada and Mexico. Why do you think Trump didnt put tariffs on Europe straight away?\nThe small European countries are the winners and their trade with the USA will increase dramatically. And the products will still be chealer than those from Canada.

Both Mexico and Canada have fallen into Trumps trap, if you do not see it, let me explain. Trump has been pushing for more manufacturing at home, for more oil drilling and for more rare minerals mining. He can impose those tariffs and either Canada and Mexico agree, or the do exactly what they just did, think they can win a economic war with the United States. See, Trump gets what he wants either way, they don't cooperate, Trump gives huge tax incentives to companies to start producing here in the U.S. which will in turn reduce the price of everything for Americans, see, if you produce it here instead of overseas, Canada or Mexico, we can pish for a huge increase in overall production reducing the costs to consumers, since the products no longer have to be imported. Like i said, sometimes i don't think the left has any brains left.

Just think of all the economic interconnections that are at risk of being broken. Years of supply chain organization and logistics in jeopardy. The federal leadership is getting increasingly erratic. The automotive industry alone is so integrated. Biden and Trump have both been awful. What is the endgame? Recession. Buy sovereign bonds. Stop buying stuff.

For a start I'm thinking of all that farmland in CA that will have water and a good reason to grow crops now because of Trump and the increase of jobs when we have to make our own stuff.\n However, I am in favor of letting Canada sell their goods in China or Russia since that is likely where all the fentanyl and illegal immigrants are coming from and I know 1% doesn't sound big when DW says it but with an estimated 15 million illegal immigrants in America from the Biden admin alone that would be 150,000 from Canada.

Reading comments about transgender service people vs anti-vaxxers:\n\nBeing transgender doesn't increase the risk of spreading a powerful virus. This will not prevent service members from doing their job. \n\nNot having a vaccine greatly increases the probability of spreading a virus. This can prevent service members from doing job by needing to recover themselves or their close proximity loved ones. \n\nYou have no idea wtf you're actually thinking about when making these loose connections.

They'll get off the plane, and go right back to the US and try again.
\nIn fact. MORE will now attempt it seeing that if they get caught, they'll simply get a free plane ride home.
\nHell, if I was one of them, I'd be doing it as well!! This is good news for illegals.
\nAnd just look at the number of people in here supporting this ridiculous strategy from Trump.
\nLol, you idiots are dumb as dirt to think this will help stop illegals coming into your country.
\nIt's going to INCREASE it. And it will cost you millions every year without end.
\nLive and never learn.

What makes Trump the most transactional scumbag of all the presidents of the USA in history, is his pettiness. It is clear that Orange Jesus trwats entire nations the same as contestants in a dystopian version of The Apprentice. One of the many ironies is that his use of tariffs dooms Americans to paying ever increasing costs for everything they need or want. Just think of bananas which are one of the least costly fruits that poorer families may be able to afford and can be consumed by infants to the elderly with some kind of nutritional value. Thanks to the Gutless Orange Fool, even bananas are more expensive. But don't worry, the top 10% of Americans have 60% of all wealth so, they can have all the bananas they desire!

I worked in India for 6 years and then shifted abroad for a Masters, and now I am pursuing a fully funded PhD. In the UK, what I have observed is that the crop of students arriving from India are by the day lesser inclined towards studies and more in pursuit of the quick buck. Yes, getting a ‘UK based work experience’ is necessary to build the edge to compete against the wider international students post graduation and I have myself worked part-time in profiles which complimented my course in parallel to prioritising studies. However, the increasing trend amongst the masses (I do not want to generalise but yes this is unfortunately true and especially from certain states, the case is magnified: Read Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Telangana) remains getting that student visa to earn quick buck to support themselves financially, chiefly, save up to dole out to so called ‘assignment writers’ which helps them pass the course to further graduate and transfer to a grad visa (again comes at a cost) which allows them 2 years worth of stay with no working hour stipulation post graduation. Thereon, work full time in laborious jobs with again not focussing on applying to full time opportunities in the field of study. Thus, what remains at the end of the day is lost time and opportunity and since I am only talking of people who come here on a Student VISA so primarily, the opportunity cost lost to upskill and further horizons. For the country’s perspective, getting cheap, skilled labour for an unskilled job is obviously an advantage but then there are cases of students not respecting their working hour restrictions, vandalising, bickering loudly, joining hands with the already operating extremist forces which instigate violence and hatred etc. In all, I think the resistance to not becoming bicultural which is a product of serious mental and physical toil and wasting time in frivolity is the main cause of the anti-immigration wave.

the root cause is illegal immigration and the root cause of illegal immigration is inflation, either people needs to be paid more on par with western countries or the cost of living must reduce to the point, people think working in India is far better to make money. \n5th economy you say but sadly it doesnt translate to the 90% people of this country, At this point even if India is world number economy still 90% of the will struggle to meet their ends. So when the per capita income increase the passport power will also increase. There solution to the problem.

Thank you for the video. I'm 33 and Partner is 30, graduating soon from his PhD. We love Canada and everything about it but weather. However, we feel increasingly bored with life here despite the fact that we live in downtown Toronto. So we think of moving to Europe or US, haven't decided yet. Depends on jobs, cost of living and crime rates.

Geez, he really REDUCED the numbers, didn’t he!?!? NOT!!! That is still another million in 3 years! Who thinks we will increase our housing by that much???

Most Canadians are NOT white, so don't think that it is whites hating Indians because it is not. It is a mix of all foreign countries in Canada, and due to increasing economic pressures they ALL are beginning to hate the newcomers, and the newcomers are mostly Indian.

Trump is helping solve CANADIAN problems and BEFORE he even takes power, officially. That is incredible. \n\n\nNow we just have to pray that he doesn’t actually increase those tariffs, and it is very likely that he will. Trump has been very consistent over the years about wanting higher tariffs with all of his trading partners. Getting control over our borders and preventing terrorists from entering the country will help reduce them but not all the way I don’t think. \n\nWe’ll see if that prediction is correct.

Probably a good idea. Canada went crazy on the immigration without thinking about housing availability. Then Canada decided to increase taxes, among other ideas.

English people must do marriages and make 2-3 babies as they think Indians are overrunning the Canada. So I suggest to Canadians . Don’t make girlfriends . Make the girls as your wives and also don’t forget to make babies increase your quantity as much as you can ?

I do think it's worth pointing out that the cheap labour reduces incentives for companies to invest in increasing productivity. I think the high real estate costs might be a problem too - too much of Canada's available capital is going towards expanding housing supply and not enough on better technology - software, equipment, etc. I think part of the stagnant productivity has been due to lack of investment in technology, rather than laziness of workers. It's also worth pointing out that a lot of the workforce has been in government, which has been spending more and more money while not having much to show for it, so productivity in the government is another issue too. Bureaucracy and red tape can also be detrimental to productivity in both governments and the private sector. Maybe Canada needs more competitiveness (ex with telecommunications). Lack of training could be an other obstacle to productivity, or for example... not speaking English properly. Sometimes when I get customer service with an Indian, I have to make him repeat 5 times because of his extremely thick accent. He might not be lazy and trying his best, but still not very productive. \n\nWith slavery in the US, the South has been rather inefficient with their labour because slaves were relatively cheap (still had to feed and house them). With the end of slavery, came a big increase in worker productivity.\nhttps://www.nber.org/system/files/working_papers/w31758/w31758.pdf

79% of the people want something that can’t happen; the President, any president, has no direct control over retail prices. Increasing tariffs though will raise prices and drive inflation. People think Trump is president so food and fuel will return to pre-COVID levels; it isn’t going to happen.

In 1930 American politicians decided to significantly increase tariffs \nand 25 other countries immediately responded by imposing significant tariffs\non American products and the trade war made the depression significantly worse.\n\nTrump's trade war won't likely lead to a depression but it will make things \nworse for almost everyone.\n\nExpect higher inflation, economic stagnation and also economic disruption \nas American companies can't suddenly and magically create new production \nto replace imports and can't do it as cheaply or they would already have been doing that\nand American exporters are going to face tariffs and sanctions imposed \non their products by other countries.\n\nThe extremely integrated car manufacturing industries in the United States, Canada and Mexico could be thrown into chaos.\nAn average car part crosses a border about 8 times during production.\nHow the heck do high tariffs deal with that standard car production situation?\n\nTrump would know all this if he thought about history or\nabout how the North American economy works or thought at all\nbut thinking is not something that appeals to Trump.\nInstead he just spouts out whatever random idea pops into his head \nand calls it policy.

26% don't understand what tariffs do. Look at their comments. They think prices won't increase.
|
| 2024-11-26 | 0 |
Ok for those who don’t understand how tariffs work thats tax for American companies to import goods here ok and the other countries sale their products at the whatever cost they set, once Americans pay the tax tariffs then Americans companies increase their cost to recover ad make up their loss costing Americans higher prices. And for the idiots that think manufacturing companies would come back, they will not bc other countries good are going to still be cheaper and would not like to pay additional taxes or have their business growth collapse

Two major factors that they didn't mention about the large increase in support for mass deportation are Desantis and Abbot busing a bunch of migrants to major cities, and the recent reports of Tren de Aragua taking over apartment complexes using guns that (I think) Americans are banned from owning.

Interestingly enough, the clip where the girl is complaining about having the rent increased by $7000 is not Trudeau's fault (Liberal government) but Doug Ford's, who's Conservative and the premier (like a governor in the US) of Ontario. He removed the limits on rent increases on properties occupied for the first time after Nov 15 2018. So now, if you want make a few more bucks or just kick someone out just jack the rent so they can't afford it and have to leave (usually you can't just end a lease agreement because you want to but not anymore as you can just increase it to whatever you want). Limits exist for a reason unless you're at the top and want to make more without any regard to people that are struggling.\n\nWhat I'm trying to say is that I don't think the Conservatives will do better than the Liberals, they're just different flavours of garbage. We do need real change, unfortunately I don't think it will happen.

Moved here from Ireland (which has it's own issues) in 2011 but really thinking of leaving in 2024. Feels like I'm living in India, plus cost of living is increasing all the time...gas prices, interest rates, rent, utilities, car insurance, etc...... Canada is pretty much in the toilet now.

Good idea. There will be 10 million available jobs in agriculture, construction, hotels, cleaning, painting, plumbing, Uber, slaughter Maybe Rubio can bring more Cubans to fill the gap or bring people from Canada or Europe legally. I don't think those 10m are unemployed. Good opportunity for MAGAs to find work. Salaries will double, production will be increased, and the price of vegetables will be cut in half.

Go get 'em Trump. I didn't vote for him, but this is going to be highly entertaining, much more so than before.\nI do feel sorry for the women who may suffer because of his and the Republican Party's efforts, but the majority of White women voted for him. I think his numbers among them actually increased in this election.

The Beznau nuclear power plant in Switzerland, Меtsamor Plant in Armenia and Fessenheim Plant in France was chosen as the most dangerous reactors in the world due to its design in the 1960s and 1970s. The nuclear reactor should have been shut down a long time ago. Because it spreads radiation to Europe and other continents. Radioactive and chemical wastes of the Меtsamor NucIear Power Plant enter the Саspian Sea through rivers and then into the oceans through other rivers. The NPP is located in a seismic country and a strong earthquake can oćcur at any time. Armenia should be sanctioned and embargoed to close this reactor. This environmental terrorism must be stopped. The number of cancer patients in the world is increasing rapidly due to nuclear power plants. The Аrmenian government, which is a military-econоmic ally of the invading Russia and receives financial and military support from it, should think about the health of the peoples of Europe. The Prime Minister of Japan said that the chemical and radioactive waste of nuclear power plants in Japan will be discharged into the ocean. As a result of water circulation and rainfall, plants will absorb toxic water. There will be radiation in drinking water and cancer patients will increase. Russia's political and military leadership is planning armed sabotage at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant. Mines are buried in the territory of the Zароrizhzhia nuclear power plant from all sides. Explosives are placed inside the reactors. World leaders must stop this ecological disaster

When produce prices jump in the stores because a lack of labor? When building contractors lose a portion of there labor building houses?? When the meat processors like tyson meats and others have illegals working through labor contractors!!!! Yes those of you who say how can they work? Well \nThe corporations give lip service but use contractors to avoid legal issues and inturn labor contractors uses temps lol and other modes!! \nWe are short of labors in these fields of employment. \nId like to see our MAGA voters go out and hoe weeds ???? Or harvest lettuce or tomatoes or bell peppers or plum on 8 foot ladders all day\nOr pore foundational cement for houses? This field has tons of illegals!!!!\nYou think you just experienced inflation!!!! Ha ha. Hold on to your hats because with the extremes in weather in the produce growing areas and labor shortage reducing yield further!!!! Prices in the stores will jump!!! That house may take 6 to 8 months to move in with a 10 % jump.in the price!!!\nAnd if trump put troops on the border the new president in Mexico has stated she will close the borders. So all of those parts and components produced needed for final assembly were stop.\nUnemployment will rise as companies get smaller profits add trumps tariffs. Youll add a trade war!!!!\nPrices go up because tariffs are a tax!!!! Consumers alway get those fees back on to the end user!!!! I give it 12 to 14 months. This economy will spiral downward. By the way, Europe and China have stated they will increase tariffs on items imported from America!!!!\nSo you will have a full blown trade war and products stop being sold!!!! Come folks figure it on out!!!! This is high school basic macro economic models !!!!!!!! Not rocket science here\n,,, your angry because you just experiencedthe back side of a pandemic . Now you want to have trump give you a 1930 solution froM MR. HOOVER. !!!! REMEMBER THE DEPRESSION!!!!

If we can cap international students who actually paid triple times the fees and worked as frontline workers in covid then why asylum seekers a burden on tax payers we hardly managing with it. There will be 2 million work permit expire in next two years you think they will leave canada first work on those who are already here neither unemployment will only increase crime here

As an Independent voter, I voted against Trump, as I think he is simply too slimy to represent the USA. Having said this, I agree that ALL people living in this country illegally (men, women, children) need to be deported. Will this increase the price of goods? Probably. But, until we baseline things according to our rule of law, everyone against this policy is simply guessing.

There aren't going to be more jobs coming up here because of the tariffs that Trump is going to do in fact several companies are already canceling their Christmas bonuses for people because they are going to be pre-buying things they need to try to get ahead of the tariffs they know that are coming this isn't going to make businesses want to hire pay more money increase benefits or anything like that I don't understand why people think this is going to be some kind of economic Boone I don't understand how everyone's forgotten what happens with tariffs the first time he was in office and now he wants to do even more
|

Do I think trump and his supporters want this, yes. Do I think the rich republican donors want to give up their cheap labor for their business will allow this, no. And if they did allow it, then that means the government will have to increase the minimum wage

That old lady is absolutely and outright lying. First off, she stood in lines for hour or days to get her green card? That means she came at a time when immigration was much easier and wanted, to increase gdp and to do the jobs normal Americans didn’t want to. Now, immigration takes forever, many years in fact, because the older republican white generation figured out that they yet again the minority, which has never actually changed. But republicans now use the immigration card because it’s literally their only option, why do you think Trump stopped the bill. He would be losing so much support. Also, for that old Mexican lady to say those things about her own family, tells me, she is not someone who cares for others or may even care at all. She became a racist just like the republicans and her family should be ashamed of her. Lastly, different times of immigration, this time around, those leaving other countries are trying to save their families lives, having to deal with authoritarian dictators, drug cartels and corrupt governments. She may have had some of that, but I doubt it, she just wanted to move here and make a better life for herself, screw her loved ones. She is an abomination and one of the reasons this country has lost itself, if a Mexican immigrant cannot feel sympathy or empathy for those people in a very similar situation than that person has truly been corrupted by the republicans “all about me” mantra.

As FRENCH, I think it is more an issue with policies set by both governments!!! You know you bring students IN and why don’t you build houses and encourage construction???? In France, many students (mainly Africa, and French departments like Guadeloupe, Tahiti or Martinique) come to study there (for free and we are proud of it!!!) BUT - unlike Canada - we do NOT have the same issues as Canada (our healthcare is NOT under pressure and our housing prices haven’t really increased that much as compared to Canada for example!!!) to me, the students are NOT to blame!!! It is the fault of the deciders (at different level) who have FAILED to set the right policies!!!! The schools are also to blame as some (not all) are so obsessed with making profits out of the higher international fees, which by way, subsidize Canadian students!!! So in Canada (not in France or Germany), the money that allows schools to function come from international students who BRING LOTS OF MONEY for the Canadian economy!!!! in France, it is different as the universities are FREE and are fully subsidized by the French government… but yes;) you have to speak French fluently to attend them!!! \nSo dear Canadians, do not blame foreign students thanks to whom your universities thrive and remain existant!!! Without them (namely the Indians too), the Canadian universities will struggle to find money and funding! Remember, the system in France is TOTALLY different!!!!\nAlso, reading from comments, I notice that many here have NEVER alert their own country!!! Stop blaming foreigners if YOU, YOURSELF DID NOT even get the BALLS to dare studying in places different than yours (like Germany, France, Sweden, Japan…)!!!! Blame and NO BALLS!!! “Grosse gueule mais Pas de couilles” as we say in France!!! Go to Europe if you dare, deal with another language, other cultural codes (we French are big complainers and are very very rude when behind wheels!!!! And we hate people who cannot speak French properly … like North Americans) and We will see how good some of you will do!!!

Ummmm isnt it like 30 years too late to be questioning the Brampton issue? It was established long ago. Pretty much accepted as an established reality.\n\n And this non white I.D. is strange. What do people think , all the non whites are in some sort of unity? Lol . Yah right. Let me tell you a secret about Indians. There worse conflicts and problems are with their own relatives. Dont beleive me? K. \n\n Anyway. The real problem behind so much of what is going on has to do with exponential population growth. An 8th of the worlds population has been generated in the last 14 years. 1 FKN BILLION PEOPLE in that small window of time. We hit 7 billion in 2011. THATS FKN INSANE AND THE WORLD IS NOT GOING TO WAKE UP AND TELL THE THIRD WORLD TO FKN KNOCK IT OFF. NO ELECTED OFFICIAL TRADITIONALLY TOUCHES THE POPULATION ISSUE. IN 58 HUXLEY CALLED IT BUT HIS ESTIMATE WAS EXCEEDED. \n SUCH A FKD UP TIME. PEOPLE ARE NOT EVEN DISCUSSING THIS. DISCUSSING EVERYTHING THIS MAIN PROBLEM TRICKLES DOWN INTO. YET THE MAIN ONE CAUSING THE OTHERS, (MANKIND'S NUMBERS THEMSELVES) IS UNDER THE FKN RADAR. FKD UP. \n\nP.S. If you want to discuss something ABOUT BRAMPTON more people may not be aware of unlike the Indian population , you would focus on the crime increase. Also if your going to talk to whites , interview some home owners with cohesive families not burnt out losers (hate to say it) that have ALWAYS felt like outcast in one form or another. \n Besides, in the real world , understand that there was a white flight factor in Brampton that perpetuated for years. The ones that stayed usually didnt have the ability, means, let alone a plan to leave. \n\n LETS KEEP IT REAL. NOT THAT ITS GOING TO MAKE MUCH DIFFERENCE.

India should remember the west will stick together..they are definitely trying to coerce Indian govt to do something that they dont want to do? This is all just coercion tactic...but Indian public is with Modi govt..in fact the more publically you try to bully Indian govt. the support will increase in India for this govt...this was best solved under the cover...alas this will not be possible any more...I think finally they will get Indian govt to do what they want..but at what cost? India will now never side with them...

Remember the people who are making fun of her in comment section should realize that for any citizen when the population of outsiders or immigrants increases it will be concerning for them too. Imagine if all of the the sudden population of Bangladeshi immigrants increases in our country wouldn't that be trouble for us or concerning for us?? Think about it. HYPOCRITES ??

The carbon tax section is completely misinformed. 8/10 Households in Canada, and almost all households around median income gain more in carbon tax rebates than the price increases they pay. The median income households receive around $1000 CAD more than they pay in carbon tax-resulting price increases, and it's paid for by the pollutants that ruin our air, cause wildfires, abandon oil rigs and ruin our nature. Even if the households received less, the revenue from carbon tax is used on clean air incentives, and I think it's a pretty rational opinion to believe that I'd rather have pollutants paying for ruining our environment than doing it for free.

Poorly made video. Get you facts straight. Canada's population is 80 % native Canadian? Huh? The only native Canadians are not even Canadians but the Indigenous people that where here before you white immigrant colonizers came in uninvited and took over the land without even asking permission of the indigenous people. 90% of Canada is comprised of immigrants. You can blame the Canadian government for lack of long term foresight and planning. It they were steps ahead then we would not have all these issues with regards to increasing population. If they were thinking about the welfare of this nation, they would have built more infrastructures, affordable housing, hospitals, hired more people to reduce the amount of red tape in the government. Instead these politicians and their friends were lining their pockets.

As an indian living in Dubai. If I feel a place was overcrowded- I would leave, but for some indians its not the same and its quite sad some politicians thinking a densely populated city full of jobless people is okay. Its kind of the opposite reason why indians move to canada(because most of us dont like overecrowded cities-which tends to happen in india). The amoumt of jobs need to increase. The infrastructure needs to increase. Colleges and schools where people actually pay for all of it is necessary. And homelessness needs to be replace by education and housing policies for older canadians especially. Preserving the respect for the elderly. The list goes on- and yes it will increase the amount of jobs, if they build and educate. Also increase the incentive to be educated.

I live with 70% inflation in my country and this is what I think: \n\nI don't know if there is a direct translation of this economic model but let me explain: prices increases in two ways, if there is not enough supply, prices will increase and if there is high demand for a product&service, prices will increase. In Turkey, they increase the prices by tricking people that prices will eventually increase, so buy it right now. THIS caused a loop and huge inflation also rush to houses, cars, hard products etc. That way, companies make enormous profits especially construction companies & car manufacturers. Why did government decide to do that so? Because government wanted to secure financial status of these big companies without banks giving them loans by transferring wealth from people to companies.\n\nThere is another side for these moves: Globally, there is an ongoing plan to lower birthrate in well-developed countries such as Canada, France, Germany etc. Why is that? They say, people from western countries create more carbon emissions than people in India, Bangladesh etc and in order to ensure green transformation of energy, birthrate must(?) fall. \n\nThere are also other reasons that we live in difficult times. But that's enough. We, people, have to do something. The day passes without a protest, governments & big companies get more strength and enforces hard conditions on people.

There is more to this story than this report says. It’s complicated. I have seen behaviour of students once here. How much support they get from families? If they have to pay their tuition , housing and other living expenses they seem to have to work more than what they are allowed. Overcrowding of homes lack of housing spots not gaining knowledge and skills required. Fine tuning reason for need for immigration and developing qualities in immigrants that countries vye for. Changing the composition of population should not be the problem. Creating conditions for getting the right fit is needed. Point system was good I think but too slow to fill the gap of people needed. Municipalities and province are also to be accountable. How do they manage the fast changes. This student route to immigration started less than a decade ago. I find the speed with which housing needs increased mushrooming of colleges increased and beneficiaries of facilitators that responded to market demands have I think created the problem. A grass roots observation. Seeing just a portion of the problem.

You asked us to share what we think, so here is what l think... \n\nThe immigration target for 2024 was around 500,000 people true, this includes everyone given a PR in 2024 (spouse, children) but the larger portion of this 500k is via economic migration which only issued a total of 110,000 invitations to apply for 2023 for example. this means that only 110k people were invited to apply for PR. These people have family members (spouse and kids) that accompany them there by increasing the total PR migrants to that +500k figure. \nSo now to your point....\n\nif only 110k people are invited to apply for PR each year, and these people bring family members this means they stay in one house (main applicant, spouse and three kids will stay in 1 house for example)....\n\nif 250k houses are being built each year.... \n\nthis means there are 250k house built each year versus 110 people that came in...\n\nin my view, more than enough houses will be built in the next couple of years to take care of the migrants coming in\n\n\n\nthis is what l think.

I dont think Germans have anything against skilled people, and skilled people just have to adapt to German culture, Germans dont have to change! On the other end Germans are against ilegal emigration, that increase housing costs, have priority and get payed a big amount of salary from taxes money for doing nothing.. and that is all thanks to the UE greedy left polititions that want to remains in power with ilegal emigrations and state money dependents

As an indian who aspires to go abroad i think the immigration policies need to be much more strict because in future these numbers are only going to increase rapidly and more of educated indians are going to avoid canada and the uneducated ones will just keep on spawning there under these immigration circumstances

When so many immigrants enter a country that its infrastructure can not handle the increased population, people start to be anti-immigration. People who are not the majority race and culture, are easy targets for people who are frightened by the rise of homelessness and crime, and loss of employment. In Canada, even in small rural towns, long established residents see that their children can not find work, or housing, while obvious immigrants are everywhere as waitresses, cashiers, and other unskilled jobs which their children used to do when starting out. On top of that, many Canadians can not find a family doctor, and our healthcare system is strained to the breaking point. People are frightened, and want the government to tighten immigration policies. I think that our government did not consider all the factors when it opened the door so wide for immigration. Now it has to take a step back, and ensure that the infrastructure is in place before immigrants arrive in Canada, not be forever trying to fix the problems after they have caused havoc!

Remember, the system in France is TOTALLY different!!!!

Well, Brian, if you think that Canada has been overrun with interlopers swarming into your country then take into consideration what it’s like here in Australia. In January 2014, there were 540,000 people in Australia on an education visa. But by December 2019, this number had skyrocketed to be 955,000. Due to the emergence of Covid early in 2020, culminated with the number of ISs in Australia being reduced to 700,000 by the end of April, which obviously remained static until the borders were reopened on Nov 3, 2021.
\n
\nIn the ensuing 6 months under the incumbent LNP government, until it lost office to Labor early in May, there would be a net-increase of 120,000 ISs in Australia, totaling around 810,000. But in the ensuing 2 years under labor the net-increase the number of ISs peaked at a nudge over one million interlopers here at 1,055,000.
\n
\nThis number is broken down to be 750,000 students enrolled in tertiary courses; 200,000 undertaking vocational education training [VET/TAFE] courses; 70,000 in English training colleges, and the rest are enrolled in primary and secondary schools. Apropos to VET/TAFE these courses entail very dodgy activities from fashion design and decorating abodes to cooking/catering. The VAST percentage of people enrolled in the later categories, which accrues to being about 75% of theses facets are from India and the Subcontinent.
\n
\nIn order to demonstrate just how much Australia has OVERDOSED on ISs at tertiary levels is to compare the 750,000 studying here in comparison to the US, which has a tad UNDER 1.3 million foreigners in comparable institutions. So, considering the US has a population (which doesn’t include the 15 million illegals) THIRTEEN TIMES that of Australia means that it should have at LEAST nine million foreigners studying in its dominions to be on-par with Australia.

So there's been an increase on Indian vs Indian crime. The reason being, that the Indian people who came here in the 1900s are established and for so long, hoodlums/Indian government couldn't access them and their wealth or opinions about India. But with the laxed immigration, the hoodlums, who otherwise would have no access to Canada, have been let into the country (think of all the recent intel issues between Canada and India). And they are carrying out random attacks against the former Indians, but now Canadian citizens (and their businesses) that have been citizens for well over 40 years. (apologies if this reads poorly)\n\nIt speaks volumes for me to say that as a Canadian (born and raised) whose parents are of Indian descent, that we feel unsafe because Canada has let in the low of the low, who cannot be trusted, and who have poor morals and no work ethic, hence why your order at Tim Horton's always gets messed up. People that actually care, will ensure that they understood how to take your order.\n\nEdit: Why is India coming after Canadian citizens for their opinions?\n\nIndia's current government does not like to take accountability for how it treats its minorities and handles human rights issues. Those people in Canada who have spoken up about anything over the years (such as the farmers protest), are an easy target, especially when these people are wealthy/prominent figures, with a profitable businesses in the Indian community. \n\nAnother point: I was visiting India in February 2020, and the government had just enacted the citizenship act which basically made Muslim people second class citizens. This resulted in immediate violence towards Muslims and their businesses. So when we were leaving back to the capital to fly out, I was specifically told to act dumb and delete any social media posts/any journaling of the event, because any ill opinion, would land you in Indian jail. \n\nThanks for reading ?

At present, the employers asking for foreign workers should make job offers with the exact same requirements, not enough oversite, and there should be an emergency stop to practice reviewing the oversite process and monitoring. \nIn my point of view, I have blam Trudeau Government. Immigration policy increased our population. Over 6 million he needs to immediately stop this. There's Millions of jobs short Millions of places to live short to have any more people come in the canada In two extremely hardships and I think that the cabinet should have an emergency meeting stop immigration and make temporary foreign workers harder the companies asking to bring in temporary foreign workers should have to offer housing transportation and education as well when they advertise to Canadians job offers should be exactly the same and at worst minimum canadian wage
