Even our Sahabahs went into the world to teach and expand our beautiful faith Islam.\n\nMany Islamic countries are only Islamic my name, they are the biggest contributers to the genocide, as they have not spoken up or helped their Muslim ummah in Palestine. You will also find many covert doctrines in their governments that you may not agree with.\n\nLastly, many Muslim children attend public schools and are being exposed to the LGBT community and we as Muslim parents are teaching them in our homes from a young age, that in islam there is only a man and a woman and no third gender and only a man can marry a woman.\n\nYou can have the best of intentions but you can wrap your children and one day they will be exposed to what is not Islamic, and they need to be taught how to deal with it and hopefully, by showing them their own Islamic values, hopefully also change people's perceptions as they come into Islam.\n\nMaybe, if you stayed in Canada, you could establish an islamic school for your children and other Muslim children to attend, look around where you live, see where you can establish prayer areas, talk to the mall managers and finance prayer rooms, talk to schools, public restaurants, and establish halal foods. Please look at what has been achieved in the UK and you are at the beginning of that in Canada, and think of the Islamic foundation you are setting the future generations of Muslims and also many more Muslims who may convert one day. insha'Allah

I've also lived in Vancouver for 3 years, Toronto for 5 years, returned to Montreal for another 3 years, and have now been in Quebec City for 15 years.\n\nAs a Quebec City resident and business owner, I find the city amazing. During the pandemic, there were many programs and subsidies available. I even wrote to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau regarding the CEBA program for businesses, suggesting some changes to the eligibility criteria. They followed through, and Federal Finance Minister Bill Morneau sent a detailed response, signed by him but likely written by his staff, explaining the revised criteria and suggesting other potential programs. Provincially, my MP's staff guided me through various programs. Ultimately, I received nearly everything I needed to survive and potentially thrive through the pandemic (to be confirmed in 2024).\n\nTaxes are high, but I feel safe in Quebec City. Crime rates are low, and I've experienced little racism, possibly due to my fluency in French. Starting a business here has been easy, with minimal costs and bureaucracy.\n\nAs a gay man, I've never felt endangered. I can comfortably express affection for my spouse in public without feeling judged.\n\nHealthcare, including access to medication and doctor consultations, is extremely affordable. Super Clinics offer next-day appointments at no cost.\n\nI own a commercial condo for my business, which cost significantly less than it would have in Toronto or Vancouver. My rent for a one-bedroom apartment is CAD 755, and electricity bills are remarkably low.\n\nWith the shift to online business, I've accessed international markets while benefiting from a low-cost, safe environment. I received a CAD 2400 subsidy from the Canada Digital Adoption Program, among other government-funded programs, to expand internationally.\n\nAlthough homelessness exists in Quebec City, many supportive programs are available, and most homeless individuals here are polite, likely because they face less stigma.\n\nI believe it's crucial to explore different locations when moving to Canada. I used to work for CP Air in Sydney, Australia, in the 1970s and even as a white man I was subjected to raw, rampant racism from CP's Management class posted overseas from HQ in YVR. Promotions, and pay rises, were all granted to white Anglo-Saxons most of whom were grossly under-qualified. I am a Christian, and I have been married to an amazing North African (a practicing) Muslim woman for the past 17 years. By the way, we have lived in five different majority Muslim countries, but Malaysia is by far the best one of all. We have friends who moved to Europe from North Africa and the Middle East. However, Canada is definitely better than Europe, the Middle East, or Pakistan or any other Muslim country for any Muslim man or woman. We have very close Pakistani friends who moved to Canada from Dubai, and they will never consider moving back to either the Middle East or Pakistan. Here in America most folks seem to feel a sense of decline and negativity towards the country and who we are. But a little bit of positive energy sometimes gets through. \nBut Canada? Man I never see any Canadian happy to be Canadian atm lol. This is just my personal observation, of course. But sometimes Canada sounds worse than the US.

A South African who lived there a few years. Nothing felt better than getting on the plane to leave, and knowing I will never have to return. Even South Africa with the crime and load shedding is by far better. In many ways a man is more free here even if i have to live behind security systems. I can speak my mind without fear of some PC police and censorship, which is far worse prison. My standard of living is also far better here. I can ride my bikes as I please where in Canada I can only ride a few months and would lose my license in a month due to BS fines. And the people here are much more open and truly hospitable, not some fake politeness. I even missed the blacks here, who at least i can joke and chat with far easier than with canadians. I found I have more in common with black africans than with white canadians who look like me and speak the same language. We may have the same skin colour but are totally different in culture. It made me realise I am more african than western, proud of it, and I would prefer to live and die with the african sun on my face with wide open space, than in some dark, cold, gloomy place living in cramped quarters in some libtard paradise constrained by so many laws. Of course black south africans will not like to hear that whitey has no plans to leave, but this is my home as much as theirs, I contribute to making the country somehow still function, and my kids are also more interested in making the nation run than running off to Australia, or even worse, Canada.\n\nI am so glad I didn't meet a woman there and get stuck. You are true man. I lived in Europe and the first month I landed there, I knew that I will never be able to set big goals and achieve them. When I decided to move in Canada, everything changed. having citizenship seems normal, but thinking about Europe (Italy) where i had to wake up at 4 AM to be able to find a spot in the line to renew my documents, I only had to worry about my personal growth. Nowadays, thank you my Lord I am a M. I do not want to say it, but it is true. IO am ready to set new goals. The stark difference between Canada and the US boils down to political philosophy. Canada is very Hobbes in that the role of the state is to maintain social order. I would never want to be American and have often thanked God that i was born in Canada. I have a lot of health problems due to an elderly women almost killing me in a car accident amongst other condotions. If i was American my family would be bankrupt. A nurse came from america to work here in canada due to their healthcare care system. Her hospital wouldnt admit the man dieing of a heart attack or even do cpr until they got the insurance info. We have pondered moving to the US but it always scares me thinking of all the service safety nets behind. I don't know how many Americans know this, but basically at birth you are assigned a health card which you keep for the rest of your life. Anytime you go to the doctor they ask for that and it has all your info on it (family doctors, your address, etc) and that's all you do. See the doctor and then leave. Private/work health insurance is more for prescription, dentists,massage, therapy, physio, eye, ambulance rides,etc. \nBut childbirth, ER visits, doctors visits all covered by that card...which is funded by our are taxes. We are taxed to hell and back on the daily but it's just so normal you don't think differently of it. We do have a shortage of Dr's though. An ER wait can be upwards of 2-4 hours and your family doctor can take weeks to get an appointment with so you usually have to go to a hospital or walk in if it's urgent.\nAlso, guns. Guns guns everwhere ? I saw a sign when I was walking into Walmart in Florida saying to not bring guns inside and I just couldn't believe that was a thing that had to be said. In Canada, guns are for hunting and going to the range and that's the only time they're allowed out of their safe. Obviously you have people who have stolen and smuggled guns and that's how you get gun crimes (you need a special card to buy guns and ammo, that you get after passing a gun safety course and *most* gun crimes are not committed by people who hold those cards). I appreciate the fact that you don't have so many restrictions on the types of guns you can get but man, I never felt so rattled just walking around after seeing that sign

With this success bureaucrats inside Revenue Canada started a war with me over $147.53. That's right: for less than $150 they collapsed my two plants and put 50 people onto the pogey. Maritimer here: I remember going to a small town in Maine for my cousin's funeral a few years back (half my family is American), and when we were checking-in at the hotel, there was a couple taking their suitcases out of the trunk of their car. The man had a handgun tucked in the back of his pants, and I remember the feeling I got seeing it when he bent over. It was pure Fear. In my mind, this man could kill me or my family in an instance if he wanted to. To me, that was the scariest thought, it felt so wrong that it was normal to carry a weapon. \n\nMind you, we have guns in Canada, they are mainly used for hunting or gun ranges, and you need a licence, which you need to pass a test if you want to go hunting with it. I guess growing up in Canada made me think that guns are dangerous and should be kept away from people... so hearing about the children's safety concerns around guns.. is probably because to us, guns out in the public is inconceivable... even worse around children. \n\nWhen there's a shooting in Canada, it's not a feeling that is reserved for the town or city where it happened.
