I desperately want to move out of Canada. I've been born and raised here and I feel helpless. I AM EDUCATED. I DO WORK HARD. I HAVE A GOOD CAREER and yet I have no hope of ever owning a home. How is this acceptable?

Got bit by a spider and ended up septic. In hospital for two weeks five blood transfusions. Two knee replacements. Hernia surgery. One child and we stayed in hospital three nights because he had a few issues. Went to Detroit for a surgery that wasn’t approved in Canada but Canada paid me back every penny including hotel costs.
