as long as the growing amount of people who cannot afford to even choose to eat or pay rent rises, crime will increase

Canada is just like the US. The only difference is that racism is a little less in ur face. Moving from the US to Canada is like choosing the lesser of two evils.

Do consider Brunei. Its sunny year round just like Malaysia. it’s easy to find halal food, you will certainly enjoy our islamic environment where you have easy access to pray. We have zero to low crime rates, it’s pretty safe. The foundation of education is based on islamic values. No matter where you choose, I do hope you find what you are looking for.

if you feel safer in Islamic countries that follow Sharia law, why not migrate there, if you feel safer there, you’re not forced to live in a non Islamic country to choose to go there

I am an American Pagan but I have many Hijabi friends and I have always strongly upheld that I will catch an assault charge to protect a Muslima who is attacked/exposed in a hate crime. I don't support any war but I stand for personal protection and the right for people to practice any religion they choose.

Just a note, if the countries that you are considering, you have only visited as a tourist, a longer stay (maybe 6 months or so) may give you a better idea on what it actually is like.\n\nI am from (or rather, my family is, and I still have a majority of my family in) one of the countries you mentioned, and while every single thing you mention about it is true, many of the reasons you are choosing to leave Canada for is also applicable, though it may not be apparent to a visitor.\n\nPulling out and setting new roots are never easy, even if it may be the right choice. Wish you the best of luck in the next step of your journey.

I was born here. I'm not of a particular religion. Rather I choose to accept everyone's right to believe what they want. I too see the deterioration of this country and I especially don't want to be under a government such as ours. I would very much like to learn more about the Muslim faith in English if possible. I wish I could come with you!

But dear family,\n\nYou should remember that you choose the easiest way and pls don't say that our Prophet [SAV] had chosen the same way.. They came back to Mecca... Will you conquer Canada for one day or not?

All of these people are scammers. They take advantage of asylum law. They are not being prosecuted. Lol. They don't have education and qualification to go abroad legally so they choose to do fhis illegally abusing the us law and by defaming the Indian government by lying about prosecution. Lol. Such liars and opportunists.

I am an immigrant Canadian as well. Agree with all the points, especially reasons #3 and #2. For reason #1, you earned a huge respect from me! Congratulations on being able to make such a great, conscious, and mindful decision. Kudos to you both for having the courage and willingness! May Allah grant you a reward for choosing the right path!

Wow SubhanAllah thats one thought provoking video that ive come across jist at a time when ive been using all my skills and efforts to reach Canada! I do fear about the religion part through esp for kids! Allah knows better! However, i am in Dubai and i woukd.advise you both to def come to Gulf countries. I grew up in Saudi, so go to medina (dajjal wont enter there ?), Qatar. If UAE, dont choose Dubai simce that is a mini West anyways..go to other cities like ras al Khaimah where there is natural beauty, serenity, more original Emiratis and your girls can grow up just as you would want them! Do istikhara and remember me in your duas!!!

I'm not Muslim, but I agree with many points they are making. And, I also support Peace between all regions, and believe that the world would be a much better face if all people of faith did as well. I wish this nice family to achieve all they are hoping for in the Islamic country of their choosing.

From a 12 year old girl, who wanted to explore London, study in UK and constant and full heartedly prayers... I came to UK when I was 27... But I had to face a new me here.. after my course completion, where I stand now, and still having the opportunity to continue here . I decided to choose a middle eastern country .. most importantly for my Imaan and my child's good upbringing. Though I get questioned from everyone around here for choosing to leave this country, I know what I want.. and I need what I seek.. Allah has answered my prayer and gave me the chance to be here and he also gave me all the lessons for me to understand what I need and I chose to leave UK. So proud of my decision

Absolutely agreed ?, we are also leaving the states InshAllah soon, as i have 3 kids and we are also hijabis and niqabis and all the reason you said are exactly our reasons.. you are doing 100% right, i do have a question where are you guys going to settle? As we are having hard time to choose which country to move !!!
|
| 2023-12-27 | 0 |
So, you have the freedom to speak out against the country you live in… but your taking your family (for safety) to a country where your children may not have the freedom to speak out against their country, the freedom to choose not to wear the hijab and live in danger…

Am in the process of doing the same thing now. Uk is not as bad as Canada and it is a great country but it also comes with its negatives however for many of the same reasons me and my wife have decided to do it I will be following you and subscribing and would also be very very intrested to see we’re in the world it is you choose as we have a few on the table also am glad to see like minded people doing the same thing we are a community within itself

Alhamdulillah. So happy to hear about this decision. Insha’allah we will also do Hijra soon ( we are in Germany for the past 6 years ). \nMy husband grew up in the UAE and I lived there for 8 years … it used to be nice to live there but I would not recommend it anymore. And on top of that their government also supports Israhell. \nIf I had the choice I would choose Indonesia or Malaysia. Or one of the smaller islands like Seychelles. \nMay Allah guide you to the best place for your family.

(I hope you read this)\nOkay i have a few suggestions, having lived my whole childhood in Oman i can confirm it’s a beautiful place but Arab country's higher education(college wise) is not that great therefore ,my family moved to India(our roots are Indian) because this being a reason. (Like a lot of families move from gulf countries to their south asian countries for college, having personally experienced as well as my cousins who lived in Jeddah and loads of other relatives)\n1. So pls look for muslim countries that offer good education otherwise you will have to send them again to UK USA Canada for good college.\n2. Abu Dhabi can be a option as well\n3. Saudi Arabia\n4.Qatar\n5. Turkey\n6. Schooling works differently in gulf countries, for example you have Indian schools that run on the CBSE pattern of India, Pakistani schools, Sri Lankan schools, International School with a British curriculum, International schools with American style curriculum, proper Native schools of that country that teach in Arabic.( Again this my experience in Oman, my cousins in Jeddah went to Indian school of Jeddah, so pls wisely choose the school that you want your children to attend)\n\n(this comment is just an opinion, hope it helps. May Allah make it easy for you )

Masha Allah,May Allah SWT bless you and open doors to goodness for choosing your Deen over this dunya that’s temporary.

With you kids wearing hijab, you didn't have to say it's their choice. Do you want them to choose the disobedience of Allah?\nYou should have said, In-shaa Allah when they grow up, they will be wearing the hijab.\nIt's very commendable that you are thinking about your kids future with regards to their deen. Jazaakumullahu Khairan.

Just be careful on your country of choice you choose to move to. We lived in the Middle East loved it however certain people/nationalities are treated very badly as well as the rich get better health care well the poor gets not the best health care which is hard to witness I found especially in a Islamic country

Hi, we live in Luxembourg and are practising muslims and have a kid. yes, indeed it is very difficult to raise a kid with Islamic values in this society. also, it's challenging to practise for ourselves as well. we don't want to be liberal muslims, rather a true muslim. but that's difficult. so we are considering to move to a middle eastern country in a couple of years InshAllah. thanks in advance for sharing your journey, good luck to you wherever you choose to live❤?

I am Indonesian living in ALberta for almost 15years, planning to move back to Indonesian soon. I would suggest to South East Asia and settle in any of these option Malaysia or Indonesia, or other option would be Turkey. I Especially if you like variety of landscape, nature choose those places. Very safe to live and cheap cost of living. Well I wont pick DUbai to live, especially \nwesternisation there is so obvious (many people from UK, US move there) and UAE are not really pro Palestinians in general. I dont even put Dubai as place to visit too much structures, not offering any natural place to see.

I agree with you in terms of being a muslim woman wearing hijab here. I know Canadians won't say it to you directly but there is a REAL misunderstanding of our religion created by the media and the looks are very PAINFUL. Just bear in mind that nearly all the western countries created and still support the genocidal state , and that the UAE is a strategic partner of Isr*** and supoorts genocide too. So do not expect to find yourself in a traditionnaly muslim country if you choose the UAE. Good luck for your journey ?.

Qatar is in our minds. \nIslam, livable prices, good schools, modern technology with keeping with tradition.. \nit’s getting harder to live in the US when like you said your government isn’t choosing to be humane over power and money. It’s sad. This was my home my whole life and I love so much about it but different season in life. Alhemdulilah and may Allah guide us. Much luck to you guys and I’m curious where you go:)

Asa brother and sister. May Allah give you and your family peace where ever you choose to live in. One thing don't forget to pray (istikhara prayer) before doing anything. Ask Allah to let you settle good Muslim nation.

I would like to suggest to you the country of Tunisia located between Algeria and Libya in Northern Africa. It is a beautiful and safe country that while it is an Islamic country it still is a democracy. And moving there from Canada you can live like royalty. Wherever you choose may Allah protect your family always.

Oh. I was totally on board and sympathetic to your reasoning until you brought up the drag. Queen story hours.. I can’t see how choosing to express your self by dressing and performing in drag, is on par with needles, and drug addicts, and any other addictive behavior. honestly, I have a religion that I have practiced since I was born and was raised in. Is not Islamic. But it is as fundamental as anything else. Drag queen story hour is not even a little bit related to being a fundamental or conservative, religious anything!

Thank you for keeping it real on the cost of living/inflation going through the roof part!!!!! Love when influencers keep it real, so relatable and realistic. I always think influencers can never relate, they always look like they’re always doing perfectly fine financially and all. \nMay Allah choose the best for your family❤

I respect your decision to leave Canada. You have to do what is right for you and your family. I am not religious but I believe that all peoe have the right to believe as they choose. I also find that Islam is one of the most peaceful, loving religions there is. I too am very unhappy with my government for standing by and supporting the genocide of Palastine. I support President Biden and he has done many wonderful things but the support Israel by my government and president makes me infuriated. It is wrong. My now 19 year old son,my mother who lives with us and myself are looking to move as well. We want some place with winter so we can sky, and snowboard and do all things we love without having to travel two states over. We will be looking to leave the country if Trump is reelected president. I wish you luck, love, and blessings and safe travels in your search for your new home.

Guys you choose to live in always expensive Vancouver since 1999 !!!!! Don't go crying. Want cheaper cost of living? Live in small towns or get yourself a farm, in Yukon or QC, MTL, Trois rivières, Saskatchewan etc.
