I would have never imagined someone would dream of moving to Canada . Simple answer Canada wanted more people because its population was low . Most people live on the border with US. It is however the one of the most beautiful places I have ever been

The banks have been caught f'ing around as well, what with pushing through mortgage requests that should never have been allowed to occur; and that's just what we know about. \n\nNo offense to anyone in this video, or anyone else like them. We know that a good large chunk of most of you are not at fault here with what's going on. But there are some people from all sorts who are all doing their own dirty little deeds, and they are culminating into the gigantic pile of BS that the rest of us now get to deal with. \n\nAnd make no mistake, what I am saying is not even close to the full extent of the BS going on. This is just one facet of it. There still is the universities mentioned that we need to talk about, whom have been fleecing internationals for years now. Or our employers who have gotten real used to having access to basically almost slave labor by comparison the wages and employees they would have to normally deal with. \n\nAnd again, none of this is being said to blame those who come here looking for a better life. If anything, I want to apologize for the BS you found here as well, that was well hidden by the BS masters who got you to come here. \n\nBut just like how oxygen feeds a fire without necessarily meaning to... well... let's just say that a downturn in applications is a really good thing for us right now. \n\nCome if you want, but don't come unprepared. They made it so that I could not be employable in Canada. So I moved to the U.S. in 2005 and then some years later I moved permanently to the Philippines. I am happy that so many years later videos like yours are saying essentially the same things that I did. I was ahead of my time. I will never go back to Canada. Not to live, not to visit, not even a connecting flight. Too cold, too expensive, taxes are astronomical, no culture, no freedom, no jobs, no opportunities, only modern slavery, worst healthcare system, unbearable political correctness, crime infested/drug infested, xenophobic people, too depressing. It has become a North Korea style dictatorship in the western world.\n\n\nTheir are many reasons why Canada has fallen apart. But the number one reason is ‘multiculturalism’. My friends, multiculturalism simply does not work. Different cultures do not come together and mix, different cultures come together and clash. The world is divided into different countries for a reason: because people hate each other and only want to be with their own kind. The number two reason for Canada’s demise is ‘socialism’. Most of these negative issues have risen in the last decade and are true...I'm not sure why anyone would want to come here anymore, let alone stay here. I do not 100% agree with the racism comment....yes there are those few idiots, but strangely never saw or heard it most of my life except in recent years since ultra left University educated policy maker crowd has been reminding everyone daily how racist and privileged white people are. As an American I would NEVER want to live in Canada. Their salaries are much lower than an American salary and they have much higher taxes. As a huge hockey fan, you almost never see an American hockey player go to a Canadian team as a free agent because of the crazy taxes.

I left Canada 3 years after I got the citizenship, because the cost of living was unbearable. I was living in 1 bedroom condo in Vancouver (Canada), with no cars or investment. In 2020 I found an entry lvl job at Amazon Seattle (US). My pay doubled, tax reduced by 50%. Sold my Canada condo, and bought a single family home and a car in Seattle. Never wanted to come back. \n\nPS: I lived in Toronto for 5 years, and Vancouver for 5 years.

I'm a Brit who has lived here 13 years and my advice to any Brit thinking of moving here is not to. If you can live in a nice county and you have a decent job you are better off in the UK. There is a lot of decline in urban areas here, tweaking drug addicts and tent encampments the likes the UK has NEVER seen. It's incredibly expensive to rent if you want to live anywhere remotely interesting. The infrastructure is so bad, unless you have a vehicle or lots of money to keep flying, you will feel incredibly isolated here. Brits are lucky to have such a great network of public transport and close proximity to Europe and all the cheap flights to get you around there. The work life balance is not as good as the UK. Most jobs here will start you on 2 weeks a year and only increase as your service grows. So after 5 years of service you will get 3 weeks and so on. Don't expect 5 weeks vacation until you have put 20 years in with most jobs. Canada is boring, it really is and so are most Canadians who also seem to have no idea what a sense of humour is. I have found new immigrants to be the friendliest, especially those from China, India, Vietnam and the Philippines. Now to the wokeness of the place, oh gosh, it's so bad. The Alberta premier has just announced very sensible and much needed gender reforms which 95% of Canadians agree with. These reforms will protect young gay kids mostly. The left have completely lost their mind over this. Women here are in genuine fear of speaking out regarding their privacy and rights to single sex spaces and sports. In the UK , this is slowly improving I believe. I'm putting things in place so I can leave. I hope things improve once the liberal government are gone but it will take many years to get this country back on track.

I was just forced by my husband to come here in 2010. I never plan to live abroad but I went for the sake of the kids and dont want regret. My husband is mentally ill even before we got married(family took advantage of me when they saw I was an independent widow that time). Upon arriving here, nothing was prepared,no beds no nothing just the social housing and he was already orienting me to get food from food bank and simply convinced me to follow here for the child benefits,free education and healthcare. Let me just mention, the family of my husband is claiming they were rich and prominent in the Philippines. Fast forward....14 years after, he didnt get a house for us....I just ran after him for child support....he didnt finish the divorce process that I ask him to do upon arrival....now, that its time for him to pay tution fee for college, he is mad! He is so desperate that he brainwashed one of his sons to blame me and make me feel like the whole thing is my fault! My son almost killed me last time bec his dad getting sympathy and ranting that he has no money. This is the biggest regret of my life......I believe if my sons are educated and grew up in the Philippines, they are more happy and was able to tap all their talents and intelligence. I am done here! And for people telling me that the money we earn here we dont get in the Philippines....sorry, my peace of mind and dignity has no price tag. I am not materialistic too. Respect to humanity is all we need!

The price for a one-room apartment in Moscow, for an apartment with a good renovation will cost you about $500 Plus utility bills with the Internet will be 50%. (The most surprising thing for foreigners is that in winter you can wear a T-shirt and shorts in apartments, and sometimes it will be hot), my cost of heating in a three-room apartment is $35 per month for 95 sq.m.\nDo you want a house? Please! House 435 sq.m. 3 floors for $100,000.\nAre you a young family? Get a preferential mortgage. Got a baby? Get money! A second one appeared. Get even more! Third child? Children's camps, travel card, free school meals, as well as a lot of benefits.\n2) Developed infrastructure, accessible public transport ($30 pass for all types of transport in Moscow and the nearest Moscow region), unlimited travel pass. 783 parks in Moscow, numerous shopping centers, countless child development centers; in winter you can ski and snowboard in these same parks. And I still remembered! Summer holidays for children are 3 months, so where should they go? Summer camp, give mom and dad a break from your nasty whims))\nIf you want to send them to the Black Sea, if you want to send them to Altai to a health center, you can send them to a city camp (They brought the child in the morning and took them away in the evening). Previously, I was constantly sent to the black sea on a permit that was given to my father at work (Shipyard). Now this is only possible in special cases.\n\n7) Vacations. You are required to go on paid leave for 28 days a year. 12 public holidays.\n\n8) Sexual minorities. Having seen enough of cancel culture, where the minority opinion became higher than the majority opinion, these communities were cancelled. When people are openly threatened for their opinions on gender. Fire teachers for using the wrong pronoun. Where pedophiles try to legitimize themselves. We are not on the same path with this.\n\nNow there is an acute shortage of IT specialists, maybe this will be interesting for them.\nFarmers like to settle here; 100 hectares of land can be bought for $16,000. Compared to Europe at $5000-6000 per acre. A well-known foreign representative is Justus Walker if anyone is interested.\nIn general, Russia is open to new citizens of the country, the state gives everything to create a unit of society, on your part you just need to be a law-abiding citizen and live a quiet life. I worked in the mines of Northern Ontario have had two wives and six children payed high child support and spousal support. But just before I was ready to retire I had no more responsibilities and I got to keep my pension. I brought a house twenty years ago in Newfoundland where I am from and put it in my Mother's name. I am now retired with a payed for home which I heat with a wood cook stove, electric base boards but never need them and have solar panels and wind turbines but I am still hooked up to the grid but my bill is 40 dollars.I don't have internet or Netflix only a cell phone with a 100 gigabytes download.I run my tv off solar power that charges golf cart batteries also have a generator to charge the battery bank .I download off of YouTube and other places to a 1 terabyte hard drive that run thru my laptop and have that backuped . I have a ham radio. 250 gallon water tank just in case the village I live in the water goes out. I have a water flush toilet and a compost toilet. My property has apple trees and very productive raised beds to grow food, I also fish and hunt small game but I buy beef and pork that is free range and grass fed from a local butcher. There are many ATV trails around here, we have a gas station and small grocery store which I try to buy as much as possible from to support local employment. I have a side by side ATV with a nice back box , insurance and gas cost nothing. I used to have a truck but got rid of it because I didn't need it to get around plus I enjoy the ride in the side by side. The only draw back is to many people drink and drive around here and young people on drugs who steal.. I have pension and benefits and traveled for five years before I came back here. I get restless for excitement but remember it's a time to be quiet. Don't crave others company and I am pretty healthy, the only stress I have is to figure out what I am going to do that day. Yes I have to work to get wood and grow food but I could sit on my ass all day if I felt like it but you got to keep yourself in shape. I watch a lot documentaries and read e books but have my favorite books in paper. It does get boring but boring is good and you must be happy with what you got and no I don't need a partner remember I was married twice and everything was about what they wanted and not me.. I have gotten used to not answering to anyone or having to meet their needs and wants.. yes I am happy and don't have to struggle

Maybe the ones who say America is a horrible country can truly look at what's going on and see how lucky they are. If still having issues with the US, I'm sure millions will trade places with them right now. Never, even at my poorest times in life or so sickened by some corrupt politicians or screwed up policies, did I ever want to live anywhere else.

You look like nice and reasonable people but come on. Complaining that there is no Islamic Environment in a non Islamic country is exactly the problem why a lot of people want you to go. I am born in a non Islamic country and do not want to live in a Islamic country. Why do other people 1st, 2nd or 10th generation from Islamic countries feel the need to change my country to an Islamic one while you have plenty of places to go. Canada is not an Islamic state and never will be. we have people all over the world with different languages and religions. What makes ISLAM special over the rest? Great speaker, but never answered the question about refugees because no one wants them. Except Canada. Gazans have been asking to be taken in as refugees until the war ends. No one in the Arab world wants to help. They should be able to leave war if they wanted, just like Russians and Ukrainians, however the difference there is that the West supported them and offered them refugee status. The Arab world is declining to do this, perhaps out of fear that they will never leave. Which mother would not willingly leave Gaza to protect her children during wartime? It's not that they don't want to leave their land, it's that no one will take them.

As an immigrant to Canada from a country that produces some of the most in-demand professionals, inventors, and artists in the world, I am appalled at North America’s ‘get rich easy’ culture. The States at least has a booming innovation sector that ensures it’s producing things others want to buy and can’t themselves produce. By contrast, Canada’s ENTIRE FREAKING ECONOMY seems to be built on getting rich easy without producing a thing of value for the world: how can flipping houses be the largest chunk of your GDP?! It sickens me. I’ll live and work there - at a job that pays six figures and came to Canada only because I moved there - for a few years, and then move. I have never seen a more dull and uninspired group of people.

Never compare a country with another. We are all educated immigrants who decided to immigrate over to Canada. Im from India, Canadians ive dealt with for my last 10 years are super friendly and sweet people. Yes as a Canadian now i love this soil, weather and i would not mind even giving my life for this country who has made my life better and given me all freedom to live my life the way i want.

Listened to your vlog and I want to suggest few things as an immigrant myself... I am not sure of your detials but seems like your husband came back after 2 months leaving you there with family.. I have rarely seen any family settling abroad unless they have seriously burnt all there bridges back home.. if you start with a mindset that let's go and see and if doesn't work out we will come back 90% odds are you will go back.. firstly come with absolutely clear mind that no matter what happens you are not going back.. and you will make it here no matter what. The journey will become much easier and one directional.. Secondly you do not have to rely on any family abroad to move.. this is an other mistake people make.. they think they will have support but this support is actually a limiting option ... it doesn't let you get on feet quicker. Nobody can support you for long abroad and sooner than later you have to get on your feet. once you over stay your welcome you can start getting some unwelcoming vibes and then you get depressed thinking there is no one genuinely yours in this country.. you waste your initial time relying on your family.. better start without them in the first place and get going from day one.. and lastly 2 3 months is nothing to settle any where let alone in Canada.. you have to be patient, persistent and focused and after 2 years and after seeing all the calendar and religious seasons twice, you finally start to think of new place as your home.. its hard but in the end it's truly worth it and then you can never go back to India or Pakistan

US family here. We were a big downhill skiing family, and often spent our winter vacations in the Laurentians. The exchange rate was great back in the 1990s and early 2000s. So when the time came to start looking at colleges, our daughter already associated Canada with fun, and fell in love with the University of Toronto. She was accepted. But before Canada would issue her a student visa, we had to provide evidence that we could pay full tuition, room, and board out of pocket. For all four years! They wanted an iron guarantee that she would never become a ‘ward of the state’ or consume public assistance services. We had to jump through soooo many logistical hoops for her to attend, it was exhausting to facilitate. But she graduated with honors in four years. All that time, the city was beautiful, clean, and vibrant, though not inexpensive. The St. George main campus, Queen’s Park, Bloor, Yongue Street, more. Everyone we met was friendly and respectful. We very rarely saw homeless and never tent communities. And crime seemed almost nonexistent except for bicycle thefts. Our daughter made many international friends and forged great relationships she carries to this day. So many wonderful memories. So it’s heartbreaking to hear how downhill the city has become. And the US is no different. It’s all in the politics, and neither Trudeau’s nor Biden’s policies are helping.

If a Muslim was able to live at peace without having the hidden agenda of wanting to take over our government, & then force their Sharia on all Canadian citizens, which I'm very grateful hasn't come to that extreme yet, then maybe I wouldn't have my defenses up the second I see a Muslim in public places. Church & State should NEVER come together as one. That would not be fair to all of those who belong to other religions. The only acceptable religions in Canada, are the Reformed kind, where you have the right to practice your religion in secret, so that it doesn't offend other people.

I disagree with education. They don't put pressure on children and want them to grow slowly and enjoy their life. India has more pressure and competition among children which is never good.

To Americans / Westerners here in the comments that have never been to the Middle East, or to those who had ZERO idea how educated most Arabs are—whether in Arabic or English—I just want you to realize that it is cultural programming that you are currently overcoming. The notions you were forced to believe by a biased media (& Hollywood movies) to think that all Arabs sound like Borat or have some weird terror tendency. \n\nAll of that nonsense, all of that propaganda, was crafted to serve a careful agenda. A dehumanization agenda whose purpose you can finally unravel and understand. We are owned by an invisible hand serving both a powerful entertainment industry & military complex. It is one entity (that also ties into finance) and it feeds you the information it wants to. There are many such deprogramming wake up calls you’ll have when escaping the bubble. One way I did this was with my travels to Muslim countries. Including: UAE (2015), Morocco (2017), Iraq (2023), and Saudi Arabia (2022) for Hajj.

Totally agree. If they leave their land they will never be able to return as Isreal will take it over. Isreal wants them to become refugees and then they would have to change their nationality and become either Egyptian or Jordanian and Palestinian would no longer exist, exactly what Isreal wants.

I was born in Toronto and bought a house in Ajax in 2013 (before the housing market exploded). \n\nEverything you said in your video is correct. As a new comer, I know it’s hard to advance your career, make friends or buy property. \nMy son is 23 and will probably never be able to own a home and he wants to leave Canada for a better quality of life. \nRaising taxes, high rent, the failing healthcare system, and poor quality of life (plus the cold weather) are all factors that should make immigrants NOT want to come here. \n\nAs far as making friends, you hit the nail on the head. People in Canada are polite, but not friendly. I find it the same here in Toronto. You’re most likely to build friendships with people you work or go to school with. I feel we lack the sense of “community” and don’t put in as much effort to maintain friendships. \nI blame the weather for this.
