I live in NYC, and have been to Canada at least four times, but the last time I was there was quite some time ago. I always had a good thought about Canada, because it seems like some of the problems we have in this city, Canada also has in some way. Right now the city is a complete mess; at post pandemic and with a bit of a recession and a noticeable increase in groceries to basic things like cat food and tissues. That's not the biggest problem, it really is the legislation or lack of for people who not care for themselves. Those homeless people are almost not helpable and I don't feel threatened by them, but other people definitely do. The way the government has handled these undocumented migrants is a complete disaster and couldn't have come at a worse time. We have a serious housing crisis as well, and people can end up paying for high rent, for not the best places, but they want to live in a certain location. The migrants are coming in at about 60k in the last two weeks. You see mothers with little kids or babies selling candy all over the trains and it's becoming too much. Many see it as a form of child abuse or exploitation and we do not respect it at all. I think they feel we are weak and will just pay double for something we don't need. At one station today I must have be approached 3 times and interrupted 2 times while using my phone. It's just too much and we already have a lot of immigrants here, so I'm not sure where these people believe they will find any meaningful employment and the cold is coming. I wasn't born here, but came legally as an infant. I think the border situation is a disaster and it's obvious to a lot of people that the government lets things happen that will definitely effect citizens in the next couple of decades. The city is crowded enough and I do not know where this is all going, people do not want undocumented migrants house a few hundred feet from a childrens school. I just don't understand how they let this happen....I guess this is how Biden does things and all the groups that cheered buses pulling in when it first started are dwindling down....they just want them passed on to someone elses responsibility, but wouldn't want them as neighborhors necessarily. It's a lot of hypocrisy here. Canada seems better in some places, and the same in others.

Why don't these Muslim men go to the British army barracks go to the football matches stand outside Buckingham Palace tell the world what you really think and what you really want tell them your fantasy story about the Blackstone and the power of Islam and what the prophet did to young kids I'm sure everybody can make sense of this they'll probably get behind you put it this way you won't forget it it would be a day to remember for you happy days just remember this is England

First of all, we should be careful with the use of the word “hijrat”. There are countries(I happen to be born and brought up in one of them) where muslims actually have a history of persecution, often resulting in riots, deaths. If you compare with Prophet Mohd. saws’s hijrat, it was a result of prosecution, suffering and life risk. Relatively speaking, sometimes our first world problems may look big, but they’re not really, compared to the state of Muslim lives in other countries. \nI have lived in Dubai(2 yrs), US(8 yrs) and Canada(1+ yr) and I want to say that Canada is a beautiful, diverse country for people from all faiths and backgrounds, so much better than what I have experienced living in the above mentioned countries and my own.\nThe grass is always greener on the other side and often we don’t understand these things until we experience them on our own. Make sure that you guys do extensive research in every aspect of your future lives and not just those top reasons mentioned in your video - for each of the probable countries on your list. May Allah guide you to the right path.

More power to you guys. We want more people like you in our society. this is really a great decision

I would give just 0.5 to Canada about Inmigración policy bc that 20% of Canadians most of them don’t feel really Canadians it also impact in bad way bc some of them want to live as they are used to in their countries

As a revert, born and raised here in Canada (Canadian 27yo F), this is one of my biggest wish to do my Hijra and move somewhere else. I truly want to wear the hijab and be in a muslim environment. I see Canada degrading so much and I really don’t want myself to live in this. I was thinking about the Emirates because I can easily speak English but I’ve read good things about it and also “bad” things.

I am from Bosnia and while yes we had great opportunities here, we are really wanting to move back home, its so nice to hear ezan, eat halal, eat healthy food , less stress, more walking, but it is hard to make the decision to leave family here.

You had me on your side until you brought up drag story time. Are you really that homophobic? How is that a threat to you or your children? Just don’t go to drag story time if you are so offended. Children shouldn’t be taught to fear what they don’t understand. You want to be accepted and yet you yourselves are not accepting. Oh well. Just my own opinion. You’re free to have yours even it’s wrong.

I'm a revert from the Netherlands and I'm having the same thoughts... The weather is fine for me, but the propaganda from the lgtv+ community, inflation, hate and prejudice for Islam, supporting genocide etc. is all making me doubt my home country and I really want to leave... I have no husband or children yet, but I don't want to start a family and raise kids in a non-muslim country..\n\n\n\nI'm looking forward to your next video, maybe for my own inspiration ❤

That's a really long way to say basicly no we don't want them....

Assalam o alikum brothers and sisters,\nI am from Pakistan. i was planing to move to USA, Canada or Australia but now after seeing the situations there and hearing you guys out. i think i should reconsider it. I really want to thank you both for sharing your personal experience and wanna wish you a very happy, safe and healthy life. May the Almighty ALLAH help us and guide us towards the right path.\nThank you so much.

I agreed with you 100%, we want to move out of Canada for the same reasons. We are in Quebec and it is even worse than the rest of Canada, with Bill 21. I really feel the Islamophobia here.
2023-12-27 0
I really think you are doing the right thing. Just have tawakkul and go for it and don't look back. Allah will make everything easy. I want to move too soon in sha Allah.
2023-12-27 0
Very proud of you guys and please pray for me inshallah my plan is to move to the Dubai I too want to move out of Canada. REALLY BADLY!
2023-12-27 0
Ma'sha'Allah may Allah make the move easy and beneficial for you. I am black born to Rastafatian parents in the UK. Since i was a child my parents have wanted to repatriate (move to an Afican land). I'm now Muslim Alhamdulillah and I really want to make Hijra with my children. Possible to a African Muslim country (Gambia maybe) but i hear Malaysia is lovely also. It's definitely beneficial be among the ummah

Canadian government dont really listen to Muslims and do not care about what they want and ask for. We vote in this country, pay taxes, contribute to the economy and still there is no one to listen our voice, and they support genoci** with our tax money.

Turn around and go back where yall came from because we cant even help our own Americans until we fix that your not welcomed here. Go apply for a visa if you really want to come here.

I wish you the best ?\nWe, (me my husband and my 7 years old girl) live in the UK Kent county BUT for the last year I stayed to think about moving. We are originally from Bulgaria but Turks and came to UK 10 years ago, we just bought our house 3 years ago, basically created everything from scratch. It is bot an easy task to start from the beginning again but I believe that if Allah maid to think about moving that means He will help you.\nAs a hijabi muslim woman in a community that there are not other Muslims around I can say I feel relatively safe BUT some days I notice the look of hatred in n some peoples eyes. The other thing my girl started to question some topics they have been receiving at school and it is a constant battle for me to keep explaining to her the right and wrong. More over she is listening for now but not sure for future and this scares me.\nAs you said praying and being a practicing Muslim is difficult here as well. We are Turks but do not have Turkish nationality but when we go for religious holidays in Istanbul I feel completely different, it just feels like I have to live there near the mosque. My inner me begging me when we are in Istanbul in the old part of the city to stay there forever. \nI really know what you feel and want. I am looking for Muslim countries where possible we can move BUT unfortunately I made the conclusion that there is not a place even in a Muslim land that we can live the way of peaceful practicing and being a Muslim what we want to be. \nJust advise be careful with the Arab world, other than that if you look at Türkiye I would say do your research really well, not in every town there you can live your religion. Azerbaijan is excellent I would say but they are still under the influence of Russia. \nSo really difficult decision, may Allah guide you. Amin

If you want a citizenship I don't suggest you go to any gulf countries, of course ignore any war countries, Malaysia and Indonesia have nice people and I think you can get a citizenship there, Jordan might be a good choice you might be able to get a citizenship and there are diverse groups of people but the economy and civil status laws aren't exactly that great, now Egypt is definitely a choice but the country is kinda drifting off of Islam in the recent years, terrible economic conditions and I don't think a citizenship is possible really, I'm not much aware of the Arab west countries but they have their pros and cons definitely, lots of people there speak other languages and there's some beautiful culture and a considerable amount of political safety compared to other countries in the region, other than the occupation Palestine would've been a great choice lots of foreigners live here but I'm not sure what requirements you need for that and I'm pretty sure they probably wouldn't let you do so as Muslims, I have very little knowledge but I wanted to share what I can, I hope it helps.

MashaAllah, u guys r such an amazing couples and parents. I know this is not an easy decision, but Allah is with u and I really stand and look up to u. Every parent knows what is best for their children and families. I live in Pakistan 2. Me and my brother were born in US to Pakistani parents. My mom didn't want to leave US but my dad said there is no religious environment there plus our whole family lives in Pakistan and didn't want us to grow there. Our apartment owner who was Christian was not letting us go. He said that u guys r such an amazing people, good Muslims, nice to everyone and take Care for everyone. It was really hard for both of my parents but Allah made it easy for us. My mom passed away when I was 18 and my brother 15 and I really miss her. My option is u can guys move to Pakistan. U can get Islamic education + Islamic environment. No matter how bad our politics, government doesn't care about Its own country and no cleanliness but I still love Pakistan. I really respect you guys for making such a hardest decision with strength. I really support you guys with this decision. Just don't mind I was just giving an advice that Pakistan is way better but it is totally up to u guys which country u like to make your better life. But where ever u guys go, u are all always in my prayers even our brothers and sisters in Gaza. May Allah bless u all with his blessings, protect your family from evil eyes, fill your life with joy, happiness, love and peace and May Allah make this journey and life easy for u and hereafter. ❤ Your family and especially your little kids

Is it really possible to just move to any country you want? I imagine most of them have stringent regulations regarding immigration--unless you are wealthy, of course. Anyway, just curious..... Good luck with your move!

UAE and most of islamic countries also supporting israel and if you really don’t want to support genocide of Palestinians then you should move to iran Lebanon Yemen or or somewhere in Russia ?

Omg, this is exactly the video I needed! I've lived my whole life in America, but my parents immigrated, so sometimes I feel guilty about wanting to leave. I really want to live in a Muslim country, and being from NYC, I love the city so Dubai is the only option I can think of. But I feel like Dubai has changed, I want a place more Islamic. Unfortunately, I don't have the money to travel and explore right now. But I think your videos about the countries you've considered moving to will be super helpful! You guys are giving me so much hope, thank you!

My family moved 22 years ago from Mumbai to Toronto…while the struggles said on your channel are real, there are also perks which I feel like you didn’t get to experience. If people have good jobs, stable family life then DON’T move…culture shock is huge that people moving from India don’t consider, just by wearing and eating western food doesn’t make you western! \nThere are sacrifices to be expected which you don’t realized as your great grandparents or grandparents might have made when they started out! \nMoving to another country is never easy, unless you’re loaded with $$$. People in India are lazy as they have people working for them and don’t realize how difficult it is living outside of that lifestyle (not everyone in India can afford housekeepers, cleaners). Being independent and doing things on your own has its own positive (just need to figure it out). \n\nI have worked in healthcare for 16 years and let me tell you…social system works better as everyone gets the health service without being judged about $$. Healthcare is based on priority around the world but people don’t understand this as they feel like their problem should be attended first no matter what! \nNot all drugs are legal in Canada, marijuana is legal though with acceptable limits…you probably were misinformed about drugs! Teach your kids about right /wrong when it comes to drugs, smoking, alcohol and that’s the best you can do! I know people who live in India and do all that which you mentioned you were worried about for your kids. \n\nWhat you experienced was a classic case of culture shock and your expectations didn’t match the reality! Moving away from family, changing lifestyle and being responsible adult (doing things on your own rather than relying on workers) is difficult but doesn’t make the country bad that have you an opportunity to settle! Don’t take things for granted even while you live in India…appreciate the effort that goes into everything- keeping roads clean, people working hard, etc. \n\nBest advice I can give to those considering moving to any foreign country is: Keep an open mind, be ready to work hard and visit the country you want to move to before you make the grave decision of uprooting everything! Things usually turn around and get better after 5 years mark- focus on upgrading your education if you have a basic degree from India (even you know how competitive things are in India, so how can western world not be!)\n\nBeing vegetarian- things are tough when it comes to food but living in Toronto has never been an issue. Even people living in India avoid outside food due to hygiene reason which is not a problem in Canada as food inspection is pretty strict (having worked with ministry of health). \nCities like Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, etc has variety of food options (including veg)…just have to be really open to trying other cultural food (Asian, Mediterranean, Italian,Mexican, etc). My parents are strict vegetarians and have never truly struggled when they are out. \n\nCost of living is definitely higher as the standard living is higher compared to India. Education (until grade 12) and healthcare are free (in reality, you pay tax for it), you get pension when you retire (based on your contributions and type of jobs you had)…you failed to navigate the system and I will say having family around is why you didn’t take opportunity to explore and learn on your own. \n\nPlease don’t come to Canada and make life difficult for other Indians who choose to willingly accept the culture and lifestyle here after going through this hardship- cost of living and housing has gone up dramatically in major cities because of immigration influx! If you’re serious about moving and putting up, only then move! Otherwise all the best for your future endeavours!

Canada has a massive hypocrisy that counters their 'inclusive' image. They are in fact more exclusive than most places, and extremely elitist, and discriminatory. Their immigration does not help matters by having a system that is SO insanely classist, that really only rich people can enter, and even then, it may not be enough. I read about a millionaire that was rejected entry, because they had a deaf child! Can you imagine?? So they are also extremely ableist as well, and lacking logic, as a millionaire can obviously afford their own child's medical care, and what does it matter anyway when Canada is supposed to have national health coverage?? So nuts. Yeah, they don't want to own that. They just love to call out the USA, whose immigration rules are FAR more lax than Canada's, or really most countries for that matter. Most people are totally ignorant about how the USA system actually works. Anyone can move to the USA. We let TOO MANY people in. Canada only wants young, rich, successful people to enter their country. Everyone else can just drop dead for all they care, and hey, with the laws about 'voluntary life ending', and how they are grossly encouraging that now for anyone who may be old, depressed, or otherwise 'expendable', what do we expect?

Indians like myself have opted out of working at Canada because \n1) It is costly to live here\n2) Canada harbours and provides safe haven to Pakistani and Khalistani terrorists that are a threat to Indians, specially Hindus living there. Their presence is a net negative for any society that wants to live peacefully (Not just for Indians/Hindus). \n3) Healthcare, house help services, real estate are really easy to avail in India. So you're at peace even with lesser pay and can focus your time on doing other things or simply relax.\n\nOne of the kids from our family this year avoided going to Canada for his masters only due to these reasons. Especially the second reason.

If they really don't want to leave their land, then why they migrate to Europe and west as refugees?
2023-12-24 0
All the pain and suffering aside because it’s not a laughing matter I just want to point out one thing! Come on bro really what’s the deal with that mustache but I do get the gesture though because the last guy that rocked that look did some pretty bad stuff lol.

If you want an amazing history podcast about the entirety of the Palestinian/Israeli conflict from the 1800’s to 2016, I absolutely recommend “Fear And Loathing In Jerusalem”. It’s a very thorough history and is about as non partisan as you can get on this issue. I really leaned a lot and it helped open my eyes to the entirety of this mess.
2023-12-24 0
His answer sounds really good but the question is 'HOW TO STOP THE KILLING?' which he did not answer. They just do not want to help the palestinians either

about the work policy , I really like Canada, bc every one worked. Back home if u have something like peeper works , you went in the office the workers who is working in the office they keep you long plus you have to go back and forth so many times one day works takes so many days, because the won't u to give them money if you want your peper work done, every one work in the office or somewhere is bribery. Or you have to know some one who is working in that place, altogether the true is Canada if u go any office , just waiting your line and when is your tren and they will help you,

Well said!! Really they want us to wipe their sin.
2023-12-22 0
Is really sad that no one wants PALESTINIANS on their own arabs countries\nI'm heartbroken ???
2023-12-22 0
But what about those that do want to leave? He’s not really answering the question.\n\nUkrainians also love their land and country, but Poland and Europe accepted millions of women, children and men that wanted to leave without questions.\n\nAlso, this is hypocrisy at its best. Saudi is supporting Russia, who’s doing the exact same to Ukraine.

SO DOES ISRAEL. STOP PRETENDING THEY WERE NOT THE ATTACKERS. THE LAND OF ISREAL BELONGED TO ABRAHAM, ISAAC, JACOB, THEN THEIR RETURN FROM EGYPT IN JOSHUA'S DAY. IT WAS PROMISED TO THEM. HAMAS JUST WANTS THEM GONE. STOP MASKING WHAT YOU REALLY WANT TO SAY!
2023-12-22 0
Ok so then how will this ever come to be if Palestine keeps sending bombs to Isreal? I know that Isreal is bombing them back to really badly but they brought it on to thier selfs just imagine a state in Iran that says it don't want to be a state in Iran so Iran gives them land to be in but then the people who are in that land want more they are not happy so they start bombing Iran and then Iran attacks the land you would all be ok with that right? Why because its the same religion killing each other all Palestine has to do is stopping fighting Isreal make peace work together stop spending all your money on weapons and armies that are just dying Palestine with the land it has can be great but they just want war! And the jews are not so innocent also they take land they mistreated people of other ethnicities but that being said war is not the way they both need to stop
2023-12-22 0
The palestinians do want to leave their land but they cant since the border with egypt is closed and no one wants to take them, egypts president A Sisi said it himself... open the border and then we will see what the palestinians really want.

What needs to happen is to find out what us driving them to the USAMERICA. \n\nUsamericans don't really want to know. It's not the immigration policy, it's Usamerican policy in these countries.\n\n\nIt's the USAMERICAN's dependence on drugs, corporate America, and USAMERICANs sending guns to these regions.
2023-12-21 0
Yeah right what he’s really saying is … we dgaf they ain’t coming here. Anyone who thinks it means any different is slow. They don’t want them, but now that it’s turned political he has to package it differently, but in essence what he really said was .. not my problem.
2023-12-20 0
If he was really telling the truth, like no one seems to want to recognize on this comment thread they don’t want the Palestinians as refugees even for a temporary solution because they are so dangerous. No Arab nation has said that they would help. Why is that
2023-12-20 0
What he is really saying is: Hell no! We don't want any of those troublemakers. Let Israel deal with them.
2023-12-20 0
Also, the surrounding Arab countries don’t want them. They have tried the whole refuge thing I’m the past and it didn’t really work out for them.

Canada has the same problem as the United States: wrong kind of politicians elected. Like the U.S., most Canadians consider themselves compassionate liberals and thus feel obligated to vote for said, compassionate liberal politicians. The problem is, for Canada and the U.S., these compassionate liberal politicians don't know how to run the nation's economy except to run it further into the ground. And when the problems get really bad, the solution is always, raise taxes because liberal politicians are either Marxist Socialist and believe the citizenry are obligated to pay higher and higher taxes for more government intervention, meaning, interference, in most cases.\n Whenever Canada does get around to voting in a conservative prime minister and government, the Canadian mass media immediately goes on a years-long negative campaign of deliberately undermining the government in the eyes of the Canadian People, demeaning them as inept and uncompassionate and comparing them to fascists. Eventually the Canadian People get so distressed they have to vote back in the liberal party. And then the same happens again.\n I'm just glad our Canadian brothers are not blaming the U.S. government or the CIA, but instead are clear-headed and courageous enough to blame their own government and past legislations and laws that do the exact opposite of what is supposed to happen, level the playing field for all Canadians.\n I'm reading about the outrageous pricing of Canadian housing and am astonished. But one YouTuber explained this about his Canada. Everyone in Canada wants to squeeze into the few, concentrated urban areas that concentrate business, finance, manufacturing, job opportunities, et al. As it happens, these areas are too few and far between. So what ends up happening is geographical overpopulation, despite Canada having a total population of around 32 million souls. People in California can certainly understand this phenomenon. You can purchase a 3-bedroom house out in California City, which is near the Mojave Desert, for $176,000, but there's nothing out there to make it worthwhile living there. Conversely, a tiny, 3-bedroom home in Torrance, Los Angeles, was selling for $800,000 in 2018. \n As realtors put it this way all the time, location, location, location!\n I'm going to pass on commenting on Canada's National Health Care. I've read criticisms from native Canadians on the Internet. As Canadians, they're entitled to say whatever they want about their country. If I, a Yank, open my big mouth, I'm going to get trolled by a hundred angry Canadians defending their National Health Care as the world's greatest socialized medical care. Health Care is already expensive enough in the U.S. Most people get it through their employer, which pays a part of it. But employees' monthly deductions for health insurance have been growing steadily over the past 30 years to where it's now a huge chunk out of one's monthly paycheck.

better help isn’t really a good company and has a lot of problems, i wouldn’t recommend it to your followers if i were you. not upset or anything just wanted to let you know, and thank you for the informative video!

Because Canada’s human rights record is now very poor and many of the immigrants have left tyrannical regimes and don’t want to live in another. Sad really but when they discard Justin and his “Illiberals” things may change.

I’m from Canada and moved to Europe the better part of twenty years ago. It’s nice to visit, but I don’t want to live there. I just feel it’s really boring and isolated.

I always wanted to move there, is it really that bad? The place looks beautiful and so far it's still a first world country. It cannot be that bad right?

Disgusting immigrants, they come to other countries because there is conflict in their country and given protection in other countries they want to determine their own rules. really disgusting
