It’s off to me that when things get bad in a country there is always a certain percentage of people that are just ready to give up and leave. If anyone knew how bad and unsafe life is in Juarez Mexico you wouldn't blame people from trying to run out of there. With the drug violence it's normal to just see dead bodies hanging from the side of a freeway together or laying on the streets. It's normal for young women to be kidnapped and killed. Normal for even the reporters reporting on the cartels to be killed. Many people don't even feel safe leaving their homes. Given half a chance I would try to run in there too but I understand the concern that we just can't let so many people in our country. I see both sides.

I studied in france, and quite a lot of indian students in my class were not interested in studies. They worked in indian restaurants 12 hours shifts and were literally absent from the classroom, no other countries students were doing this kind of thing. Most india Pakistan and Bangladesh. Why is everyone worried about them being handcuffed or shackled if they were flown back home. It would have been worst if they just dumped them in Mexico or Canada and told them go back home the way you came here. If I’m not mistaken they traveled by foot, bus, trains. I'm from Brazil, living in Brazil, and would like to understand why the drug crises happened in Canada? Because everyone complain but not explain the real cause. It seems that the answer could ofend people because is a political platform related to the liberals. Please, someone could say something about it with honesty? Reading all the comments and thinking if the effort of staying permanently is worth it! I am from Iran, have been studying here for 2 years, and reading all these disappointed comments makes me think deeply! I think it would be wiser to compare the Canada to other countries “now”. Comparing Canada to its own past and thinking of moving to another country because it’s better, doesn’t make sense. I am sure many countries are going through the same situation !

Why are people who came into our country illegally expecting to get on an airplane when there's 104 of them and only a few police officers and airline pilots. I would not have unlocked their cuffs either. Who knows what crimes these people committed. Absolutely, they are going to be in shackles. We have to understand that all of these foreign nationals, violated America’s immigration and border security law and are in the country illegally. They are being deported to Guantánamo in Cuba. Why would any sane person suggest that these individuals be allowed to freely run around in an airplane? Once they get to Cuba, once they are processed at Guantánamo Bay, they will be unshackled and assigned to barracks.

Well nothing like that, I live in Canada and can verify that. Problem is quality of immigrants, especially student is trash in Canada, Australia and Europe. They come to shady universities for studies, work full time both legally and illegally rather than studying and at end of their education, they have a fake degree with zero value. Just like most of the new graduates in India who have a degree with no practical value. \nIf you have a good degree, right skills in tech and some experience, there are tons of opportunities in Canada. I cuss Canada everyday but that's because I lived 10 years of life - studies and work in USA. So whether I move to Canada or any other country in the world, I would do the same as US has no equal in the world. I lived in US for 10 years, then India for 3 years and came to Canada 3 years back. I would still move to India after getting Canadian citizenship, but not because Canada has something bad or India has something exceptional to offer, but because I want to live with my parents in India. Thats the reason I left US but came to Canada to get a backup.
