for people from outside Canada that is praising this speech.., This is the first time he has spoken with some rationale thinking. You also don't know how he has supported the drug problem. In this speech he is doing an about face - it is pathetic to listen to this. He should have been doing this the last 4 years instead of driving this country into the ground. Of yeah, and he has parliament shutdown as we go through these external threats. Hold your praise, this is temporary.
