Canada needs to stop any and all Indian immigrants and temporary students from coming into Canada. The ones that have come over the last 5 years have done nothing but disrespect Canada and done nothing to integrate into Canadian culture.

The thing is that if they finished their studies and get some years of work experience they have the right to apply for PR. If the government doesnt want them, they have to modify their immigration laws and rules. They should clearly mention that they only need doctors and so on, everyone is welcome to study though

How about this one I'm dual citizen Polish and Canadian long time loong time :) and I have polish passport that's needed and Canadian Polish one I just pay few bucks and I get it no signatures of acquaintances like in Canada. This year I'm not getting Candian renewed cause I have Polish Passport that let's me just like Canadian passport with a bit differnet rules as of EU it's much more and allows. if I don't have Candian passport but I fly in on Polish and I'm a Citizen of Canada as well, do I really need Candian Passport to fly into Canada and stay as long as I want yes I can but is it really needed well will I have problems or just a few minutes when I land in Van or Toronto or Edmonton or Calgary. should I need one. No I don't since I am a citizen of Canada and its in Candian computer all info at the border. will they place me in jail at the border caus ei a citizen of Canada with out Candian Passport flying in on Polish which allows travelling as for vacation 6 months in Canada. let me know Canada officials. People need to understand a very important issue . It's called the right of return and palestinians that are forced from their homes Will not be given the right to return. Canadian government need to work with the Indian govt to curtain agents, and study abroad shops that sell the dream of a better life in Canada to students, and parents. It's not good for Canada, nor India, starting with first all the express entry and the naturalization and PR after 5 years. Shut down the Unis or have crack down on the Unis teaching useless courses thus creating the path for pseudo legal immigration of students flooding Canada

The Can gov was foolish to allow Mexicans visa free travel which has been stopped. Ran for some years. Indian always needed a visa and have seen reports that is now being scaled back some are even being turned away from boarding their final flights from transit points on multi leg flights like London / Qatar etc and at Indian airports on direct flights. Lets see if it makes any difference

During that period, I experienced firsthand the inflation and social challenges Canada was facing. After much thought, I came to the same realization as you—I need to leave my home country. The surging housing price, cost of living, homelessness, social unrest, and immigration concerns are global issues, particularly in so-called developed countries. I believe these aren't just problems unique to Canada but part of a wider systemic issue. Every society is attempting to tackle these problems in its own way. There's no perfect haven, so it’s crucial to consider whether a society's approach to solving these issues aligns with your own values. This should have been done years ago we have far to many people staying over their expired visa’s or vacation, migrants refugees, accepting asylum seekers etc, we must concentrate on our own citizens they need work young people need jobs, our governments have allowed segregation and it should not have happened now we have ethinic groups creating cities within cities , kids can’t get summer jobs nor weekend jobs or jobs after school no one will hire a Caucasian person it gets harder and harder everyday ho to Tim Hortons, McDonald’s, food basics , Lo laws, Metro etc, go to hospitals , other places like the hospitality industry, walk in clinics pharmacies go to any strip mall in any one of them it’s hard to find a Caucasian person working in bc any of the small store or grocery stores or pizza places hair dressers barbers ? my hid the list goes on if you take note of what’s happening in the United Kingdom ?? and some European countries and even in the states we are not to far away from such disasters we are not immune to them I fir one just dread going outside now with the gun and knife violence it’s horrible ,

To be Frank no one in the world think Canadian education is better. And no Canadian institutions or government think they are providing some kind of top quality Education. It is 21st century world doesn't need a college class room to get knowledge.\n\nAll you see is just a business. Canadian population is shrinking so government have to stabilize fund flow. That is why they are approving visa in large numbers. It is not hate, for me it is frustrating. I have been trying for 2 years to aquire work and not for nothing but i was averaging 5 to 10 postings in a day but quickly lost opertunitys cause the requirement for the jobs in the last few years has gone up with no traing options for me or people like me that cant find work in a perticular timeframe and we also need to have awareness and transpertancy about programs that are availbe to me. I have been living in Munich since 2021 and I've never experienced any unpoliteness from locals. I came here with 0 German and first year I spoke only English. I'm spending a lot of time and effort learning German. And it'd be great if the government supported learning it. But I'm not complaining, because it was my choice to move here. Nobody promised me that it'd be easy. Regarding friends, it's not so easy to find new friends as an adult even in my home country, so I'd not say that Germans are unfriendly. I can't blame Germans, they already have connections like friends and family, and many of them don't need new friends. But you can try your luck with other expats, many of them also want to find friends.

As a South Africa working in Germany on a skilled worker visa, it was not the easiest to get the visa even with a job offer and working remotely for the company for more than two years. \n\nI agree with the three points to improve.\n\nBut Germany is expensive, even if you get a cheap apartment and live on bread and one eat meat twice a week, it’s expensive, you keep on paying taxes or fines for things you don’t even know and or use.\n\nThe dream of living in a safe EU country is also becoming something of the past with increased violent crimes and the far right movement. \n\nMy plan was to save more money and buy a property in Germany, but on arrival I had to use my savings to pay for the massive deposit on an apartment and an over priced apartment at that. But housing is limited so you must take what you can get. \n\nThe “free” healthcare is pathetic in comparison to what I paid for private healthcare in South Africa, and I pay more for the healthcare in Germany than I did back home and you have less benefits.\n\nThe only reason I am here is as my home country doesn’t have employment for someone like me, and that makes me somewhat sad. My family came from Canada from India over 100 years ago we came over here legally we tried to assimilate I think what really bothers me now is that these new international students are giving all of us a bad name most of them cheat on their English exams back in India, and this is a known fact most of them can’t speak English and hence why they fail the colleges here expecting to be passed automatically. they work over 40 hours a week illegally and lie about it The government is subsidizing international students but they are taking jobs away from our students. We paid taxes my entire life and my son applied for over 100 jobs and got nothing because every single job is taken over by international students they are they are abrasive. They are entitled, they cannot seem to understand how assimilation works. They are so entitled and they feel they can protest out in the streets when they dont get PR. They came on a student visa and were expected to go home. They are now complaining and protesting at this point they all need to be sent home because this is ridiculous, PR should be handed out as needed not automatically and right now there are so many Canadians without jobs so we don’t need more workers. I also work in healthcare most of the students or their families come in don’t have appropriate healthcare and we end up paying millions of dollars in healthcare bills because of them, we have had families come visit their international students with no healthcare having strokes costing us healthcare workers and the government over $1 million. We don’t have the infrastructure for these students to stop. The government needs to stop subsidizing. The government needs to stop handing out PR like they’re handing out candyscamin India and here charged enough is enough. I will def be writing to my politician

Of you invite immigrants to fill a demographic hole that has been forming for 30 years you need to provide incentives to companies to build anywhere but Toronto. The government has neglected this and so now tens or hundreds (500) thousands of migrants have landed in and around Toronto because that is where the jobs are. In the Ontario town I grew up in back in the 60's, most families had at least four children, most dads had factory jobs and most moms were stay at home moms. Most families owned modest three bedroom homes, kids played sports, had bicycles, food on the table and never felt poor. If you are under 30 today, the Canada you are in absolutely SUCKS by comparison. When I graduated high school in the mid 70's I could have got a factory job that paid 10k a year and bought a modest home for 20k. Now, in the same town, a person earning 100k needs about 800k to buy that same house. So, people under 30 are giving up on getting married, having children and buying homes. Canada, thanks to Justin Trudeau, is on its way to becoming a third world country, but without cheap food.

The liberals will lose if they don’t do something with the international students I think that’s the number one source spot for everybody we want them gone. There is way too many. We don’t have the infrastructure and they’re taking jobs away from our own Canadians. Is there a way that they can be forced to work up north or somewhere, where work is needed not in the highly populated areas. Maybe they can be promised that they stay there for 10 years otherwise they’ll run back.

That’s excellent hopefully Canada will become Canadian again. As a Punjabi, I’m absolutely disgusted with these new international students. They came here on pretence most of them didn’t even pass the English test they cheated and scammed to get here. All these foreign students should simply stop coming to Canada. The entire tertiary education system would collapse. These colleges and university have been gouging these foreign students for years. This at its core has nothing to do with jobs. it is xenophobia. The white Canadian's are seeing too many colored people and it scares them. I am a Jamaican Canadian 42 year resident of Canada. I agree with your perspective 99.9%. Keep up the good work. Social integration requires fast track educational courses that stresses the importance of savvy customer relation procedures, gestures and practices. They must see it as not imposing but the norm in accommodating diversity in a multicultural city. Once they perceive the integrality and its inextricable component in smoothly assimilating, they will see the inevitable need to compartmentalize as this helps them to fit into their new welcoming family. Be reminded, in Canada, out of many, one family.

We need stricter rules for the international students: No work permits, two years tuition fees in advance, $50,000 per year for living support instead of the current $20,000. No PR pathway and return to their country after they finish their studies

Same in all Euroe. If you come to Europe illegally, you are welcomed, provided with food, shelter, there are programs to fit you into the society (which I am not saying is bad, but is someone doing something illegal). On the other hand, for a Doctor, that spent 8 years just university education, they put thousands of barriers and we just see the illegals already having an appartment paid by the government while we are making the line to pay for a medical license exam (that I needed to study 8 years to be able to apply for) and in german (that I needed to study another 2-3 years to learn + 1 year specific for medical german). I will not receive a free housing like they do and they will not look for giving me a job like they do.

These Colleges and Universities (like governments) need to streamline their operations in order to reduce costs.\nMy daughter is in her second year of College and the amount of waste and bureaucracy that exists now, is far worse than what it was when I went to College in the 90's.|

I have been in IT Security for more than 6 years now. I was working remotely for a US based company and earning in US dollars in TURKEY. Applied and got accepted to a German company because I didnt like remote work anymore. This was 3 months ago and I am still waiting for my visa appointment date. Left a lucrative job to go to Germany for a half of my past salary. That’s my stupidity. No answers from German embassy in Turkey. We are just told to wait. They are clearly telling us we don’t need you here. Waiting 3 months just for a visa appointment without any answers is crazy. I am already applying to other jobs. I guess they have enough Turks there hahah :D

Canadian multiculturalism has changed. It used to be you came here and became a Canadian... While still bringing in bits from where you came from. You have raised the number of students, their working status, and the employment authorization for students' spouses as a cause for the housing problems in Canada, particularly, it's negative impact on affordability. This is factually true, However, there are two sides to the housing affordability equation, which are the supply/offer on one side, and the demand on the other side . If we need or require the affordability equation to be balanced, we need to deal with both sides of the equation.
