Why not ask the same question to the European and Western countries? Asking such a question like they actually care about the wellbeing of the Palestinians. Why do Palestinians need to leave their land in the first place? The US and the Occupation need to keep their hands off Palestine.

What Mrs.Palki Sharma won't talk about is that there are mass number of Indians abroad who find it very difficult finding jobs & there is also a rise in the issues of civic sense amongst many Indians abroad. Just because we're the 5th largest economy doesn't mean we out right deserve visas. Even those countries cannot afford everyone. The immigration policies of Western nations have actually become quite a burden for them, there's nothing wrong with restrictions, they're not rejecting everyone.

These people are desperate, can you imagine things being so bad in your own country that you travel thousands of miles to try to get into another one that promises a better life? Perhaps the United States should tackle the immigration problem by trying to make things better in other countries so those folks don't feel in need to cross over into America. Every student who comes to USA for M.S. graduate studenfrom India pay only 1semister fee to colleges but they apply for 2 year tuition in Indian banks \n\nWhat is happening is colleges collect 1 semester fee and after 1st semester.\n\n students work part time at restaurants, gas stations, Motels grocery stoes. Mostly at non chain stores. \n\nLegally they are suppose to work on campus but they work off campus and earn and then pay for college. And some send to India they their friends illegally.\n\nThey travel up to 50 miles around to work. \n\nThese students work for cash and work for $7 to $8 per hour or even less.\n\nStore proprietors / owners tell these students if anyone comes for raid they will tell that they are working on voluntary basis and taking salary. So like this millions of students work illegally.\n\nAfter student comes out of college during OPT and stem OPTA they continue to work and approach consulting companies to generate payroll / trainee for no r a son just to give them status. \n\nDuring OPT these employers collect money to pay taxes and generate payroll and keep them to put them to work and maintain their status.\n\nThis does not stop here.\nH1-B workers who come from India on lottery 80% do not have clent jobs but they use back door and show that they have jobs and continue to pay taxes to show on paper that they are still working with a hope that they get jobs in future. And do part time work at restaurants, grocery store etc..\n\nStudents also stay in apartments in groups of 5 to 6 in 2 bed room unit and share and save money actual apartment lease is on only 2 people remaining people stay illegal.\n\nLandlord cooperation is there. \n\nthis situation is causing so much trouble to American citizens. Most Americans do not get a job even if they get paid low wages due to these unauthorized workers.\n\nCreate a department to report every local illegal student workers or H1-Bs or OPTs to ICE and disqualify them and cancel their visas.

Many degrees and diplomas either need to cut their superfluous fat, integrate cheaper online courses alongside their in school ones or find new ways to prepare students to the market to justify their existence. So many programs that have been cut have been proven to be fluff designed specifically to acquire PR or to make quick money. When Ontario finally reinvests money into Universities and Colleges it should focus on programs that will actually benefit both the student and the nation.
