No offence or hate, but the Indians who have money should try to start a business and make India better. Instead, they run off to the better societies. How will you guys make your country better if you desert it? I have often seen rich Indians come to Europe as students.

Even I feel why Indians have to migrate. Live a respectable life back home instead of making people outside uncomfortable in there on land. I am a Canadian Indian who came here in 1974, I was 8 years old when I came to Canada, back in my generation we respected the Canadian value system and culture and appreciation for the Country, we didn't come here with the mentality to dominate a country that accepted and open their doors to immigrants, I feel this young generations of today lack respect, manners, they have a strong sense of entitlement and a superiority complex that doesn't blend in with the Canadian culture please go back to India as it's not fair that we paid our taxes here for so many years and you come to take our jobs and dominate us and think you're so much smarter than Canadians if this is the case why are you flocking to our Country, please stay in your own Country and be better over there, this is not Indian so don't change the Canadian value system to be like India, I'm so disappointed with your unwanted behaviors and how you ruined our Country!

That needs to be shut down fast. The main culprit is India whose applicants need extra scrutiny.. If you file a claim after coming as a student it should be automatically rejected. If not automatic at the minimum it needs to be expedited and rejected for coming to Canada on false pretenses.

This is very telling and confims what we already knew. Many students are NOT here to study. Most are not. The student visas, which the liberals hand out like candy on Halloween, are simply an easily abused way of getting residency. And the liberals fell for it all hook line and sinker, letting in millions of students who will never leave, and who will then bring in their families as part of the liberal unification. This was their plan all along. Let's face it, Canada does not have an enviable education system. Why would an Indian student pay all that money to come to Canada to go to school, when they can easily get the same education for almost nothing in india? Back door immigration tactics. My kid just started college. His classes were of course stuffed full of international students on the first day or two. Now they don't come at all. They didn't come to Canada to study.

It seems like a good number of them are coming from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and the Middle East. We should definitely think about stopping student admissions, especially since tourist visas are being used to rush into Canada and apply for asylum. We need to put a stop to this kind of system abuse.

I can tell you one of the major reasons. It is the fact that these immigrants from India do not want to assimilate into Canada. Instead they bring their ways with them into Canada and some of those “ways”, are not acceptable in Canada. One example of that is the whole using the bathroom on the beach. But one that hits hard for me is the insane amount of immigrants that are harvesting spawning salmon with nets, without any of the properly paperwork that is needed to fish salmon with a rod. Using a net is illegal, I know they know it because when I catch them doing this. They become quiet and all of a sudden, after hearing them just speaking English, they pretend they do not know English… I can tell you this is all true. The other thing I have seen with my eyes is shop lifting from the local grocery store. I have never seen that before, not ever in all my years living here. It would be somewhat different if they were stealing essential items and essential foods. But they are not doing that, they are stealing all the luxury items. I am a white Canadian and I am proud of it, but guess what. I am also proud of the fact that I have a doctor that came from India and his family is thriving here. It makes me proud that he chose our country try to come to, with his educational background, it also makes me proud that he and his family have taken the time to try and assimilate into our culture. When I say assimilate by the way, I do not want them or and immigrant to completely abandon their cultures, I just would prefer it if they assimilate to the point where we can have a healthy community instead of all these separate cultural areas in our towns and cities. The other thing I have to add is that the word racism is thrown around too much and too easily in our current woke cultural climate here in Canada and this is just making the immigration issues worse because it produces a culture of fear for those Canadians that would like to help educate those immigrants that need help. But they do not do so because they are afraid of being labeled a racist or some other word and having their livelihoods and overall lives ruined. I am in a position in life where I do not care if people want to say such things about me. I am also well educated and in the position to come up with well articulated arguments in my defence. Ok so before mass immigration was a thing here in Canada our healthcare system that we all used to be extremely proud of the as showing too many cracks and we knew it was falling apart. You think the government would place more funding into the healthcare system. Well that has not happened and if anything they have taken more funds away from our healthcare system than any other time in our country’s history. So before the mass immigration begun we had a major issue with having way too many patients and not enough medical staff to adequately treat everyone in a timely and healthy manner. So now think about that, the healthcare system was already stressed with the current population before mass immigration. How do you think adding waves and waves of more people every year via mass immigration is affecting that system? The answer is this… if the system was stressed beforehand, it is collapsing now. I am one of the lucky few that has a family doctor right now. It takes three months the just for me to see her… If I have an emergency and have to call 911, the ambulance will take me up to the local ER and then I will be wheeled out to the waiting room, which defeats the purpose of me calling 911 for a ambulance. I have waited two days at the local ER just to see a doctor. So here is where it affects the immigrants coming in. If a Canadian that was here before you is already having major issues with the healthcare, then I can only imagine how hard it will be for a new citizen to our country, nuff said really… the local er near me had a person die in the waiting room this past January. Add to this fact that I am actually pretty sick at the moment and so are my parents and you can understand why I am upset about our failing healthcare system. The politicians do not have to worry about our such issues though because they can afford to pay to go outside of Canada and pay cold hard cash for medical treatment. That is why they do not mind removing funds from our healthcare system, it will not affect them and they get to line their pockets with more of our tax money… I honestly place most of the blame for what is going on right now on Trudeau’s government and not the immigrants. The immigrants could help make this crappy situation a lot better for both of our parties though if they tried a little harder to adapt to our ways of life here. When in Canada try to live like a Canadian, I do not think that is asking much. Again, as for racism, I believe in judging a person by their actions and not by the colour of their skin. Racism is such an antiquated way of thinking… Our skin colours maybe different, just like our cultural backgrounds, but after all is said and done we are all members of the human race. International students have no rights to protest other than study, which is why they come in the first place. Canada or US didn’t go to india and say please come. I think Canada should stop taking students through consultants in India. It is in India that people are selling false info and the students are blaming Canadian government. Even India has immigration rules and they are also strict in enforcing. Plus international students have to pay 10x more in Indian top colleges than local Indian. The problem in Australia was less about cheap labor (although our farmers are still exploiting backpackers and anyone else they can dupe) and more about fake students who have come here to work illegally and get PR. Award wages mean nothing to many Indian business owners in Australia and the education agents in India continue to lie to prospective students who want to come here. Journalists who try to track the shonky operators down are met with thinly veiled hostility in the rare cases that they find the people behind the scam.

YGood day. For from context I'll reveal a little about me. I am around 27% Indian, 34% northern African people which is around 61% combined. My other ancestry includes Wales, Sweden, Norway Scottish and Irish, Hebrew/ jew as in from 12 tribes of Israel, However, the world calls me black Jamaican born. I live in small town with population under 41,000 people in northern Ontario Canada for past 21 years. I remember when I came here with company contracted to build and say very few black people mostly French African and some mixed black with some Chinese probably total under 20 people other than white or indigenous peoples. Over the years was steady increase of black, Chinese, Philippino, and my Indian doctor and his family to maybe total around 50 none white none indigenous peoples. Just before pandemic we had a large number of Indian students which was awesome to see considering my heritage as my grandmother on dad side was Indian. But a year before pandemic we noticed many started working in convenient stores and fast food places like most high school students do to save for college/university which was becoming a problem for Canadian students as some employers got incentives or cheaper labour to maximize profits. As pandemic rolled in so it seems more Indian students from other regions in Canada. So, Canada, Ontario, and small town I reside already had huge housing problems as some homes we even to be condemned and indigenous homeless from north increased crime rates and now we had students living beyond building code occupancy with shared living causing rentals to shoot up in prices as landlords became greedy and selfish. This small town of under 41,000 is by some estimates over 55,000 by increasing Indian students who for past 5 years fighting to get permanent residents even though they came as students which proves the goal was always invasion and coming as students was the ticket. If you and rest of new immigrants don't see the problem yet, I'll continue. 95% of taxis have Indian drivers, 98% food and other delivery Indian, 90%+ convenience and groceries, clothing and all stores 90%+ , vehicles on roads 70% Indian, my son barely got into college with 90%+ Indian population in college and his class is 2 white students, himself only mixed , and 2 Africans and 22 Indian students who cheats on a regular basis but professor afraid to confront as they are quick to call racism. But even bigger for me is these Indian students/new immigrants have no respect for the history of Canada and USA not knowing how indigenous peoples were raped tortured and murdered to take over this country and then enslaved African people to build this country while they raped tortured treat less than animals and still suffering with fighting for equal rights for over 400yrs while still being racially profiled and beaten and murdered by police officers because of this colonizers system. Now you come here and benefits from black and indigenous peoples struggles and claiming rights when you have not been fighting the battles with us or for us. Also, the criminal aspects of your community is not being taked about as well which includes extortion to businesses owned by Indians, car thefts, drug trafficking, human trafficking and other criminal activities. There's so much more than just saying you feel unloved by the people you're taking things from for their children and grandchildren and generations without showing any respect as that is defined as selfish.
