Just got this video suggestion and it's about 5 years old so I hope this has already been addressed. I can't fathom the fact that so many people can get away with it. Imma be honest I’m not surprised u moved to Canada Asians for the most part are always unaware about what goes on with the economies of the world unless u get your information from the news??.I mean seriously people it’s time to wake up in 2024 of course Canada isn’t a great country it hasn’t been in over 40 years same as my home country here in the USA where more Asians and Indians and Mexicans keep coming here but they will also learn the hard way about America ??.And don’t worry about it what they saying in the news it’s all garbage ?️ the problems in America and Canada including the u.k are server understated part of this is because these are developed countries with everything being so developed why would there be any problems I have talked to many Asians from Thailand and the Philippines ??.They literally told me they see USA as paradise like what the hell honestly because we have streets and expressways everywhere that’s exactly the problem and no agriculture no farming all warehouses and big retailers and no small businesses.All government shitty jobs paying average money we have some of the dirtiest and worst public transportation in the world it is so slow with constant delays and only go through major cities they will never fully extend it out into other areas.Condemning walking and by cycling is freaking insane to me making things more spread out instead of walkable.Allowing the cost of living and inflation to go up while keeping wages the same so your own citizens will get priced out of their own economy to allow foreigners to come in so u can get away with paying them less way to go America,Canada and the u.k.And don’t get me started with all of this dam regulations and laws being made surrounding everything my good ness man I’m so glad I’m leaving America all of these western countries are a hot piece of garbage.

When there is more immigration than needed some will leave. Reverse immigration happens in every country. Do I care people leaving? As a Canadian, stay the hell away at this point in history, you would be shocked at the cost to live here. There is a massive housing shortage right now, so of course, the rent, and real estate is completely unrealistic now. The cost of literally everything is driving through the roof right now. If you are thinking of coming here, I would wait a few years till we get this mess sorted out.

As much as he is right about the fact that the world needs to do more to stop the killings and getting the necessary aid in, i cant help but think that we will never know whether the palestinians actually want to stay in that land or to escape the fighting until the borders are open. Good at the end of the day, we don’t need to defund things like police, what we need is to defund school. At this point, it’s a useless system that’s been overdated. It’s does absolutely nothing for the Canadian and the Canadian working class, and just gives international student a free pass to a PR statue. Which doesn’t nothing but take up resources. At fanshew college it’s basically a place with a bunch of immigrants using it as a holding cell till they meet the requirement and what’s funny is that all fanshew Programs and degree only take not even haft of the minimum effort to pass and get a diploma. So now we are recruiting a bunch of immigrant who are gonna rely things like our society infrastructure which ends up taking away resources for people that actually contribute to this country. Meanwhile, my honours student Uni grad niece couldn't even get a spot into Teacher's college at the local institution she graduated from and worked in the research lab. This wouldv'e allowed her to remain living at home, saving thousands and thousands of dollars mind you, because there were so many international students accepted. So, she had to move several hours away (to a far better Uni imho), incur the expenses and live with strangers instead. Local kids getting treated as 2nd class to internationals, clearly. So then, the foreign student heads back home shiny new Canadian degree in hand, and who benefits? Not Canada, for damn sure. And don't get me started on how we have to relax standards in the medical profession to bring in foreign trained doctors and nurses to mitigate our own short comings in relation to capacity.

I am a Canadian living in New Jersey. I know of 60 other Canadians who are living here because of the situation in Canada. New Jersey allows persons with no legal status to get a drivers license, TAX id number, and but real-estate. A luxury home in exclusive Margate is 41.5million. 5 miles away a large home is $350k. In Mississauga a crappy home is $2million.

I work for the BC provincial government, and part of my job is to hunt for homes to house women who are escaping violence. After spending 3 months searching for homes in Surrey, I've seen anywhere between 10-22 individuals living in a modest sized home. These homes are often very well run-down, have poor plumbing, and many illegal suites, and I've literally seen people sleeping in closets. Landlords can get away with this because the students from India don't care, don't have a choice, or are used to this standard. What the federal government is doing is unbelievable, allowing many people into the country. Just because international students come from places where they can sleep on top of each other doesn't mean they should allow it to happen here, reducing the living standards for everyday tax-paying Canadians. Despicable.

I’m a Canadian who moved to the United States. I recently got my U.S Citizenship. Life has been so much easier here. I have so much more savings and disposable income. I have a mortgage that has a rate that is locked in for 30 years! A 30 year fixed mortgage. My phone is unlimited for $30 a month. Insurance for two new cars is $170 a month. Gas is cheaper. Food is cheaper. Alcohol is cheaper. When you go to the doctor or hospital you get seen right away. I’m very unlikely to ever move back to Canada. I love to visit, but the U.S is far superior when it comes to overall quality of life which I have experienced first hand.

I moved away from Canada to South Korea !!! Much better here !!! Canada boring !!! Its nit cost if living its what your money gets you if you have money. Canada is good for people who have nothing and want to start up from ground. When ya have something worst country to live in.

Depends on your interests and personality. Small cozy Ontario towns is where it's at for me. The arts are nice in Toronto, but giving yourself a 2 hour buffer between you and the weirdos, the mental meltdowns on the subway, and filth, is my favourite way to deal with the city. Get where you need to be in Toronto, leave quickly, and watch the violent crime and culture collapse from far away. Honestly even participating in arts is nicer in the smaller towns now, I guess I have no reason to be there anymore.

A big part..........at least here in Vancouver why the healthcare system is broken here is due to the ongoing opioid crisis. The downtown eastside where many of the homeless and drug addicts live is known as the vortex because it sucks in all 1st responders across the lower mainland. Yet when someone who lives somewhere else in the city needs an ambulance you are screwed. Last year I had to wait over 8 hours for an ambulance........I live less then 10 minutes away from the nearest hospital. Because I couldn't move I had to sit there while my roommate had to call 9-11 over a dozen times to get me an ambulance. Doctors are even telling people to take a cab to the hospital if they can walk, because it's faster. \n\nAnd even when I finally got to emergency I had to wait hours to get looked at. The doctor didn't see me for almost 6 hours while i'm lying there screaming in pain. And this was on a Tuesday night, not even a weekend.

I have been in Toronto since 1990 - used to love it but now... we're bankrupt as a City due to all the immigrants and homeless migrating here - thanks to our Federal Gov't not doing their jobs. I am disabled and was attacked 4 times on the TTC last year. Really hating what this city has devolved into. But where to live? Moving back to the UK is not an option as it is much the same there. Vancouver again? Not much cheaper but at least there you have more opportunities to get away from people.

This is a good example of what differentiates a Canadian from a person who holds Canadian citizenship. Not that you're wrong about the state of our morally bankrupt secular culture and government, but that's something that I'm going to fight against. I'm not going to run away, because this is my country that my ancestors spilled their blood for, and it's still worth fighting for, at least to me. I and every other Canadian have no other home to flee to. As far as Canada not being Muslim-friendly enough, why should it be. This is a Christian country founded on Christian morality and Christian-based law. I'm not an islamophobe, but I do believe that our cultures and people should remain separate, as they are quite alien to one another in many ways and there's no getting around that. I don't want my country becoming more Islamic just as you don't want your home country becoming more Christian.

I grew up under communism, so logically as soon I got away, was looking for a free and democratic country. Back then the West and Canada was a different country/ value system. No freedom left, the restrictions on speech is worse now than under communism, also the presence of the surveillance state getting more obvious. Covid tyranny should be an eye opener for everyone. Talking about the mystery why average dead rate went up suddenly still a no-no. The best way to illustrate how bad direction Canada is heading, Ukrainian refugees are leaving Canada! Of course they don't go back to die for US geopolitical intersts, but try to settle in a European country.

I lived in Pakistan for 5 years for medical school. As much as I appreciated it, I knew I could not settle there. You will appreciate all the little things once you move. You can get ripped off by utilities company over there. Unless you know someone in power you don’t stand a chance. The inflation there is much higher than here. Some days you can’t find any meat or other foods. Almost everyone is trying to rip you off. Also safety is an issue. I was young and dumb. I was never targeted but it happens to locals all the time. As a westerner they can spot you a mile away even if you dress like them. You’re complaining about the cold, wait till you feel the heat. Electricity goes out all the time. You need to know people and have family in these countries. You can’t get things done independently like you can in the west. Also there are very few jobs that allow for the standard of living you are used to. If you are willing to sacrifice 90% of what you have now then you might have a chance. Lastly, you will most likely have to put your children in an American school when you get there because they don’t speak the language and they will act like westerners. And hide your wife from YouTube for God’s sake. If you had a billion dollars would you broadcast it to the world?

I really don't care that you're trying to make a better life for their family or for themselves in America stay away we are full if we weren't full and we had room for them I wouldn't care that they're coming to make a better life but when we don't have any more room you better get out of the country or stay away or they should find out what happens when they don't listen to the USA the country they want to come to.

We are living in the end of times. The word of God say's these things will happen and we are seeing them fulfilled before our eyes. We are to move our families to the countryside, where we can grow our food and live as self sufficient as possible. These things will happen around the world. There is an agenda out there. Many of your numbers are wrong sweetie. Here are the facts;\n2 years ago, you would go to IGA (where food is fresh but it is pricey), you would get out with 2 bags of groceries for about 120$. Today, it is 180$ for the same 2 bags. this is NOT a 10% increase... but almost the double in price!\n\nRent, in Quebec province, have gone from around 1,000$ to 2,400$ in less than 5 years, and each time a tennant leave his place, the landlord rise (against the law but nobody can do anything) the rent often by 25 to 40%!!! The Demand is so high, that he can refuse you for any reason (including racism, children, pet, smokers) he can think of. Again, this is against the common law but in truth, there is nothing anybody can do, unless you can bring him to court, which takes lots of money...\n\nSo in reality, from the last 5 years, almost everything has double in price and salaries have barely start to rise (mostly due to unions who revolted) but if you are not part of one, your salary basically stayed the same.\n\nA very good advice, don't come to Canada. There is no 'dream' here anymore. it is hell. And even if you find a decent job, you will be ask to do the job of 4 peoples and taking your vacation will be near impossible without losing it.
