There are tons of visas being approved everyday, for Indians, for multiple countries. There are a lot of reasons why a visa is rejected, incomplete application, lack of suff funds, unable to explain the reasons for travel with adequate paperwork , and lot of other issues that every consulate has to deal with across the world. If the rejection rate is over 70%, that would be a concern and best not to travel to that place anyways.

For people who live in Vietnam, the average monthly wage is $424 Canadian. The average wage in Canada is $5,607 so developing countries are cheaper if you are making North American style wages.
