US trade with China is now only 16% of Chinese exports. Trump no longer has the leverage he had in his first term, and China has learned not to trust any agreements wth the USA because the US always breaks them, particularly Trump. Our products are manufactured globally, so I am curious to see how Trump's supporters would react if the prices of vehicles like the Silverado and Tahoe increased by 35%. So we import Lumber, oil, cars, and more from Canada. So gas is going up Lumber is going up, and cars are going up. The last Trump admin Trump hit Canada with a 25% Tariff on steel, Canada then slapped in response a 25% and dollar for dollar Tariff on US products. I'll say it again Trump does NOT know what a Tariff is or works. So if your in a hurricane state and are re-building your getting hit with a 25% plus increase.

As a Canadian I'm quite pleased with Trump tariffs this will help accelerate the decoupling of Canada from Trump land.
