These videos are important to let people know that Canada is really not a great place. I suppose the only really good thing about Canada is it is better than Haiti or Afghanistan. The climate is horrible, cost of living and taxes are very high and services like health care are spotty.

im a canadian living in toronto, and been here most of my 65 years and believe me it has changed not for the better but worse country to raise a family. government care more about the criminals than hard working people. if you try to defend yourself here at your property you will be charged . we have a government run by a dictator and because he has a famous name he gets a free ride on lying and cheating by the mainstream media of a well establish liberal newspaper . people dont feel safe going out downtown toronto once a safe and vibrant city but destroyed by the woke crowd and left leaning politicians.

That is still better than living in india. Quality of life in india is horrible. A single room apartment in india can easily cost between 25000-35000 in cities like pune , Bangalore, hyderabad and Mumbai. Mumbai is the most expensive. Salaries is so bad that an average person simply cannot have any dreams. Also many apartment in india which are rented don't even have gas so cooking food at home is not an option. Quality of food outside is horrible and also expensive. Water is of bad quality as well. So many things in india are actually more expensive than canada for example- phones , laptops, cars , fuel , protein supplements, real estate. My parents don't have enough money to send me to canada. So many times Living in india actually makes me wish I was never born. It's been years since I have stopped celebrating my birthday. Just existing and continuing to live because if I end my life who will take care of my mom and dad.

I’ve watched the video and I’ve read many comments. My message it’s to immigrants, Canadians & everyone. Just be some patient to read for you to think reasonable after this. I’m sure you’ll start to be reasonable regarding Canada. I had a good life good job & a nice home in Ukraine. Due to the barbarian russian invasion my family & I fled the horrific situation in Kharkiv city. I was driving a mini bus of 4 families! Most are children. We’ve arrived to Europe. Crossing many countries (Poland, Czechia & Austria) we’ve arrived to the country leading the EU. In Poland & Czechia, we’re treat very good by the people. In Austria we got hardly a payed hotel where children could get a rest!!! We still didn’t understand why they don’t want to give us rooms despite we’re paying for our staying!!! In Germany, I believe that the government did its best. But the number of comers is huge! Of course many they got disappointed as happened with me! But I still understand and believe that really the government & people did theirs best. So fast I got a job! The social connection helped to introduce me to the company! But i was not hired, I still to express myself & my qualifications. The manager was understanding, so he accepted to communicate in English and to offer me the job in case if I am successful doing the job during the first week at the site. I had to change the machines menu into English. So the manager was very satisfied with my job and I got that job. The rent! You’ll get it only if you receive the blessing of each member of the county and a very strong social connections! The doctors! To make just a blood work for my son it took 45 days of waiting! To get the doctor appointment, you need that a German guy call and get you the appointment! Because when my wife called, the secretary said: we don’t speak English! But when my wife went for her visit she figured out they’re speaking English better than her!!! My son has an issue of hyperactivity, so they refused to accept him at school more than 3 hours a day! And he was excluded from the birthday parties of his colleagues aswell other events! Other Ukrainian children, they were just attending classes! Just a show! No body cares how help their integration! About, the taxes! The half of my income was going to the government! The money back?! Only 200 euros/ month for my kid. And nothing else. Nothing! To get a neurologist appointment for my son it was necessary to wait 3 months! Prices?! Everything expensive! Technology?! Not better than Canada at all. Bureaucracy, Canada is much less. Banking system, Canada much better. Where in Germany?! The best province in Germany “Munich”. Where people stoped long ago dreaming to purchase a home. Guys, Canada doesn’t through broken people as we were in camps! Where nothing is human there! Canada doesn’t enter you in cercle of hell bureaucracy just to get your kid into school! And if he needs a support he get it right away without any background that he’s not our!!! I got a good job in Canada; so fast. Without any social connections because simply I do not have any. I rent an apartment for my family, without to proof to the landlord that I’m the best guy in the world with a witnessed county about that!!! I want you to be sure, that I am not the lonely case. Just ask Ukrainians stied in Europe for a while before they move recently. Just ask them. I am not saying it’s a paradise or cons don’t exist. Just paradise doesn’t exist! And cons are everywhere. Just I want you to be fair about Canada. Please, be reasonable! The cons in Canada are not catastrophic, and it’s not difficult to fix them. It may take some time, but not difficult. Believe me it’s not about only Canada. The whole world is going a step back! I wish that my experience, helps to understand appropriately.

Canada is not worth coming to if you own a home in your current country and are generally happy, have a decent job and family, don't come here because it will not be easy or better than what you have. You will have to start from nothing, working the worst jobs cleaning hotels and toilets or working minimum wage in a retail store, even if you are a professional in your home country. There is nothing better here, nothing is free unless you come as a refugee. This country is the anti-dream of America. The taxes are very hi, the rent is unaffordable, to buy a house you have to make $200,000k a year, so basically you will be screwed. There is no way to save for retirement in Canada, so don't think life will get easier. In Canada you will get stuck working well beyond your retirement years like into your 70's you will work here until you drop dead. My parents are 70 and still work because they are still paying off their mortgage, while they get retirement $1,300 per month which is the standard is a joke since it doesn't cover the basics, you need $6,000 at least to survive for a month, to buy food, gas for your car, carinsurance, phone bill, utilities, anything else, just the basics. What the government gives you is completely unrealistic to the times, considering the amount of money people pay in taxes you don't get enough during your retirement years, the government has no use for you so they dont care about you when you get old.

Further, Iraq has better health care then Canada.

I am originally from Buffalo, NY and we are literally 5 to 10 minutes away from Ontario CA, 1 hour away from Toronto, CA. It is better to me than American. The streets are clean, it is not segregated and food portions are smaller. The only thing I never understood is when Canadians came to Buffalo how they totally switched gears and started acting router then how they normally at the Canada. They also love to litter up in Buffalo, NY as well but they wouldn't be doing that in Canada. I used to work at the cheesecake factory here in Buffalo New York. And I guess there's not a cheesecake factory Canada. But we used to always get slammed because of how close we were to Canada and how Canadians love cheesecake factory. But they will trash the bathrooms , leave their clothes in the bathrooms. Was very rude to staff. It was crazy. But other than that if I had the money I would move to Canada. I heard a rumor, that taxes are higher up there because your health care system is universal and the colleges are free in Canada. Is that true?

Meh. Canada is better in general. Not much to discuss. Just for safety and health care alone which is one the most important reasons. I can make a whole list. US is better if you need more people for businesses and junk. And fast food.

I think you ladies are way out in left field and you really don't know what you're talkin about. Unfortunately for some people it doesn't work out for whatever reason usually because they do not want to assimilate very well. I grew up in Ontario to a french-canadian father and an Italian mother in my life in Canada was so perfect said if I had to dream up a better life I could not have done so. I grew up playing all the sports and enjoyed all the different sports and the changes of seasons. My parents had a summer home on the st-lawrence river and every summer we water-ski swam fished, play golf in the morning and barbecues every night right on the water. Even though my grandfather was in the hotel business I was all about sports and enjoying everything about it. I grew up in a town of about 50 thousand about 40 miles from Montreal. When I wanted some great nightlife just drove a short drive to Montreal and it had everything did anyone could want in Nightlife. I have lived in United States for forty years and I can tell you that it really isn't all that it's cracked up to be. Heaven forbid should you get some kind of catastrophic illness you are screwed. I knew a woman who work for travelers insurance for 30 years at the best insurance a money could buy had suffered a couple of strokes and was on the verge of going broke had she not died when she died. People think that insurance continues to pay his long as you're ill and nothing could be further from the truth. This lady was going to have to sell her house to continue paying for round-the-clock care had she not died when she did. United States middle class is getting wiped out. I've seen enough poverty and hardship in this country to last a lifetime. I find greed to be running rampant in this country. When I grew up in Canada there was always the grass is greener on the other side and when I did move over to the other side the US that is I can tell you unequivocally the dead grass is not greener on the other side. There are more millions and millions of people here that are one or two paychecks away from being homeless. And we're talkin 2023. Now let's talk about violence. There is a mass murder in the United States every single day of the year. And a mass murder is defined by four or more people being killed by one person at one time. Killing these so out of control in the United States that now even six-year-olds are shooting their teacher. I find a tremendous amount of built-up Anger from people. Food is very expensive and shelter is also out of control and non affordable to most people. Again I find United States being able to paint a much Rosier picture then does really exist. And there are more con artists and thieves , Crooks, con-artists, bamboozlers, cheats and scammers then anywhere that I've ever been. And I will say this is it it ain't getting any better and I don't see it ever getting better. I find it is everybody out for themselves no matter who they cheat. I live in Southern California and I can tell you that night life where I live is non-existent. Understand that LA and Hollywood they always have to glamorize everything to sell it to tourists. Just remember that things today are not what they were 40 years ago. Middle-class people in Canada would also be just middle-class people in the US. But if your life means anything to you as far as safety and raising a family then Canada wins hands down end of discussion. People that say Canada is boring is because they are boring. That's what I found to be pretty standard across the board. Life is what you make of it. But I will say that you gals definitely need to move away if you don't like Canada. Do not let the door hit your ass on the way out. And just for your information Canada ranks annually as one of the top countries in the world to immigrate to. Canada is the second largest country in the world by land area and next to Saudi Arabia has the third largest oil Reserves in the world. Canada has huge amount of freshwater which most of the rest of the world seems to be lacking and having spent my Summers on the Saint Lawrence River one of the Great Rivers in this world. I wouldn't change my twenty years in Canada for anyplace else in this world and I will be moving back shortly.

I live in Japan right now and I could totally relate to your sentiment when you brought up locking the doors. I've forgotten to lock my door countless times here in Japan, but I never feel worried because crime is just so low here. I never forgot to lock my doors back in the states and that was probably due to my sense of paranoia of what could happen if I forgot. I feel more at peace here than I do back in America. Also Japan has so much healthy (AND DELICIOUS) food everywhere you go. Fast food chains aren't all over the place here in Japan besides in Tokyo (and maybe some other big cities), but that isn't most of Japan, so living here has forced me to eat healthier and I am so grateful because I feel a lot better. I feel like moving back to America one day will be very hard when it comes to this.\n\nAlso I am surprised you all didn't mention the differences between health care! I know when it comes to Japan and America these two countries are night and day different.

Everything your saying is true I am Canadian. I tell people from the states the difference in school parks that I seen. All the kids in Canada are in side doing homework after school. Because are school system is way better. You see kids in the states out side playing sports for scholarships. So thats why as Canadian I feel we don't care about leisure activities. We rather travel and come home.

Dad thought my brother and I would get drafted. \n\nHealth care sucks for different reasons. The horror stories I can tell you that I'm STILL going through here in Canada is insane. \n\nLived in Texas just outside austin south/east going towards Lockhart. Different breed of human beings down that way. I loved Austin. Great food, good people. Though my dad caught shit because his parents Sicilian. Dude is a little less brown than aba. America has better-looking Women due to their population size but Canadian women have better attitudes and generally are more Educated. If you are a semi-educated man with no EGO who is looking for a well-rounded woman then the Canadian woman is for you. If you are a man just looking for eye candy or just something shallow for a good time with no desire or care for their opinions and minds then the American woman is for you. \n\nIf I was a multi Millionaire I definitely would roll with American women so I can have a good time with a minimal amount of complications, in Canada because Women generally tend to be more educated than their American counterparts, You are then forced into constant serious discussions be it personal or otherwise which can come off as a Buzz kill.

?I'm American, grew up next to Canada and have worked in Europe for years. This conversation is about 90% bullshit - these places are essentially the same. They all have fast food. They all have their own crime issues and transportation issues. Their health care systems are all dysfunctional, all complained about and ranted against _constantly,_ until they have to be stubbornly defended against criticism by some foreigner for egotistical, xenophobic reasons. Not one of them is measurably better or worse than any of the others. It's all a lot of self-important fucking nonsense.

I'm from mtl and brooo the diversity, health care, general safety, honestly everything except for taxes feels better from what I hear.. I haven't been to the states yet but godamn I have a hard time seeing US being better then mtl

I moved from the U.S. to Canada. Some observations:\n1. It's unbelievably safe in Canada. The most dangerous places in Canada are still very safe compared to much of the U.S.\n2. Outside of DC and New York and I guess Chicago and L.A. in the U.S. and Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver in Canada, you need a car. I disagree that city planning is that much better in Canada.\n3. The maternity leave in Canada is great \n4. The unemployment insurance in Canada is great too\n5. I prefer the Canadian health care system. I never experienced any long wait times. My wife had literal brain surgery and it was free whereas it would've been hundreds of thousands of dollars in the U.S.\n6. Canada is further to the left and is much more woke than the U.S. Everything here is about equity, diversity and inclusion. Even many Canadian conservatives would be moderates in the U.S. but most people know this already.\n7. There is a better work life balance in Canada. I worked a lot more when living in the U.S.\n8. Most Canadians live by the U.S. border  so the weather is not that different than most northern American states. But once you go to northern Canada, it is as cold as they say it is.\n9. The U.S. is better for making money.\n10. It is much more racially segregated in the U.S. \n11. Outside cities like Montreal and Toronto, Canada is very white.\n12. Things are much more spread out in Canada. When I lived in the U.S. driving for 1 hour to go somewhere was a long drive. In Canada, that is normal.\n13. Canada is pretty great if you like the outdoors. There's only 36 million people here and outside the major cities, you find small towns and the wilderness. \n14. Canadians are quite friendly. I know my neighbors in the country. I never knew my neighbors in the U.S.\n15. Canadian politics is boring and I like this. I lived in Lon. Ontario for seven years and I have to tell you the air is so clean choked for a week clearing out Americans crappy air,the ghettos look like suburbs because at least in my area the properties are being taken care of,no I'm not going to say that wasn't any racism or no Gunplay it is minimum and the politics is almost as bad as United States but it's a hell of a lot better than what the state is offering you, yes there's more money in the States but you don't get a piece of mind like you do in Canada, and let me tell you about their beer store and how one of their beers is an equivalent to 6 US beers lol, I need to go back lol

As an American who moved to Luxembourg: the only thing I really miss is my US salary (worked at a tech company in Seattle). Everything else is better in Luxembourg… and you actually see where your taxes are going.\nEverything is clean, beautiful, and well kept. We have free health care and a mandatory 35 days of vacation. This video is spot on! My parents and I immigrated to Canada when I was in high school and I loved it at the time. My parents always complained about work and money and wanted to go back to India but I didn't understand why they were so negative. After I started working, I moved to the US to pursue more work opportunities and now I have been living here for the past 10 years. I always consider moving back to Canada since my family and friends are there. However, I don't see myself doing so for some of the reasons you mentioned in the video: high cost of living, overwhelmed health care, and the cities are a bit boring for living or traveling. The US is by no means perfect and has a lot of the same issues that Canada does (high cost of living, taxes, healthcare) and its own set of problems (crime, uneven school quality, political divides). However, for the time being it's a better fit for me which is why I continue to stay here. Ultimately I feel that everyone's experience is a bit different and they have to go through their own priorities to figure out if a move to Canada makes sense. This video is super helpful in providing context for people who are considering moving though!

Great post ladies. You can access private care by membership. It’s costly but those who can afford have it better.

Alberta's economy would be even better right now if it was actually allowed to properly export its oil. Like why not promote Alberta oil with its eco friendly practices instead of Russia, who use the money for war, or the middle east, which is basically buying from terrorists, not to mention they don’t generally take good care of the environment when harvesting the oil. Alberta would simply use the money to diversify the economy as well as bring prosperity to the rest of Canada.

Don't move to Canada, it's to expensive to live here. Hydro, Car insurance, Cell phone, Gas for your car, Food, Housing. And the taxes are out of this world. Health care is not free! No matter what anyone tells you, you may not pay up front but you'll pay three times as much through your taxes. The Gov't keeps on cutting services but our taxes keep going up! Come for a visit, yes you're always welcome but there are better places to live cheaper.

Canada is the greatest country in the world! It's a free country way more freer than USA and it's a very rich country way more richer than USA and has much more money than USA. There's more rights, money and opportunities in Canada than USA. They have every American thing as well as their own stuff. The people are very, very nice, friendly and sweet and will be your best friend and take care of you and look out for you. The cost of living is cheaper in Canada than in USA and you pay lower taxes and get more money. Everything in Canada is so much, much better than in USA. Canada is heaven!

I'm sure you are living a better life than when you were living in Africa. You sound like you wanted to come to Canada to become a millionaire. Sorry my friend it's not like that. You can't expect to come here and get everything free... Was it better when you were in Africa? If you can't adjust to Canada's lifestyle then join those who have decided to leave and see how easier life can be. If you want a better lifestyle be advised that nothing is free these days. And you sound like you want everything for free. If that's what you want, then you should catch the next plane and go where you think it's better and you can get things free.... We're you living better while you were in Africa? Canada didn't ask you to come and reside here... you volunteered to migrate to Canada so you can't expect to get everything free. You MUST adjust yourself accordingly. And if you're bored with Canada's lifestyle, then go live in the United States and see if you can get things free as you are expecting. Canada isn't asking you to stay here, so you can leave anytime you wish and good luck finding a place where you can get things free and you don't have to pay taxes and become a millionaire. You and many others need to wake up from the dream of migrating to Canada where you can get things free and pay little or no taxes. Be advised that NOTHING IS FREE these days. You have to WORK HARD for whatever you want... and be advised that your expectation of Canada is different, so if you can't take the heat in the kitchen my friend, then you ought to pack your bags and head for somewhere that offer things free and you pay little or no taxes and you can get better health care and eventually become a millionaire. How prepared is Canada to service this amount of people adding to a population that is already under serviced in every area of life, there's healthcare, housing etc. Our healthcare system is in the brink of collapse just trying to service the current population we have, then there's not enough better jobs to survive, even for Canadians on home soil and more people are now depending on welfare, food is dwindling, there's more homeless people than ever, the number of addicts are growing, crime is rising, I could go on and on with the innumerable problems that is not being addressed on Canada's home turf, yet the government's focus is to bring in more immigrants to Canada to feed, house and care for healthwise? Just asking.

Yeah it's hard to find a job and keep the job in Canada. Even with a job that doesn't require education and anybody can do, I come across someone who is not happy with me being there and they try to find reasons why I shouldn't work there ?it happened 16 years ago when I first got into workforce and it happened not too long ago again. I was inventory clerk counting products at different stores. I believe I was an accurate counter and someone who recounted them told my manager I wasn't good. She said many of them I counted were either off or she couldn't understand my writing. And the manager had to have a talk with me. I can honestly say I was better counter than she was. And I feel very confident I was very careful with counting that day too. But she thought otherwise. I couldn't bear working with someone or some people who didn't appreciate my work or my presence there so I had to quit. It will happen again and I thought it wouldn't matter how accurate I am at counting. One of my Canadian colleagues once told me that it's okay for immigrants to live in Canada but it's not okay to work with them. I don't know if that's a fact but in my experience I have encountered some people like that along the way.

Having lived in both Canada and Australia, I can clearly say life in Australia is much better than Canada! Tipping 18% to 20% on every service alone made me mad living there... Less paid leave, 7 months of indoor life, constant comparison with the US when US doesn't even care that Canada exists! My kids are more healthier and lively in Australia...

Figures an African don’t understand contributing to a better quality of life for everybody. This is stupid. If you were in Africa you would have no health care job Orr education . This is what you’re paying taxes for. This why you went to Canada for.

Everyone has their own opinions, thoughts and preferences. I did not listen to the entire video but sharing my story.\n\nI came to Toronto Canada it's been 22 years and I will leave here and die here despite its expensive to live but people stay where they belong, where their soul is at peace and where there is their happiness.\n\nI moved here with my abusive husband at that time. Back home as divorce was taboo, I would have remained married n suffer. He moved on and left me and my child of 5 years old on the street but thanks to Canada, no one judged me, no one talked about me. I did not ask or took any help cause I worked 2 jobs for few years to make ends meet. With time things got better, now my child has graduated and working.\nHe worked n paid for his studies.\nI have not been discriminated or faced racism despite I come from African continent and of colour but my son has as he was young but he learnt from it.\nCanada gave me my freedom, my peace, my happiness and I am no longer discrimated by my own religion, culture and people who thinks if you are lighter you are prettier.\nWomen were and are still considered secondary compared to men.\nHere we are equal.\nHere they love and respect me for who I am and not based on looks.\nBack home my c-section was f up and I am still paying the consequences. After an accident, I had to go through a leg surgery. Back home hospital lost my file and made me wait for years.\nHere I was handled with love and care when the hospital staff learnt that I have no family here. They stayed with me and watched on me after my surgery.\nI love Canada and my Canadian friends and all adopted families.\nThis is the best decision in my entire life that's why when I die I will donate all my organs and help others.\nI am allowed to keep dual citizenship but I don't care about back home.\nI am Canadian, I have a good job cause I worked for it, I speak 5 languages including French. I'm listening to hear how Canada is not a desirable place to live, bc I have thought it would be a better alternative to the USA. But it still sounds better than life in the USA, if even just slightly. ?\nSo far, I hear 30% taxes on income (which is same in the USA).\nYou have free healthcare, however you have to wait in emergency room for 8 hours.....we DON'T have free healthcare....and guess what? $450+ later, we have still waited 4-10 hours in the ER. \nHere in the USA, our cost of living is insanely high compared to a single and even a double income. Our lowest rent is $1,200 to live in low income surroundings. A rent around $1,800/month will bring you to nicer surroundings in an apartment, but still surrounding areas have crime. \nFood costs are so high, Gas is so high. We haven't bought new clothes for ourselves in YEARS, only for our kids. \nDaycare is $485-500 month per child, even before and after school care. \nHealth insurance averages $145/per person per month, not to mention car insurance which is required to drive. \nSegregation has improved here but is ever being integrated back into our society as racism is kept very alive, even as they constantly teach it in the schools. They say it's to teach history but I believe it is just reinforcing racist ways and thinking patterns. \nI don't blame anyone for wanting to return to the comfort of their own people, language and living and country. \nYou may have us with the cold/hot weather in Canada! \nI didn't know about the Canadian passport being so opportunistic for travelling. That's cool ? \nAs far as desired profession, there are many doctors and teachers that come here to the USA from other countries and are now working as a clerk in the dollar stores here in the US. \nAnd forget work life balance here too. Cost of living here causes so much disruption in our family life. Debt is revolving.\nMy fiance's mother comes from a country in West Africa. She longs to return. She calls the USA a place you come to be a work rat. \nBesides free healthcare, it sounds like USA and Canada are similar. \nOne thing I've heard about Canada is that the government cares about kindness, as well as the banks. I hear that people are generally more courteous in Canada than they are here in the US.

All of these reasons r spot on! \nIts true they deny other professions if not schooled here! They pretend it is cuz they think they have a higher standard of service. BUT if that was true how do they allow the low budget politicians in office, WHO CLEARLY ARE NOT QUALIFIED??? They are all about stealing ppls quality of life. They dont care if u succeed as long as u pay thru the nose that is all they care about. They also pretend things here r worth more then elsewhere! But it is no better.

Healthcare is very expensive for the individual. You pay and pay and pay then when you go to use it. You only have access to 2/3 of proper care.\nCanada has endless entertainment and fun things to do. Depends on what you enjoy doing. If you are into outdoor activities Canada has them all. You would have to travel otherwise to enjoy. Canada has deserts forests lakes oceans and every environment in between. Get out touch grass. I can see why you say it's boring if you do not use the environment around you. But that's your own fault refusing to see it. You get used to the cold. It's better if you dress for it and also go enjoy the outdoors.

100% I was born here and lived in the US growing up. And its alot to give up for a better healthcare system. The healthcare system is honestly so good by comparison that I'd say this keeps Canadians here. But it is not far or equitable in any way. And with the pandemic it has accelerated this inflation people have felt... but are now fully aware of that impact our lives in meaningful ways every 5 years. We are now like ten years or more in the future on what that impact looks like.\n\nI don't want to work because there is no point. I am working but I don't care like I used to. I don't care about advancement anymore. I don't care about what it might mean for my future in the workforce when there is always a reason to ensure thst my money goes nowhere for me.\n\nThis winter is going to be very hard.

You are right ladies , I’ve been living here for 4 years , the health care system is messed up, you have to wait several months or over a year to get an appointment with a specialist, taxes are very very high , you need to have 2 jobs to be able to pay for expenses , I was in college our teacher told us ( we were like 30 students ( his kids were born and raised and Canada and they moved to England and get a better job $$$ and they left , the teacher at the end told us become citizens and go …… to USA , I have 2 jobs and I’m paying taxes like a crazy , I can’t handle that anymore is affecting my mental health

Yes the racism is very high here. \nMany people come here for a better life but that is very hard to find now days in Canada. Governments here, on every level have let Canadians down . They stopped investing in affordable housing. They haven’t provide enough placement for education of medical staff over decades and now we don’t have enough nurses and doctors. \nWe need better educated voters but of course they don’t put enough money into education. It’s seems people prefer voting for bullies rather than people who actually care about the people and the land that feeds us. Jagmeet Singh is s good leader but would Canadians vote in a person of colour with an agenda to actual help the people and the environment, probably not. It really is sad because Canada did provide a lot more for people in the past. Leaving Canada to United States is a slap in the face of all Canada done to make people lives better.\nUnited States have the world largest homeless population, drug overdoses, violence and crime's, bankruptcy, racial violence, suicides and a lot more.\nHow about go to school and become a health care provider if you think there isn't enough, if you don't have money to pay your hospital bills they throw you out the hospital with nowhere to go in America.

The truth is that if Nigeria doesn’t get better, even the few that said they will return back home will never return. Cos if you plan to come back in your old age, have you forgotten that old age is a time when you desperately need good health care to ensure you live a healthy life? who will provide that good health care if you are in Nigeria? So I tell you people, if this country Nigeria don’t do better, no one will be returning. Cos you can’t work all your life in the US or Canada only to retire to a shit hole country to die, no one will do that. They will Stay back in a developed country to claim and enjoy their retirement benefits. I know their hearts will forever be in Nigeria but their bodies won’t. It’s quite unfortunate.

Very good video. I am an Australian citizen, and I share your views. Also I want to add another reason why I prefer Canada than Australia. Being originally from Peru, I currently live in Peru, my wife is also Peruvian and a baby with 5 month at the time of writing, however there is no family reunion visa to take my whole family (only my baby who will hold Australian citizenship but not my wife) so I cannot take them both, because migrations force my wife to apply to the Partner Visa, that cost AU$7850 (US$5,600) plus agent fees, documents, ticket price, and other cost. Also the waiting period is about 24 to 28 months. So if I return to Australia, I first need to find a job, then save the $5,600, send and amount of money to Peru during my absence, then wait about 2 years and spend about $10,000 to $15,000 extra to bring my family to Australia. The cost of waiting carries a lot of anxiety, health issued due to the uncertainty and may damage my marriage, And if I get to my wife a Visitor visa, she is not allowed to work and study, and I must pay private insurance, and for experience, private insurance policies and gap costs are very high. Of course visiting my family every 6 months is costly and timely prohibited, an economic flight from Australia to Peru costs about US$2,500 and takes about 1 day or 38 hours, add also the jet lag and day difference.\nIn contrast, Canada allows me to take my whole family in just 3 months, my wife can get a working visa, and if we decided to reunite in 6 o 9 month, I can go to Peru every long weekend to visit my family, a flight from Toronto to Lima is about $500 return and only 8 hours so I can go to Peru and come back to Canada in a long weeked, a luxury imposible to do if I lived in Australia. \nWhen my father passed away here in Lima, I was in Australia at university, and due to cost and time, I couldn't go to give him a farewell and to his funeral, a issue that regretted; for that reason, my mother-in-law, who needs care and being my wife, her only child, after facing my own experience, we decided that Canada and not Australia, is a better choice, if something happens with my in-law, from Canada my wife can see her quickly.\nThank you for sharing in this video
