They can file one against any public employee, anyone who holds and elected office including a judge, a political, a FBI agent, a senator, a governor, a mayor, a police officer, a librarian. Hold up this story is not making sense. If you have border control how are buses able to pass through without boarder checks. Border patrol comes on board buses to do id checks when it reaches the US/Canadian border. The only way they can get thru is if they have a valid passport or they are still able to claim asylum. This was always going to occur. Shut down the southern border and people will try to get in through the north. As I understand it, we don't have the same deportation laws with Canada as we do with Mexico. This needs to be dealt with and Canada needs to step up. I live in a norther border state and my younger brother died of fentanyl. I am fed up with it. Getting Canadian visa is very easy under Truduea Liberals, Liberals approved millions of visitors/ students/ temporary workers visa every year without proper vetting, most of these people coming from North India, so for them it’s easy to land in Canada and then they cross to US.
