Every sovereign country makes it owns decisions as to who is and isn't allowed to enter their country; India is no exception, given its history of refusing visas (many a times, for political reasons). Aap karo to sahi, aap par aayi to mirchi lagi? Oh, and companies abroad get Indian IT talent not because it is good, but because it is cheap (and eventually delivers projects) - big difference. If Indian IT was so dang awesome, you'd think they'd be visionaries in the field, but nope, by and large, Indians consume; they do not invent, but rather implement existing technologies, and have little to offer to the world in terms of scientific and technological breakthroughs at present - with some exceptions.

A lot of Indians treat white people really badly. Especially when there is money involved. It’s now extremely common that people here hate dealing with Indians as customers of their business and will go as far as avoid it altogether. They will often relentlessly try to negotiate services, lie and say anything to get get their way, pester businesses until they cave to their demands and even leave bad reviews which they say they will change if you give them a good deal. None of this is the way things are done in Canada and that needs to be respected. Something kind of funny, I’ve heard many people say that Indians will often say they will refer tons of friends and family to a business if you give them an unreasonable discount (which they never do once they’ve gotten what they want), but what they don’t realize is that referring a bunch more Indians to them is the last thing that business wants. And really, some of the discounts they want on things are just ridiculous. When I was selling my car a few years ago, I had it listed for $55,000 and I got bombarded by Indians offering $20,000-$25,000 and every lie under the sun of why that’s all it was worth, other people are saying yes to offers like that for the same car, dealerships are selling them for that much and so on. Like come on. And I guess while I’m at it, I hate to say but it’s a common thing here to walk into a gas station and the smell of body odour just hits you like a brick. I’ve stopped going to 3 different stations because of it. I’m sure there’s some pungent white people out there but damn. This is on a whole other level. It literally fills the entire building.

Indians travelling abroad should also need to have basic common sense. These middle class needs to have attitude adjustment and also have the plans to come back after the visit. Do not take travel visa as some sort of right to stay back illegally. Vacations should be spend in the right way, you book a hotel, for an example, do not try to take the amenities provided by hotel for their guest as some sort of right to take away things. Ma'am, when a country makes it harder for citizens of a particular country to enter their country, it is often because of the number of recorded incidents, crime from people from said country. If there is a higher rate compared to people from other countries, then it becomes harder. Let's be honest here... Indians don't have a good reputation abroad when it comes to such things... Also, look at the state of Canada. I am a cruise ship worker and i travel US and canada every year . In 2023 i had my joining at dry dock in spain . And i was in Schengen visa center in kolkata . There i meet one sardar ji . He was their for the tourist visa and he told me , all his family members in Canada but his visa 7 times got rejected by the canadian authority. Now he want to get a tourist visa for spain and he have a plan to not come back . And he was telling me all those thing with extremely loud voice in front of the visa application center. Just imagine How crazy that was ?

People talking a lot of negative things in the comment section about Indians being this or Indians being that ?. I think the Indian Govt is ensuring that the passport stays weak. Otherwise, what's stopping the govt from flexing its economic power. The reason is, when its complicated to get a visa to travel abroad, it dissuades Indians from going abroad for tourist purpose and those people travel withing India and that money gets spent in India and boosts Indian economy, and when its complicated to move abroad for work or study, it helps reduce brain drain (but that also needs quality higher education and good employment opportunities to work in the country's favor; not going into whether that's the case or not).

Hell no! It’s a fun place to visit, I love Florida California. I’m looking forward to going to the Carolinas, but I would never move there permanently. As a woman in Canada with children, what I do with my uterus is nobody’s business. I like my option of 18 month parental leave. I like my option not to do overtime and not have affect my job. The government should have funding program where Landlord can recover the loses. It's almost like the systems support these type od tennants because it put money in everyone's pockets except the landlords. The Gov gets their taxes, the bank gets their mortgage, and tenants get free money that they don't pay taxes on, no one gets $41000 free without paying taxes. This is what they are doing. Yes I was, after Trump got elected no. Disabled human rights are horrible here and as compensation for lawsuits can be capped in cases that is unlikely to change. I should state the government had to pay me $25,000 dollars for violating my rights (this cost me $35,000+ in legal fees!) so I know of what I speak. It was the same when I moved provinces. In terms of mobility my fate was better in the 4 third world countries I visited after my stroke, there are no busses in loads of places here as we can’t “afford” them. Why do disabled people struggle to get a family doctor when they move provinces? My apt building is filling up with immigrants, all the whites are moving out as the landlord is letting our building turn into a slum, whenever i call, he is in India, he has not fixed a damn thing and as white people move out, he does not clean the apt between people, he let's them move in with other people's garbage, he did that to me and when i complained he asked for the keys back, he is also doubling the rent of the new immigrants. Once I just searched on google masters degree from foreign country, i literally got 100s of adds for months about Canadian, australian, german and US universities, So if i will take admission in those unis after paying whole saving of my family i atleast want to have rights to work in that country otherwise why would i leave my country as i still have middle class life here. And also it's the responsiblity of any unis in the world that if anyone comes to your country for than they should atleast have right to work for the same number of yr as he spent in his course so that he can earn back same amout which he paid for the tuition fees, suppose if i does my Master's from US for which i have to pay atlest 80-100k including living cost and to earn back that same amount of money in the india from best paying companies will take atleast 7-8yrs it's just about getting same amount of money back in account and to make saving of that much money will atleast take 20yrs then tell me why should some go for education in foreign countires if he doesn't get chance to earn that back, College fees are usually decided on PPP terms of the freshers job in that country that why atleast giving chance for work for the same amount of time of the total course time is a good thing otherwise just stop sending adds, just stop scamming indians, and just close your billion dollor economy which works on fees of indian student. As a Canadian PR holder, the immigration system is broken. The fact that people who can't speak English, with criminal backgrounds and unqualified individuals can come in and stay while I had to wait 2 years for background checks and a 8.5 IELTS score, is insane. It shows that qualified workers aren't wanted but rather just get as many people from only one single country in the name of multiculturalism. That is 30000 people who should have been put on a plane and sent back to their country of origin. Law enforcement needs to be hired to find these people and put them on the plane. Another way to help this from happening in the future is through the laws. If you are here on a visa or temporary work permit, you must leave by the date on the permit or visa. Failure to do so will result in immediate deportation from Canada to your country of origin. It will also result in a permanent ban from for life from entry to Canada for any reason. If you have been found to enter Canada illegally for any reason. This will also be a permanent ban from entry to Canada in the future for any reason. The only way to extend a permit or visa is from outside of Canada, just like other countries require Canadians to do under their systems. There has to be a reason for people to follow the rules, and that is the permanent ban and immediate deportation upon failure to follow the rules. Another thing is an person needs to have paperwork to get on an international aircraft going to another country. So why do these people arrive in Canada and now have no paperwork. They must show that paperwork to CBSA or face immediate deportation and a lifetime ban from entering Canada for any reason. People who have followed the rules are fully welcomed to Canada. They should show they are entitled to be here and not break major laws of Canada. If you fail and are convinced of breaking major Canadian laws. As a tenth generation Canadian( more up the native side ) I really resent being told by kalistanies that it's their land and all white people need to go back to Europe. They are very bold and obnoxious. Canadians are also edged out of spots in legitimate post secondary schools, because they make foreign students pay more. So they take them first. This is very racist to both Canadians and foreign students. First nobody should have to pay more than anyone else for the same service or goods. That's racist to foreign students.
