In Canada, there is not enough housing and jobs are scarce, especially for anyone at the entry level or basic wage. We've been absolutely swamped. This is not the fault of the immigrants or the students, it's the fault of our extremely stupid and short sighted government. Most of those immigrants I encounter are good people, polite and considerate. But some, well I understand where the complaints about rude and inconsiderate behaviour come from, because it only takes a few bad experiences to get people angry. I've experienced it myself, but most of it (from my experience) seems to be from students who are very loud and impolite on public transit. The housing situation here is INSANE, prices are sky high and very little to choose from. A lot of seniors now can only afford to rent a room (after having worked all their lives and very little to show for it), and prices are up about 50% from only 5 years ago. The government says inflation is a fraction of what it is in real life, and living expenses have exploded. As I understand it, some people made a lot of money offering services to bring students and low wage workers in, with no consideration to the damage they were doing to all of us who were born and raised here - they wanted to make their million dollars. Another problem is that once someone arrives here, what they find is NOT what they were led to believe. What students and immigrants are told they need to live here is an absolute lie, living here in Canada has become very expensive. Many workers are severely under paid, and never even see the legal minimum wage, and the problem with that is, almost no Canadian will be hired on to those jobs - the reasons are that imported foreign workers will work below minimum wage because they are trapped here, and the Canadians already know that they will only struggle if they take jobs that pay so poorly. So yes, a lot of Canadians are VERY angry, and you really can't blame them. Once again, the Canadian government is responsible for much of this, and crooked employers who are willing to take advantage of low wage labour. It's an absolute mess.

We were visiting Florida and I was extremely sick. My parents drove to Canada as fast as possible, even stopped and put me in a hotel while they went looking for help. All they could find was Syrup of Epicac to make me throw up. I had very major surgery shortly after returning to Canada. Spent over a month in hospital on I. V. and found out my intestines were tied up in knots. So glad I live in Canada. The only thing I had to pay for was the TV and hair wash. The only reason I even got the tv was because the drugs I was on affected my vision and I couldn’t read. I have been in the hospital this year and still got really good care.

I am jatt. Sikh goes to Canada, supported by organizations who want their population to swell for political and religious reasons. More unemployed and low educated Sikh population will be good support for the causes mentioned before. No one can stop them. Not even Canadian government for obvious reasons.

The real reason the homelessness is gotten to be so badin Canada is because marijuana has become legal. I live in a state below that has legalized it as well, and I can see the same dynamic here. I grow it, but what we never took into account were what the social implications would be like after legalization.

As an indian living in Dubai. If I feel a place was overcrowded- I would leave, but for some indians its not the same and its quite sad some politicians thinking a densely populated city full of jobless people is okay. Its kind of the opposite reason why indians move to canada(because most of us dont like overecrowded cities-which tends to happen in india). The amoumt of jobs need to increase. The infrastructure needs to increase. Colleges and schools where people actually pay for all of it is necessary. And homelessness needs to be replace by education and housing policies for older canadians especially. Preserving the respect for the elderly. The list goes on- and yes it will increase the amount of jobs, if they build and educate. Also increase the incentive to be educated.

I live with 70% inflation in my country and this is what I think: \n\nI don't know if there is a direct translation of this economic model but let me explain: prices increases in two ways, if there is not enough supply, prices will increase and if there is high demand for a product&service, prices will increase. In Turkey, they increase the prices by tricking people that prices will eventually increase, so buy it right now. THIS caused a loop and huge inflation also rush to houses, cars, hard products etc. That way, companies make enormous profits especially construction companies & car manufacturers. Why did government decide to do that so? Because government wanted to secure financial status of these big companies without banks giving them loans by transferring wealth from people to companies.\n\nThere is another side for these moves: Globally, there is an ongoing plan to lower birthrate in well-developed countries such as Canada, France, Germany etc. Why is that? They say, people from western countries create more carbon emissions than people in India, Bangladesh etc and in order to ensure green transformation of energy, birthrate must(?) fall. \n\nThere are also other reasons that we live in difficult times. But that's enough. We, people, have to do something. The day passes without a protest, governments & big companies get more strength and enforces hard conditions on people.

The only reason canadian move to the US is because of work (mostly in showbiz), and most time it's with a double citizenship. \nIf you want to build a family you move to canada. If you want to build up your bank account you go to the US.

My daughter is nearing the end of 2 great years in Canada on an IEC (backpacker) visa from Australia. She’s loved the people, the landscape (mostly lived in BC and Alberta) , and working there…. She picked up interesting jobs, worked very hard, just about made ends meet, has been great. \n\nShe was even offered a permanent job by a major Canadian co last year (she was working for them on a one year role at the time) that would’ve paved the way for her to apply for PR…but she turned it down without a second thought….. for all the reasons you would know about \n\n- Wages aren’t great (maybe 20% less than australia), \n\n- taxes are high (incl having to pay CPP…in australia the employer pays all pension contributions, on top of wages), \n\n- groceries prices out of kilter, \n\n- rents consume most of what’s left…. \n\n- AND, even if you could save a deposit for a house, or shoebox apartment….what’s the point, could never afford it. \n\nShe’s seen nearly all her Canadian friends resigned to their fate of being perennial renters, of being perpetually skint. It’s no life. She’s sad to see it - coming from a country of perpetual optimism and opportunity, to learn over time how such a (on many levels) similar country isn’t like that, that has somehow got it all so wrong. \n\nIf you are thinking of “australia” as your answer, it’d be a fair call\n\n- Avoid Sydney if you can (a less expensive Vancouver) but rest of the place is “workable”. \n\n- Average wage in Perth is $100k (C$90k) and average house (full size…not an apt or townhouse) price is about $700k (C$630k) …so do-able, if tight to start with, for youngsters (like you..!) \n\n- I’ve been to Vancouver’s East Hastings St, and so can confirm is nowhere close to that in Oz. Are sketchy parts of all cities, but it’s definitely not community wide\n\n- are small pockets of homelessness (esp but not only indigenous community) but the governments are mostly (sort of…) “on it” \n\n- sun, sea, sand… and the sharks rarely come close to shore!

You didn't touch on the NUMBER 1 thing. If you plan on moving to Canada, You best learn the language spoken in the area you are moving to, be it french, or english, or better yet, both. And that means your ENTIRE family! Nothing will get you discriminated on worse, than speaking your native language in public. It is EXTREMELY RUDE, and is the easiest way to have a hate crime committed against you !!! By all means, keep your native language, even teach it to others. but when out in public speak english or french. This is the number 1 reason why racism is increasing exponentially in Canada.

Grass is always greener on the other side. US has more violent crime, school shootings, homeless, drugs, and inaccessible health care. US foreign policy and economic strength make it both a leader and a target in all kinds of conflicts, which damages the security and future outlook for an average person. Not to mention the clowns and criminals ruling the federal government and running for president.. European countries have their own issues, Asian countries their own (they have greater economic inequality and sexism, among other issues).\n\nI still consider Canada one of the best places to live. I have a good job and a good life here, I feel secure. Yes, there are things I don't like as well, that's why I earn in Canada and travel extensively to get the best of all countries.\n\nAnd finally, the reason real estate is so expensive in Canada is because of how many people want to live here. It's obvious – if Canada stopped being one of the top immigration destinations, real estate would stop growing in value so much.

Calgary is the 5th largest city in Canada, not the third. Calgary is the third municipality in Canada, but that information is only useful to the town hall. For practical reasons and all aspects of a daily life, you have to count the size of the metropolitan population, otherwise Quebec City will be bigger than Miami or Houston will be bigger than Paris, for instance.

Real international students brings resources to Canada. Government needs to look into students that actually come not for study but to work (making money back home). Besides, why entrepreneurs and start up programs that will benefits our society gets so hard to proceed (taking over years to complete)? Why nanny home support worker can come to Canada as permanent resident so fast and easy? The people of Canada need to be aware of these strange policies that were made. The policy makers do not use their brains measuring the actual needs of Canada. They make no efforts to look into how their policies will affect the lives of the people, the system of Canada including medical systems, our infrastructure or housing. They do not care if our society can have enough to support these low skilled workers and families, and also the new refugees and families. Can our economy support all these new families? Nowadays the economy of the world is so challenging, but would these policies makers care about this? They are not stupid then there must be some reasons behind. How can the normal citizens protect their rights? BUT wait…, all these new families are growing, these new comers will protect their rights too….

It is difficult for Arab peoples to leave an advanced country like Canada, but they leave it for several reasons, including the ones I mentioned. There are also new immigrants who sell everything, their homes and lands, and go to Canada and Germany because their ideas are very old. They do not know that the world is changing.

The moment you share where you are going and why it is so great, expect more immigrants to follow you from all over the world that will, overtime, change the culture and fabric of the society of your new home and potentially degrade the reasons why you initially wanted to move there. India has a population of 1.5 BILLION, Pakistan 250 MILLION, Africa is at 1.2 BILLION... they want to get out of their impoverished countries badly and bring their culture to a new country. They're all watching.\n\nI moved from Canada as well in the past, and am set to move again from the country I am in as this country now has also become overrun with immigration and has lost the magic of why I moved here. Part of this problem isnt on Canada. Its the immigrants themselves faking and gaming trying to do anyting possible to get PR...a lot of that has to do with their home country cashing in on programs and promise BS only to get paid. Majority of the influx is south east asia from Pakistan, Bangaldesh and India in general taking up all the low end labour that students used to be the ones employed in those positions. There is a reason every fast food chain is mostly 90% south indians.

Add one question for the student application……. Is there any reason you would seek asylum in Canada…yes or no….if yes state why. If no any future asylum claims will be denied.

I can tell you one of the major reasons. It is the fact that these immigrants from India do not want to assimilate into Canada. Instead they bring their ways with them into Canada and some of those “ways”, are not acceptable in Canada. One example of that is the whole using the bathroom on the beach. But one that hits hard for me is the insane amount of immigrants that are harvesting spawning salmon with nets, without any of the properly paperwork that is needed to fish salmon with a rod. Using a net is illegal, I know they know it because when I catch them doing this. They become quiet and all of a sudden, after hearing them just speaking English, they pretend they do not know English… I can tell you this is all true. The other thing I have seen with my eyes is shop lifting from the local grocery store. I have never seen that before, not ever in all my years living here. It would be somewhat different if they were stealing essential items and essential foods. But they are not doing that, they are stealing all the luxury items. I am a white Canadian and I am proud of it, but guess what. I am also proud of the fact that I have a doctor that came from India and his family is thriving here. It makes me proud that he chose our country try to come to, with his educational background, it also makes me proud that he and his family have taken the time to try and assimilate into our culture. When I say assimilate by the way, I do not want them or and immigrant to completely abandon their cultures, I just would prefer it if they assimilate to the point where we can have a healthy community instead of all these separate cultural areas in our towns and cities. I love the fact that you spoke some harsh truths here sir, much respect to you and your family sir. I hope you can continue making such informative videos for people to learn from. The other thing I have to add is that the word racism is thrown around too much and too easily in our current woke cultural climate here in Canada and this is just making the immigration issues worse because it produces a culture of fear for those Canadians that would like to help educate those immigrants that need help. But they do not do so because they are afraid of being labeled a racist or some other word and having their livelihoods and overall lives ruined. I am in a position in life where I do not care if people want to say such things about me. I am also well educated and in the position to come up with well articulated arguments in my defence. My main issue with immigration that bothers me more than the rest not only affects us Canadians but also affects the immigrants as well. Ok so before mass immigration was a thing here in Canada our healthcare system that we all used to be extremely proud of the as showing too many cracks and we knew it was falling apart. You think the government would place more funding into the healthcare system. Well that has not happened and if anything they have taken more funds away from our healthcare system than any other time in our country’s history. So before the mass immigration begun we had a major issue with having way too many patients and not enough medical staff to adequately treat everyone in a timely and healthy manner. So now think about that, the healthcare system was already stressed with the current population before mass immigration. How do you think adding waves and waves of more people every year via mass immigration is affecting that system? The answer is this… if the system was stressed beforehand, it is collapsing now. I am one of the lucky few that has a family doctor right now. It takes three months the just for me to see her… If I have an emergency and have to call 911, the ambulance will take me up to the local ER and then I will be wheeled out to the waiting room, which defeats the purpose of me calling 911 for a ambulance. I have waited two days at the local ER just to see a doctor. So here is where it affects the immigrants coming in. If a Canadian that was here before you is already having major issues with the healthcare, then I can only imagine how hard it will be for a new citizen to our country, nuff said really… the local er near me had a person die in the waiting room this past January. Add to this fact that I am actually pretty sick at the moment and so are my parents and you can understand why I am upset about our failing healthcare system. The politicians do not have to worry about our such issues though because they can afford to pay to go outside of Canada and pay cold hard cash for medical treatment. That is why they do not mind removing funds from our healthcare system, it will not affect them and they get to line their pockets with more of our tax money… I honestly place most of the blame for what is going on right now on Trudeau’s government and not the immigrants. The immigrants could help make this crappy situation a lot better for both of our parties though if they tried a little harder to adapt to our ways of life here. When in Canada try to live like a Canadian, I do not think that is asking much. Again, as for racism, I believe in judging a person by their actions and not by the colour of their skin. Racism is such an antiquated way of thinking… Our skin colours maybe different, just like our cultural backgrounds, but after all is said and done we are all members of the human race. But I know that the fact that we Canadians hate our government more than ever right now, is due to the simple fact that our own government is not listening to our issues and what we want done with our country. Then that same government will labels us as right wing extremists simply for the fact that we no longer support our current government for example. Canadians are more angry now than they have ever been. The RCMP have been advised about this across the whole of Canada, so you know it is a real issue. I can control myself and will never snap at others due to how frustrated I am, so I would like to apologize to those of you that may have a bad experience with another frustrated Canadian. Of late, JT ( Liberal party) has become the whipping boy of Canada for all wrong reasons especially for the intake of a large number of international students and no one seems to be blaming the Conservative party that actually removed  the cap in 2014.  In 2014, in line with the International Education Strategy published by the  Government of Canada, the ruling dispensation decided to raise the number of international students from around 240,000 to over 450,000 by the year 2022. \n\nAccordingly in 2014, the then ruling dispensation (Conservative party) enhanced the number of international students visas to 327 thousand from the previous cap of 240 thousand.  In 2015, the figure went upto 352 thousand, representing almost a 47% increase  by CPC during their last 2 years in office .  As of 2023, there are over 1.5 million students holding study permits in Canada. \n\nIt is a known fact and no Canadian can sweep it under the carpet that the economic impact from the contribution by international students was felt across the entire country. From a mere $ 9 billion in 2014 it went to $12.8 billion in 2015 and it further enhanced to 15.5 billion in 2016. \n\nBy 2022, the Canadian government reported that the annual economic contribution of international students had increased to $22.3 billion, greater than exports of auto parts, lumber or aircraft. \n\nNow it is for the Canadians  to decide  as to who should be blamed  for  if Canadians feel that their country has become like a third world country- the international students who had contributed more than $22.3 billion to the exchequer of the govt  in the last 10 years or both the mainstream political parties namely Liberal Party and Conservative  Party  that failed the Canadians by opening up the flood gate to international students with  their eyes set only on the economic contribution  by international students  without  realising the after effect of huge unchecked  immigration of students. A myopic approach by the successive governments has brought in all sorts of chaos,  unrest, unemployment, shortage of houses, increase in cost of living etc..etc....to the Canadians. I can only sympathise with Canadins who are facing undue hardship and mental agony because of the wrongdoings of successive governments while worrying about the future of my ward who is pursuing  three years study program there.

Such irony that many people are leaving the UK because of the same issue to live in Canada? People are leaving America and coming to Canada because of the same reason. Whilst Canadian are going to America for the same reasons? Yet no one is talking about the corporate buying homes leaving them empty for tax purposes. Yet no one talks about it.

I'll tell you about prices in Canada. (please fact check me fellow Canadians, I wrote this in a rage. Also, most of this is from Ontario cause I live there) The monopolies here are insane. Highways that were built using tax payer money were sold to companies and now Canadians need to pay to us it. Most grocery stores are owned by a few major companies and I see butter prices rising every few months. A 1L carton of cream at my local store is $8! I won't talk too much about housing cause it's obviously sh**. I will say a couple of years ago the Premier of Ontario, Doug Ford (my greatest enemy), was releasing the protection of the green belt, a protect part of Ontario used for agriculture. He said he would use it to build new homes, great right? NOPE. First of all, the green belt is used for food to reduce prices for Canadians cause its local. He has stated he would move it to another location but that land there is less fertile. The worst thing is, the reason he is saying he would use the green belt to build houses is because the land there is very valuable. And guess who owns that land? His BUDDIES! That means he would sell that land to developers and his buddies would get all the profit cause the money developers use to buy the land will directly be put on the buyer. Not to mention, Doug Ford, the same person, since his instatement as premier, has cut the Ontario education budget by 50%. 50%!!!! ABSOLUTELY UNREAL. Can't even afford air conditioning in schools where the weather is so extreme. Rogers? The largest internet provider in Canada? Absolutely cr*p. So many complaints about bad connection and cutoffs which I also experienced when my mom bought one of their products and my internet was sh** for a couple of months. The ONLY, and I mean only, good major thing Trudeau has done is legalize marijuana. Another thing I forgot to mention is that our government is made up of criminals. Doug Ford, he and his family use to partake in drug dealing. Another major complaint is the ttc which is public transportation costing so damn much! As a student, it costs me over $1000 a year to get to school using the ttc. The times aren't even that great either as even on a major road, I had to wait 25 minutes to get a bus. Thats my rant.

Wtf are the Canadians doing who are voting for these kinds of policies and leaders?\nI sympathize with Old Canadians because the truth is that, the majority of immigrants to Canada are only the trash from Punjabi villages! Good riddance for us, but I wonder why are they being legally admitted to Canada and also now USA? Do you really need so many blue collar workers (because that is the reason given)??? Also, please make yourself aware of the money rackets by Canadian government and private entities around fake colleges/degrees and fake asylum seekers!

How entitled to think the world revolves around you. Yes you're privileged because you're Canadian, but that is at the expense of other peoples. Your Dad's farm was built on stolen land. Canada is wealthy because of systems the Western world leaders created through slavery, genocide, and exploitive domination. As we continue to benefit from this system, others suffer and are forced to migrate for actual reasons, like NO WATER or FOOD. No one kidnapped these so called students to forcefully bring them to Canada. They have every right and seems like reason to go back to their countries. In reality, these guys left their own parents for Canadian dollars despite howsoever much they may claim about their love for the parents and 'motherland.'

Another reason why many non immigrant Canadians are leaving the big cities, and moving far from them to smaller no invaded towns through out Canada where they can also find community with people they recognize. All humans a similar and want to be with and around those we recognize, we can tolerate a small amount that's ok just not hundreds of thousands or millions of people we have no familiarity with.

How about this one I'm dual citizen Polish and Canadian long time loong time :) and I have polish passport that's needed and Canadian Polish one I just pay few bucks and I get it no signatures of acquaintances like in Canada. This year I'm not getting Candian renewed cause I have Polish Passport that let's me just like Canadian passport with a bit differnet rules as of EU it's much more and allows. if I don't have Candian passport but I fly in on Polish and I'm a Citizen of Canada as well, do I really need Candian Passport to fly into Canada and stay as long as I want yes I can but is it really needed well will I have problems or just a few minutes when I land in Van or Toronto or Edmonton or Calgary. should I need one. No I don't since I am a citizen of Canada and its in Candian computer all info at the border. will they place me in jail at the border caus ei a citizen of Canada with out Candian Passport flying in on Polish which allows travelling as for vacation 6 months in Canada. let me know Canada officials. I don't officially have aquantances that I have known for 2 years to get signatures for various reasons since I have been out of country of Canada. Am I illegal imigrant then as a official Candian Citizen. Hmmmm I'm a little confused with signatures that Canada needs to refresh my Canadian Passport. if I don't techncally know anyone fro 2 years I'm not allowed to acquire a Candian Passport even if I lived for a very loong time but now things changed up a bit and. I'm coming in as an illegal Candian Citizen, ehhhh it's only year 2024 and can't wait for earth passports.

I think in usa there is no premium services unlike canada bls. In canada BLS they deny every application for some or other reason than ask every applicant to pay 100 dollars and take premium services.afyer taking premium services they correct the application ot any missing information and approve it. In usa also there be similar services can be allowed. But this can be hard for poor people to take indian government facilities free of cost.

Canada should strengthen its immigration system to ensure that only honest, qualified individuals are welcomed. International students should prioritize their studies, and after graduation, they should return to their home countries to contribute to their communities using the education they received in Canada. For those wishing to remain in the country, they should meet specific qualifications, demonstrate language proficiency, and have legitimate reasons for staying.

It's about time. All these people should have never been allowed into Canada. He certainly doesn't have Canada's best interests and/or intension. He that all Canadians are high on dope and don't care what goes on. I am happy to let him know that the seniors are aware that Canada is in trouble. We are not stupid or senile. Making Marijuana was a mistake, but it was legalized for a reason.

Thank you for sharing! I had to leave Canada after a short stint due to personal reasons. I really enjoyed the work culture there and my salary was definitely way better than the one I used to make in Italy. Having an internationally recognised MSc, I felt valued for the first time ever and did not have any issues securing a job. However, the housing crisis was something I was not ready for. Never struggled so much to find a place to rent (and it was not even a big city). Grocery prices were also pretty scary. Canadian taxes were not a problem as Italy has a notoriously high taxation.

The reason these students don't speak is because THEIR ENGLISH SUCKS!!!!! they know this too. These Intl student programs is deliberately used as a way for these Punjabi students to get PR into Canada. THAT'S THE ONLY REASON THEY ARE HERE. Vote Poliveire -- He'll reduce this program to prevent too many of them coming into Canada. Enough is enough.

I am leaving the big cities and moving to a smaller town for the rest of my life. Good riddance Calgary, you leave a lot to be desired these days. I have to spend all day tomorrow on the train, and I'm not looking forward to it for obvious reasons. Even though a smaller town will still have some issues, it won't be as bad, and I will never have to ride a public train in Canada again . Good luck.

Are you sure No one wants to live in Canada? Isn't this a sweeping title for your blog? While all of the things or reasons some don't want to live in Canada, it's an exaggeration to conclude that no one wants to live in Canada.

Who would want to stay in India. Indians migrated there in Canada for a reason. Canada is such a pushover to be bullied by Indians ?

This is a rat race , not everyone one is educated, not everyone has basic etiquettes and work dedication to explore the professional world, not everyone knows how to speak english properly or to express themselves clearly and they just come here as they hear or see that PEOPLE LIVING IN CANADA ARE EARLING HELL AMOUNT OF MONEY. People in my community holds resentments if someone else criticizes them, they thinks that they got the big brains and everyone else is just faking some shits and spelling something on them which is hurting their DIGNITY, PRIDE, STATUS. I’m sorry, but never would I move to the US for all of the reasons already given in the video. I have a good friend in Massachusetts and I keep asking him when he’s going to come home to Canada. I really think Trump is going to be President again and I think it is time for my friend and his son to come on home. I don’t even feel very comfy visiting in the US anymore…And if (when) Trump wins, and Project 2025 goes through, I don’t think it will be particularly safe for most people to be there. Indians that came here and were at boarder security were asked specifically what is the reason to you coming to Canada? If the answer was school then they were specifically told that once their schooling is finished that they will be returning back to India. If they answered yes then they able to enter the country, if they answered anything but yes they were on the very next plane back to India. \nSo students that are failing their exams and then protesting that they should be Canadian citizens. \nGive me a break. \nI was born here and have paid taxes through the nose my whole life. \nI deserve to be here, Indians don't. \nShip them back and make Brampton and all of Canada great again. While at it put Trudeau on a plane to India as well.

There is a problem, but the solution isn't blaming immigrants for coming here. The lack of investments in public services and infrastructure for nearly 50 years now is the reason we're here. Neoliberal policies by both liberal and conservative governments is what got us here, not immigration. Canada actually has enough wealth. It's just not being spent on the right things because it's being hoarded by the wealthy and squeezed out of us by the billionaire class.

In the 80s, I couldn’t get into Canada without valid photo ID and a reason as to why I was going there and I could not leave Canada without all of those items and did I have anything to claim! Racism against Indians is increasing. I was born here and they treated us like dirt then and treat us like dirt now. Student visas are just an excuse to be racist. They feel emboldened because we don't speak up. We don't speak up cause Indians are too busy separating themselves from each other. The separation is the reason you see so many racist comments towards Indians and nobody else. Even the ignorant Indians try and put all the blame on one group like Punjabis or Gujus. In Canada, you're just another brown person in the racist eyes. ?\n\nGood luck out here, stay strapped if you feel like your life is in danger. Do research on legal knives to carry. A lot of white Canadians have stuff like that on them, take my word as a brown person who was born in Canada.\n\n\n\nn

There is a reason for this, even though I think doors should be open to anyone that wants to become canadians.\nThe reason being there is not enough housing. And that is throughout Canada. There is a lack even for people who already live here.\nThey took too many immigrants compare to many other countries. But the provinces did not put money on housing for many years. The same with schools and not enough teachers.

To be honest, due to financial reasons, they can't go back. They fear extreme poverty if they return home because of the lack of jobs or very low wages. However, arguing this may be unacceptable. The situation is that their parents spent their life savings to send them here, not for education, but to help them settle. Nonetheless, this is not Canada's issue, so they should go back.
