Canada's current euthanasia laws are horrific, the MAID program is recommending veterans with ptsd, poor people with back pain on welfare, and many others without life threatening illeness be put to death by euthanasia.

Unbelievable. So many of us have lost our homes and are on the streets many jobless many disabled many sick many veterans. Wow, very interesting discussion. Many Canadians know about America but, many Americans do not know about Canada. Especially Africans Americans who do not know that Canada has African-Canadians too and other people of color also. Similarly, Canada and America are very related in just about everything. I know me being a American, if I was not a American. I would want to be a Canadian. Having been station at Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota and Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota. I am familiar with the weather in Canada. The mistake I made was not to travel to Winnipeg, having spent over 6 years in North Dakota, I regret that so much especially during the summer time. My grandparents immigrated from Italy and Ireland. They never got nice warm Canada Goose jackets, clothes, Nike shoes designer jeans, free English lessons or welfare. They paid there way, bought their land and found work LEGALLY, paid to learn English.\nThey did not steal unemployed Canadians jobs going through Trudeaus let’s hire out of the country so our government funds part of the wage. What we get are lousy heath care workers who barely understand or speak the English language and are caring for our Elderly and mistreating them. This I saw first had. I took my Mother home out of a senior home and cancelled home care as they never showed up on time. Would they leave there parent in a urine soaked brief for 5 hours as that is how late they were. I had to quit my job to take care of her. I myself am disabled with a spinal injure. The worst part of “Home Care workers” is that they wanted me to call in and cancel so they got paid. This statement gave from the Home Care nurse in charge of these immigrants working here. Seven of my friends, who are educated health care workers, which they themselves paid for, not paid my our government. They can’t get a job. The last job I applied for and they ask you status I put that I am a Canadian refugee in my own country. \nPretty sad when on Remembrance Day you have these woke individuals begging for money to help refugees. They should be ashamed of themselves for this disgusting action as this is a time to remember the men and women who fought for our freedom. Trudeau is a total embarrassment to all Canadians. He brings in more refugees rather than helping Veterans and homeless Canadians.

I am a British Columbian who briefly lived in Quebec, when the army posted me there for basic, I have to say Quebec is horrible, outside of Montreal, if you do not speak French. My family was given a stay at a 5 star hotel and we stepped passed veterans who are homeless and they dont get help . I live like a king have a large bank account and have 3 different alias . My wife uses her maiden name as well her real name and her new name . Most families I know get average of 3850 per month free luxury hotel free food free clothes healthcare free tracfone and there is no need to work anymore . My family has almost enough for a new home already and only in country 5 months .THANK YOU Mr BIDEN

Let Canada have all immigrants, they are a burden not a benefit on American tax dollars with welfare and working jobs under the table, taking jobs from Americans. The money they drain from the system should be used for veterans, military, seniors and Americans not foreigners

Everyone should have access to legal aid. That's a given. There's no way to justify any of the other payments while Canadians are living below the poverty line and can't qualify for welfare. Our Veterans are waiting over a year for every application they make for services. Somebody has their priorities mixed up. And why aren't we prosecuting people who cross the border illegally? If I did it, I would be charged.

What are people talking about saying half of Canada is french! Canadians are English and there used to be tons of us in Montreal, but 300,000 left in a mass exodus to get the French whip off their backs, they even fill the French text books with lessons given by the French whip instead of the truth about how the French didn't want to fight in the war and the old cemeteries are full of Irish, Scottish and British soldiers like my grandfather and uncle buried in veteran memorial plots with sad little Quebec government markers! This is what I hate: There are veterans in the US who haven't gotten the treatment that illegal immigrants get. You can't just ignore laws & expect to be rewarded. Whenever I take a flight within the states they always let veterans and those who have served in the army board first which is fine by the way. I just find it interesting because we don't do that in Canada at all. Veterans get a special license plate and maybe a parade once a year?
